We desire to create institutions that provide insurance which by contract or convention we may exercise contractual rights of defense and restitution against impositions of costs upon our mind, body, actions, or property – but not emotions. So there are no human rights. Instead, we have created a list of rights we desire to produce institutions that defend and perform restitution.
