–“Overfitting explains everything. Counter-signalling explains everything else.”— Via Caplan

Justification explains overfitting.Moral, religious, political, and legal justification explain justificationism.

    Hence the Demand for Falsification.

So, the question is, *Who and what institutions, disciplines, and professions are perpetuating justificationism?*

I am a scientist. The function of science is to eliminate ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion and obscurantism, fictionalism, and deceit from our speech. The fact that you have confidence in intuition and less so in reason, is merely because you lack the ability to reason and the knowledge required to.

What you ‘believe’ is a measure of your stupidity : how much more evolution you require before converting from animal to human.

if you choose various beliefs, you are merely choosing to demonstrate your lack of evolution.

The question is whether humans continue to domesticate you, whether humans enslave you, or whether humans exterminate you. Since you animals cannot win against humans if we choose to enslave or exterminate you.

The only alternative is cooperation under natural law. Under which you can believe what you wish as long as you do no harm to the commons with it.

    Which is nearly impossible.

–“This is why I love capitalism. It knows no race. It has no sacred cows. Jacob Zuma and his Gupta Family goons hire a British PR firm to do a hit job in South Africa. The job involves stoking what critics call “racial tensions” to distract from Zuma’s PR problems. Naturally, the white moguls who support his enemies are furious. But as I have said elsewhere: the biggest threat to racism, racists and nationalists is pure capitalism.”— Ayelam

It’s true. Although the biggest threat to evolution is universalism. Each of us must pay for our own demographic domestication. otherwise, I’m sorta in the “Yeah, I understand the racism thing”. I just prefer we all carried our own water so that we all got along. And as far as I know, capitalism says ‘carry your own water’. The problem is, universalism says the opposite. Ergo, nationalism = capitalism: carrying your own water. I fucking hate racism so my only solution is nationalism.

The elegance of the peterson cult is he can make myth say whatever he wants, and circumvent suspension of disbelief if he spoke scientifically. This is why religino works. And it’s why I don’t like including religious works, and want to limit our analysis to myth and literature. Because the ‘interpreter’ can suggest truth or false good or bad – and that’s what they do: suggest bad.

Use of ‘is/are/was/were’ functions as sinning if not fraud in philosophy. We desire to create institutions that provide insurance which by contract or convention we may exercise contractual rights of defense and restitution against impositions of costs upon our mind, body, actions, or property – but not emotions. So there are no human rights. Instead, we have created a list of rights we desire to produce institutions that defend and perform restitution.

The term ‘exists’ is a precise word that can be misused for many purposes of deception. It is better to say ‘demonstrated’, ‘used’ or ‘known’ when referring to categories in memory, and to reserve existence for the physical. ie: perceived > experienced > known > demonstrated > existential. So, for example, we use the name hyperbole to refer to our oft demonstrated use of exaggeration for the purposes of illustration of some properties we wish to draw attention to. Does hyperbole exist, or is the term hyperbole known, and do people demonstrate that they use the term to refer to exaggeration? For hyperbole exist we require the ideal exist. For the term to be known, for people to act, and for things to exist. The ideal like the supernatural is a term that refers to something magical. knowing (remembering), acting, and existing are not supernatural.
