    INTERESTING FEEDBACK FROM SOMEONE’S APPLICATION

    (a) professionals are taking note, and understand.

    (b) john mark is really killing it with his messaging.

—“5- Prior to John Marks videos, my first impression of Propertarianism was merely the extension of current law concerning property into other areas of tort law – where my head is now… property is not being “extended” it is being re-defined to anything we build or feel the need to defend.

It is an ethical system which has as a first priority honesty, as high truth environments are the most fertile for trade due to their decrease of friction.

Friction is avoided if trades meet the fair trade criteria, this is derived from Natural Law and is called Reciprocity. Assumption is if Reciprocity is met, conflict will be avoided. If any or all aspects of reciprocity are violated violence could ins-sue, and likely would with repeat offenses.

The system would allow state violence, to enforce the rules of trade, through the courts devised for the particular legal systems for that domain (seems to be that we would need specialists here – less politicians but a lot more lawyers/judges?).

Science is our best model for truth telling so we extend that discipline into all domains, and create definitions and a judiciary that can properly administer justice according to the rules of trade in that domain. This leads to a new paradigm of how any defined group can trade in any operational domain.

One key notion of the theory I see you have in place is correspondence: the definitions, rules, goals have to be able to be demonstrable, operationalized. This seems is key. I am still working it… just been a few days…”—

( Lessons Learned: learnpress is the best user experience, learndash the best mixed experience, and moodle the best instructor experience. I chose the user experience for the purpose of expediency but now that I’m working with it, … i’m reminded of advice I’ve given customers for decades: make sure your code is written by americans…. I mean. that’s pretty much the lesson all-round the world. There must be something culturally insightful in that statement but .. you definitely want code written by americans. It’s probably because americans have been doing it longer, but it’s also because it’s customer service psychology happens to be extremely useful in the production of code. Ergo, will switch to hosting on AWS and using Learndash at some point in the future, and will hand-code the UI instead of using the drag and drop ui (which is what I seem to do pretty much all the time. ))

    COURSES UPDATE: WAR

Richard and I are toggling back and forth on the WAR courses and honestly you are going to be blown away. Seriously.

He is going to do a great balance of red vs blue so to speak so that we understand both sides of the 4gw scenarios.

Amazing guy. Really. We are going to be very lucky to have him.

There is no short route to algebraic geometry, no short route to the current law, and not short route to testimonial speech. Just is what it is. As Max Weber suggested, the future would consist entirely of reducing all knowledge to some form of calculation.

You’re a smart enough guy and you can probably undrestand the grammars, the operational grammar, the epistemology, and the law fairly easily. (This is what people tell me.) But since we combine terms from so many disciplines and disambiguate them so heavily, terms are a pain.

YEAH IT SURE LOOKS MESSY. SO DOES MATH.

—“it’s like languages were to be spoken not written down. if you can’t write 5 volumes on your ideas, that I can’t read it at all. Don’t get me wrong your work is correct but it’s so god damn awful messy”—Mediocre Croat

Yes, um, spoken grammar and written grammar are different because it is easier to continually disambiguate speech with tone and paus than the written word with () , …, -. ;, ,., lol.

On the other hand the scope of this work is huge, because it begins with the completion of the scientific method and applies it to every single field at some level or other in order to create a commensurable and therefore testable language. So, on average 6m-2y to learn it.

You’re a smart enough guy and you can probably undrestand the grammars, the operational grammar, the epistemology, and the law fairly easily. (This is what people tell me.) But since we combine terms from so many disciplines and disambiguate them so heavily, terms are a pain.

No other way to turn a lot of ‘very conflated colloquial language’ for the purpose of discounts on conveying meaning by free association, into a set of measurements for the purpose of prohibiting ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking, fraud, and deceit prohibiting free assoc.

There is no short route to algebraic geometry, no short route to the current law, and not short route to testimonial speech. Just is what it is. As Max Weber suggested, the future would consist entirely of reducing all knowledge to some form of calculation.

Not that someone wont come along after me and simplify it, but honestly how do you simplify something as simple as this: https://www.facebook.com/thepropertarianinstitute/posts/1989176281196492 … Aside from the Grammars and Operational Grammar that’s about has simple as it can be.

Nick (all) where is he ‘stuck’ and how could I unstick him?

    FOR LURKERS….

    by Dominic DeLuca

For the lurkers who might feel intellectually intimidated by Curt’s writing style or content, just ask for clarification if there’s something you don’t understand. It’s something that you should use to your advantage, considering that most people who produce content like this are nowhere near as accessible as he is.

    PRACTICE TRAINS THE MIND

—“I actually like forcing myself to write operationally. Over time, when practicing it, you come to understand what you attempt to say before you say it and then translate it to make it more accurate to what you originally wanted to say. The practice provides people with a great clarity of intention and thought while writing, through close examination of what they want to say, they work to eliminate the obscurity out of their thought and communication, and this demonstrates evidence of the methods power.”— Curtus Maximus
