(a) a militaristic, expansionist, nation of conquest cannot be tolerated in modernity; (b) a nuclear Iran, militaristic, expansionist, expanding by using Islam to undermine by asymmetric warfare, with an oil bourse, in competition with the Chinese and the Americans for global reserve currency cannot be tolerated, (c) a military Muslim empire combined with the cancer of Islam for all civilizations cannot be tolerated. None of us will tolerate it. So we can return to ethnic empires that may or may not share religious, as we all, as humans, gradually organize by class into underclass theology, middle-class philosophy, and upper classes science, economics, and law, or we can have the great war of civilizations against which all everyone else needs to do stop shipping Muslims food.

    Q: JASON JORJANI: the difference between Iranic and European vs Iranic is simple, Iranic Monopoly, Astrology-Theology, Algebra, Verbal, Rational, vs Markets, Metallurgy-Magic, Law, Geometry, Measurement, and Decidable. In other words, our difference is a matter of european precision and rate of adaptation, as we drag people upward into the aristocracy; iranic success at ruling from an aristocracy; and Semitic success at dragging everyone to the bottom, to prevent an aristocracy. The Semitic evolved the fertile crescent (necessity) of under-the-rule-of-gods given their dependence on irrigation and multi-crop farming.

    Even such, the Iranic Rational(verbal)-emotional, and the European Scientific(Physical)-decidable are still almost as far apart as the masculine and feminine. That said until we come to terms with the painful truth that the common enemy of mankind is the cancer of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam which were invented specifically to undermine more advanced civilizations – particularly aristocratic civilizations; and until we contain ourselves to our kin, then we will continue the conflict with one another that ONLY THOSE CIVILIZATIONS BEGAN.     All,

    I am occasionally asked where I should direct christians, and I say either to Vox or to James. I follow James. I pay no attention to Vox. I sometimes pay attention to EMJ.

    But Testimonial truth is a judicial discipline and it has no mercy. My work is hard enough for the smartest of us, and requires knowledge of multiple fields – especially law, economics, cognitive science, and the philosophy of mathematics and science. But most of all, it limits us to only what we can testify to when submitted as evidence. And there is every place for natural law and every place for christian love, but no place for faith in courts. Courts resolve differences between people who have many differences. Markets provide opportunities for cooperation despite our differences. And the state must create both court and market so we can cooperate despite our differences – especially differences in gender, class, experience, resources, agency, and age.

    I do not do theology, philosophy, or ideology, I do law – for engineering the possibility of cooperation between peoples regardless of their differences. A law with which I hope to restore the Church or Churches to an equal house of government, with exclusive dominion over birth, marriage, family, and death, and with which to crush our enemies whether hostile in faith, hostile in pseudoscience, hostile in sophistry, hostile linying; or hostile in denial of evidence left behind by the demonstrated behavior of man.

    My job is not to build a church. That is for the faithful. That is for you. But apparently, it is necessary to produce a clearing upon which others can build one. Because christianity has utterly failed as a political religion, has failed as a social religion, and is at present devolving into a folk religion – a pure ‘faith’ and not a religion. A Religion requires institutions to hold territory and people. And very shortly in civilizational time, christians will have none. And judaism’s undermining by the pseudosciences of marxism and feminism, and sophisms of postmodernism, and lying and denying political correctness and islam’s destruction of civilizations by rates of invasion, rates of reproduction and success in evangelism, have claimed every civlization that has not eradicated them.

    As always, deliver faith unto your god as is his due.

    AFAIK: OPTIMUM CALENDAR:

    13 * 4wk, 7day Months is pretty optimum in modernity.

    5 * 6hr work days wit 1hr break, are maximum human productivity at current work rates (hard). Tohse of us who are elites will always work more – because we love to.

    4 * 6hr work days, and three days off reconstructs the family unit. Even if both parents work. This should be possible with automation and exit of the underclasses.

    End summer vacations for schools and universities, and increase vacations throughout the year for all.

    WHY IS THIS MISLEADING?

    because (a) indoctrination into the culture (which matters), (b) the necessity of ‘being open for business’ the maximum amount of hours, therefore seizing the maximum number of opportunities, is a competitive necessity unless not only the whole country does it (see Cyprus – which is an outlier) or the whole world does it (seven day weeks). Because ‘availability’ is in fact a competitive advantage.

    So the problem remains one of competing with others externally for opportunity via availability, competing with others internally for access to opportunity, experience and information, so that ‘not being there’ is a disadvantage over those who ‘are there’ – and there is nothing that can stop it whatsoever – except legislatively and therefore universally leveling the playing field. So if you want it, that’s the answer.

    So anyone’s job that is driven by opportunity (sales, executive), and private professionals who want to work will work whatever they want for as much as they want, and people who not opportunity but production oriented, such as managerial, administrative, clerical, craftsman, labor, and service will work regularly because frankly YOU ARE SUBSTITUTABLE. That’s why you will always make less income that NON-SUBSTITUTABLE pepole. And it’s why non-substitutable people make more money: because ten percent of the people do

    ROMAN CALENDAR

    The Romans did not recognize the week as a unit of time, so didn’t have weekends.

    The Romans had months, which they divided up by specially named days: Kalends(1st), Nones(~5th/7th), and Ides(~13th/15th). The time of these was probably originally based on phases of the moon.

    The Kalends was always the first day of the month.

    The Nones were eight days before the Ides, on either the 5th or 7th of the month.

    The Ides were thought to have originally coincided with the full moon, and fell on the 15th of months with 31 days, and otherwise on the 13th.

    These were not treated as holidays; they were purely for identifying days in the month. Instead of saying, “It’s Monday,” the Romans would say, “It’s sixteen days before the Kalends of September.” They always counted backwards, and inclusively.

    As for workdays vs holidays, the Romans celebrated many fixed holidays (feriae), as well as ones that were simply declared. Most were religious, at least in name, and were occasions when at least some people did not work.

    In some cases, games were held, often funded by the wealthy, perhaps with the goal of getting votes.

    There were nearly 180 of these held during a typical year, and though every worker did not take every one of these days off, there were many opportunities to have a day off here and there.

    Roman work days: 365days – 180days = 185days = ~15 Days a Month work, ~15 days off. (this isn’t likely). It’s more likely 20-22, with every day for hand to mouth people, who didn’t run a farm.

    Americans work ~21 days a month including holidays.

    One thing to remember: there were no laws limiting how many hours or days an employee could work, what they must be paid, or how many days off they must have. People who were not slaves lived hand to mouth, and probably could not take a lot of days off for economic reasons.
