  • Rule of Law No Longer Exists

     

    MR PRESIDENT: The Federal Government is demonstrably unwilling and unable to govern, protect life and property, cultural arts and assets, provide equal protection under the laws, protect freedom of political discourse, or basic order. Rule of Law No Longer Exists.

    MR PRESIDENT: I am a minor conservative thought leader, but millions of men like me, are at patience’s end – and at some point, moral men must do their moral duty, for past and posterity, to reform a nation for the future, when men we charged with that duty fail.

    MR PRESIDENT: If The Government Refuses To Rule, To Govern, to protect life, property, and commons, then we have no choice but to declare this Government incompetent, dissolved, and to restore Rule of Law By the People For the People as our Declaration and Constitution Demand.

    MR PRESIDENT: By the 4th of July, if Rule of Law is not restored, we will declare the government has abandoned us and set about restoring our rule of law of natural law, our constitution, our rights, and those institutions to defend our life, property, and commons.

    MR PRESIDENT, AND MEN OF CONSCIENCE – regardless of political affiliation. If order is not restored at all haste and regardless of cost, Then on the 4th of July we will meet, sign, and deliver a Declaration of Reformation of this Government of the United States.

    The Simple Version of Our Movement – For Normal People. 😉

    We’re Repeating the Founding Fathers’ Demand for Reform. And it will work.

     

    The Process

    1) Produce a set of reforms that solve the present conflict before it turns into a shooting war. These reforms take the moral high ground of providing a peaceful resolution of differences that gives everyone most of what they want, at the expense of the elites.

    2) Present the demands, including the declaration, constitutional amendments, policy changes.

    3) Restore America to the great path of Western civilization. Either by negotiation and settlement, or escalation and punishment.

    4) Then Restore European civilization to the great path of our people

    5) And in doing so prevent the repeat of the dark ages that our enemies seek to recreate by forcing the world into another dark age through managed decline (destruction from within.)

    Our Demands Include:

    1) Massive economic, financial, retirement, and educational reforms that restore the laboring, working, and middle classes, to the primacy of policy, while gutting the world financial elites, Washington politicians, and media. This will make single income families possible again. And will end the genetic destruction of our people through abuse of tax, finance and credit. It will eliminate interests on consumer goods. For working people, it will all but eliminate federal taxes. It includes regular distributions of liquidity (money) direct to consumers bank accounts to regulate the economy cutting out the banking system. You will pay for a house in 12 years or so. Your retirement, medical, and unemployment accounts will be yours, and untaxable, untouchable, and under your control.

    2) Reorganize Military, State, Intelligence, Research, Industrial Investment, Economy, Finance, and Education for Total War. The postwar order ended in 1992 and we wasted twenty years of peace. Asymmetric european power, economics, and demographics has been redistributed around the world, and we can no longer afford to police the world patterns of law, finance, and trade with asymmetric power, economics, finance, and demographics.  China, now Russia, Turkey and Iran are … Our related policies include a 35% pay increase for combat military personnel turning the military into a viable career; converting to Russian strategic and Israeli procurement models; increase training even more, and reorganizing for total war (science,intel,mil,econ,fin). 

    3) Restoring the constitution to its original intention of a large number of small European states, each serving the interests of their citizens, and fixing six major holes in our constitution, including the full enumeration of our rights, so that there is no more ‘legal interpretation’ of anything, or legislation from the bench, or laws that ‘pass’ before they are known legal, and understood. And where legislators are personally liable for life for the legislation they approve. This is the most important but most technical aspect of our movement. We have been told it’s the government that matters. It isn’t. It’s rule of law that matters. And governments limited to rule of law that make the European miracles of the ancient and modern worlds possible.

    4) Restore Political Power and Choice To The State: Limiting the federal government to original intent, as defense of the continent and dispute resolution over property between the states. Closing all federal agencies except defense, court, treasury, interior, research, and insurer of last resort (benefits). Devolving the rest – social and political preferences – to the states. Then states can create social, economic, and political policies that suit their interests while preserving the territorial integrity and financial security of our continent. So the different ‘american nations’ can customize life to their cultural wants and needs.

    5) De-Politicize and Professionalize the Continental Government – By Ending the Presidency and the House of Representatives, and replacing the Senate with the Governors of the States, with a Professional Cabinet of Ministers that are technically competent, not politicians. Policy changes take at least twelve if not twenty years. The German method of professional government has demonstrated a superior ability to manage policy despite headwinds.

    6) Self Determinaton By State Formation for Everyone – Allowing voluntary state formation with only 300k people (the population of Iceland or the Dakotas). In most cases we will see many small states form and they will be more like the princedoms of the Holy Roman Empire (Greater Germany) that the founders were trying to imitate. This creates small homogeneous polities with low power distance, with limited difference in interests.

    7) Separate Urban Individualism and Consumption from the Suburban and Rural Familism and Capitalization – The Blue Cities have violated the Constitution, an effectively seceded already. We Convert blue cities to city-states in the European Free Cities model, to contain them. Letting them have ‘multicultural’ social policies (decadence, degeneracy) and the rest of us have what we want – decency, and priority of family. Thus preventing the blue cities and the Democratic party – that have been destroying the country one city at a time – from taking the rest of our civilization down with them. As such this is a repetition of the containment policy against communism, and communism’s transformation from class warfare against European civilization into multiculturalism and socialism against European civilization.

    8) Restore Voluntary Association and Disassociation so that we can one again regulate norms and culture to our preferences: Among those rights and obligations is the right to freedom of association and dissociation thereby ending forced integration. So that those who wish individual expression and hyperconsumption can revel in it, and those of us who put family and commons before self can create the safe secure aesthetically pleasing lifestyles – and the self discipline, and intolerance for selfishness that goes with it. We are no longer alike enough to share neighborhoods, cities, territories, or political orders – that was the purpose of multiculturalism: to stop integration into Western civilization and the high trust commons and results of them, that all other civilizations envy.

