Every class of common interest seeks to monopolize political control to suit their interests over those of others. So beginning with the aristocracy, then the upper middle, then the middle, then working and laboring, then women, and now non-european communities. Women have the most divergent interests and demonstrate the greatest defection. European civ alone is trifunctional, so we are more tolerant of competition between factions. so introgression of each new faction has caused disruption as they ‘over do it’ until trifunctional equlibrium is restored by competition between the trifunctional elites.

feminine social (seduction inclusion, ostracization), masculine economic(trade, reciprocity, boycott), masculine martial(force, defense, order) with the judicial as referree.

I am a jeffersonian christian, in that jesus was a philosopher only able to speak in the language and logic of his location and time, and the church was a politica system that sought to bring cheap semitic rule by superstition where costly european rule by reason – an aristocatic method – was ‘challenging’ to bring to the wider word of vast underclasses made worse by the prosperity the aristocacy had created giving slaves, underclasses and women the relative safety and choice that for the first time ’empowered’ them at least a little bit.

So I am loyal to the truth: the laws of nature. Christianity despite it’s church nonsense and superstition does inform us how to produce a higher trust society more prepared for economic prosperity by treating everyone as a customer – of cooperation. It’s utility-bearing but not true.

This means I am opposed to hostile religions, and tolerant of christian superstition of the peasantry. But I am and always will be aristocracy: sovereignty, liberty, and freedom, under rule of law insured by force of arms. As such my loyalty is to the people regardless of their weakness or folly.

And, the duty of the peasantry, as jesus counseled, is to be loyal to the aristocracy in matters of reality (the state).

  • They are both reflections of sex differences in cognition with the feminine prey

They are both reflections of sex differences in cognition with the feminine prey response responsible for offspring and consumption in time seeking status by irresponsibiity for comons, vs the masculine predator stronger sex responsible for territory and resources over time seeking status by responsibility for commons. This is the origin (causality) of all human differences in cognitive bias. Everything else is neotenic evolution, genetic load, and developmental stress. So the disambiguation between oppression (social stress in hierarchy) and conspiracy (political stress by competitors) assists in maintaining causality (construction of all explanation from first principles (causes)).

You’re using the feminine framing in both cases. Males or Females may oppress females (actualy it’s domestication of their undermining, hyperconsumption and hypergamy). And Males may conspire to compete for dominance within group (to domesticate, to produce superior ends, or prey upon). But outsiders amplfiy the problem creating unity internally against externals (war). Hence the universal historical elite display of creating group cohesion through warfare whether the threat existed or not.

Diversity between states is fine, it’s diversity within polities that is harmful (other than quarters for trade groups.) In fact, there is a large body of historical work that demonstrates diversity is the ultimate bad. I mean, look at Africa and the middle east.

All we are doing is disambiguating down to first principles, constructing arguments from first principles, and describing the universe in equilibrating terms, and behavior in neural then behavioral economics: equilibration.

It’s just causal and ordinal math, and supply vs demand. That’s it.

But overcoming your cognitive bias and accumulated legacy and bad ideas is the hard part.

Moral principles are relatively obvious – in the via negativa
and demonstrably universal. That’s something we’ve learned empirically over time. Especially in international law..

Moral NORMS in the via positiva are historically just utilitarian given the group strategy of the people. Mostly, civilizational differences in positive norms are due to the trust and trustworthiness of the people. Which in turn is largely due to absence of heterogeniety on one dimension and absence of corruption on the other.

Positive moral principles are also identifiable and while it took quite a bit of work to prove, are rather simple in the end.

So just as we are learning the most parsimonious science we are learning the most parsimonious morality. Its just that some people don’t like tthe truth. They like their immorality.

Worse, you’re presuming we don’t live in a primarily liars-all system already. How do you know you’re not lying? One can intend to lie, or one can lie by failure of due diligence against lying. In either case one performs and distributes a falsehood. I’ve only interacted with you a few times and I have a pretty good grasp on what you’re lying about by trying to justify a construction. Does that mean yu’re a bad person? No. It means you just don’t know yet.

    (a) PERSISTENCE: it’s impossible for the militia to become ‘outdated’ since it’s the ability of the individuals to bear arms that throughout history has been the only source of insurance of self determination by self determined means, by individual sovereignty in demonstrated interests and reciprocity in display word and deed, producing liberty, and freedom. (See Hanson on The Other Greeks)

    (b) INSURANCE: The second amendment is the highest priority because without it, it’s impossible for every citizen to insure, by word, deed, and force of arms, the self determination by self determined means, by individual sovereignty in demonstrated interests and reciprocity in display word and deed. (See Viera on The Constitutional Principles of “the Militia of the several States”)

    (c) SOVEREIGNTY: Unlike the UK, Canada, and Australia that rely on parliamentary sovereignty, the USA relies on sovereignty of the people alone, within the limits of the Natural Law of self determination by self determined means, by individual sovereignty in demonstrated interests and reciprocity in display word and deed. In other words, only the USA has sovereignty of the people and the law, not parliament, and therefor supremacy over parliaments in the preservation of the natural law. (See Any scholar of rule of law)

    (d) RULE OF LAW: As such only the USA has rule of law – and rule of law that prohibits minority, majority, parliamentary, bureacratic, theocratic, and military tyranny. (See Any scholar of rule of law, and comparative constitutions in the anglosphere)

  • THE CAPITALISM SOCIALISM DICHOTOMY IS NONSENSE 1) The capitalism socialism dicho

THE CAPITALISM SOCIALISM DICHOTOMY IS NONSENSE
    1) The capitalism socialism dichotomy is an intentional distraction from Rule of Law by Natural Law producing moral markets and prosperity and Rule by Man By Arbitrary Dictate producing black markets and poverty.

    2) So there is a difference between Anglo Liberalism, French Socialism, German/Italian (Fascist) Socialism, and Jewish (communist) Socialism. Anglo Liberalism maximizes private sector ownership and production while publicly financing collective objectives, with limited insurance. French Socialism maximizes social insurance with limited state control of production. German/Italian Socialism demands private sector production prioritize state collective objectives, maximizes everyone’s productivity. Jewish(communist) socialism all but eliminates private property and runs the economy centrally as military organization, thus eliminating wages and wage competition. Chinese socialism is really german/italian fascism but with global markets.

    3) All polities rely on mixed economies, and the central problem countries face, is that the economic and political model is dependent upon the trust of the society. Europeans focused on high trust and gradually invented every single major revolution whether economic or intellectual. The “backward” countriers try to update the economy before producing high trust. This is why most experiments fail. A small, ethnically homogenous high trust polity will be able to enage in nearly any economic order. A low trust polity can’t do much at all – well, and for long.

    4) We produce high trust by rule of law as close to natural law as possible. This requires a military and near universal service in it (indoctrination), from there a hierarchy of courts and sufficient sherrifs to investigate crimes and enforce rulings. Everything else is just frosting on the cake.

Futhermore, there is very little difference in the predisposition to aggression and antisocial behavior between men and women. It’s just that women compete, aggress, war, and act antisocialy by sex, acting out, undermining, reputation destruction, and even female lying is different from male. Psychos, crazies, self harm, promiscuity, seduction, manipulation, drama-making, undermining, outraging, gossiping, rallying, sedition, treason, conspiracy, and endemic lying with rolling accusations and more.
