The future belongs to the most homogenous polities with the smallest underclasses for the simple reason that demand for services outstrips comparative advantage in productivity.
Ergo, via-negativa, the future belongs once again to the best gene pool, because that pool has the lowest drag. And our current condition nothing but malthusian expansion to the point of consuming all the gains from the harvesting of petrochemicals.

@curtdoolittle The problem is that the parasites are stealing so much value from the laborers that the laborers don’t have enough money to reproduce their labor for the next generation. As long as the system exists we can’t help but become a 3rd world country because there are no native babies.

Return the immigrant.
Punish the businessperson for hiring him.
Let market push up wages due to labor shortages.
Redistribute liquidity directly to consumers, bypassing the financial sector and the interest it collects for that distribution.
You have to do all of those things to eliminate wage income disparities while at the same time preserving incentives, the ability to organized production, distribution, and trade through the pricing system, and neutralize international differences in purchasing power parity.
People in general have zero comprehension of economics.

I understand the primacy of violence and law because I understand that there are many men like me, who are quite capable of predation, organizing predation at scale, and enjoying a life of predation – if not for arbitrary reasons for choosing production.
