Increase tax rates on women progressively as they pass 22 without children and watch what happens by rational choice.
Eliminate community property, alimony and child support and watch what happens by rational choice.
Restore the gender compromise tot he family once again by removing it from government.
Marriage is a commons: the business of producing offspring, sustenance, and elder care.
The state can no more provide retirement income than can the major corporations. All those fantasies were built on a presumption that permanent relative growth would persist at intergenerational rates.
Liars, and fools all.

I usually say that women just constantly try to move the ball forward a millimeter at a time. Men try to make long passes. That tends to be the best metaphor I can come up with that explains our different approaches.
Women don’t need to think to run a play. They just push at every opportunity a little bit at a time.
Women behave a little better when men are in the room. I find that men behave a little better when women are in the room. I find there are times when men and women need one another out of the room.
We don’t discuss Engineering, War, Violence, Law, or Punishment with women in the room. They don’t need to know about or understand, that stuff.
And there is a hella lot of stuff women find fascinating to talk about that I don’t want to be in the room for (baby feces). And there is a while bunch of stuff that women NEED to talk about among themselves for which men CANNOT be in the room (women stuff).

So, don’t kid yourself.
A man may have little patience for a mate.
But he has a lot less patience for other men’s actions toward his daughters and sisters.
Thats what regulated men’s behavior.

While men domesticated alphas in order to more evenly distribute reproduction, and while women learned to rally and shame to rally men to defend against alphas, Man had a very hard time domesticating women.
Men treated women affectionately but much more like we treat our pets. Like chimps, brothers and cousins conducted war to obtain women and to protection their own from taking.
Women evolved to care not about the tribe but about other women and her children, and their children.
Men evolved to herd, and control the tribe.
The problem was that women bear children at will and place the cost on the tribe. And women trade sexual favors and affection to obtain resource and in doing so create conflict. Then they create conflict intentionally as an extension of rallying and shaming.
Man evolved property (ownership) in tandem with the sophistication of his means of production.
Ownership of women limited conflict, controlled female reproduction, and limited the difficulty that women could create by the trading of sexual favors and affection.
Romantic love is a relatively recent invention.
With the end of the division of labor, and the advent of redistribution, the lower classes have increasingly abandoned marriage, and women have returned to owning their own children, bearing them at will and forcing the cost upon the tribe, forcing reproduction downward in the classes, and using sexual favors, affection, and even just attention, to obtain what they want from many different men.
This has broken the limitations on women’s dysgenic reproduction and hyper-consumption, and disregard for the male members of the tribe.
THat’s how it is.
You need a superior solution to the obvious evolutionary origins rather than to beg pseudoscience to justify a prior. 🙂

Property is that which you obtain and maintain at personal cost, and that which you are willing and able to defend. Property rights are a subset of that property that your peers are willing to ensure, just as law is a subset of morality. Males evolved to specialize in the production of violence which sustains all property claims (and supply even the violence necessary to sustain communal forms of property in pre-civilized, matriarchal, societies.) Patriarchy and private property originate in bands of men organized for aggressive conquest, and the subsequent necessity of dividing the spoils of conquest (land, goods, and women) between them, organizing them for production, and defending them henceforth. Once unleashed on the world, patriarchal civilization proved unstoppable. And its advantages, in productivity, including but not limited to the production of violence, have only snowballed over time with the accumulation of capital and eugenic reproduction (made possible by restraining females’ dysgenic, egalitarian, tendencies.) Recent innovations to the contrary, which are really just regressive throwbacks to the paleolithic, were only made possible because one patriarchal society, Western civilization, attained such a commanding lead over adversaries and antagonists, that our forefathers thought they could afford to indulge their women without limit. And for a while, we could. But the madness has gone exponential, and a century and a half of unchecked consumption and decay wrought by faulty egalitarian premises have brought our enemies, once more, near enough to parity that they may begin punishing us for our folly.