    9) Restore Truth In Public Discourse: Among those laws is the demand for truthful, non-defamatory speech, in public, to the public, in matters public, meaning all academic, political, economic, etc. speech by politicians, media, etc., is equivalent to court testimony and prosecutable by perjury. This will destroy the industrialization of lying – and yes, it will work. We treat information as a product like any other and that information distribution can do harm if it’s speculative or not true. So we extend the warranty of fitness and due diligence from products and services to information. Most of the technical part of P-Law was necessary to make this evolution of our law necessary. You won’t understand this part. And you don’t need to.

    10) Education

    11) Restore Marriage, the Family, and End The War on Men – By ending our integration of people into nuclear families, combined with the increases in taxation and interest, and the devaluing of a high school diploma making a college education and its debt necessary, we demanded two incomes, and redistributed middle class reproduction to the bottom of our population. The experiment has failed. We end community property, restore fault in divorce, restore liability for interference in marriage. The child support and alimony program has failed with only something over half of payments made, and men’s lives destroyed, because they cannot trade their income for participation in a household. We end alimony and make child support a state benefit rather than entrapping men in poverty so that they end their suicides in late middle age. This will rapidly restore the incentive to make better marital choices, and make interference in a marriage and stop the ‘divorce rape’ of men that has made marriage and children undesirable. We restore the ability to form men’s fraternal organizations and fund them so that as marriage continues on current paths, men can work together for mutual gain.

    As Good As It Can Get

    The full set of reforms is vast, but it is the greatest restructuring since the Roman age and will restore our people rapidly to self-determination, prosperity, and end the globalist war on our people and our civilization.

    This is as great a revolution in rule of law as the American Constitution, as great as the Magna Carta. It is the most “scientific” government yet possible for mankind.

    Does Trump and his MAGA supporters have superior genetics that will protect them from being harmed by coronavirus?

    No but conservatives(capitalizers), and libertarians (producers) have a masculine bias (risk tolerance), are dependent on self-determination rather than the thoughts and opinions of others, have a lower need for consensus (agreeableness) and progressives (hyper consumers) are the mirror image.

    As such conservative disgust and fear response tends to be material and genetic (immigration, class, norm, and law), whereas progressives (hyper consumers) tend to lack that disgust response and instead, fear disagreeableness, self-determination, and responsibility for policing the commons.

    It’s genetic. And we need to separate and continue to speciate. Because we are wealthy enough to do so (no longer farmers), our basic life instincts, wants, and goals are in conflict, and conservatives aren’t willing to turn the rest of the country into California, Detroit, Baltimore, South Florida, etc.

    You poor fools are destroying the world one city at a time. It’s ok. As long as you can’t take us down with you. 😉

  • Morality is Absolute – And Here Is The Reason (Really

    Q&A: What is evil and can you describe it in your own terms? Would you like to have a philosophical discussion about it and compare your definition of it to others? Is the concept of evil based on moral relativism?

    THE CORRECT ANSWER

    As always, I’ll ‘science it’ and provide the analytic answer.

    SPECTRUM:

    Evil < Immoral < unethical < bad (undesirable) <- Amoral -> good (desirable) > Ethical > Moral > Virtuous

    The human brain uses only three chemicals to provide us with incentives. These were necessary before we developed agency (choice and consciousness). And once we evolved agency all we have done is increase the complexity of the circumstances we can predict and choose from. The most important of these chemicals is the one that encourages us to preserve or acquire calories in time with the energy we possess given the returns that those calories will provide. We maintain intuitionistic measures of our energy level, our inventory of assets, our inventory of opportunities, our inventory of cooperative debts (others have invested in us), and credits (we have invested in others). And human cognition accounts for caloric opportunities, gains, and costs, with extraordinary precision.

    One of the most surprising assets we possess is our self-image and social status (our market value in cooperation with others). Because the highest returns always are provided through cooperation. And this cooperation – voluntary cooperation that is in our interests – is the reason for human exceptional success in relation to other creatures. The degree of cooperation and what we cooperate to produce also determines the relative condition of groups of people (classes, nations, civilizations).

    As such bad refers to the imposition of costs upon the inventories of others: energies, assets, opportunities, and credits. And good refers to the increase in inventory, energy, assets, opportunities, and credits (or decrease in debts).

    DEFINITIONS

    So, Definitions:

    • Bad = Minor imposition of costs (by accident or ignorance)
    • Unethical = Obtaining benefits or escaping losses by direct interpersonal Imposition of costs, by taking advantage of asymmetry (differences ) in knowledge (taking advantage of others’ ignorance).
    • Immoral = Obtaining benefits or escaping losses by indirectly by taking advantage of others’ ignorance of your actions.
    • Evil = Imposition of costs directly or indirectly, even if not beneficial to you, for no other reason than to cause them harm, especially by taking advantage of their trust.

    Versus

    • Amoral = no effect on the inventory of others.

    Versus

    • Good = Minor contribution of benefit to self or others (by accident or ignorance)
    • Ethical = Obtaining benefits or escaping losses by direct interpersonal voluntary exchange of costs, by forgoing the opportunity of taking advantage of asymmetry (differences ) in knowledge (taking advantage of others’ ignorance).
    • Moral = Obtaining benefits or escaping losses indirectly by forgoing taking advantage of others’ ignorance of your actions.
    • Virtuous = Bearing of costs for the benefit of others even if not beneficial to you, for no other reason than to improve others’ condition, especially by rewarding their trust.

    MORAL ABSOLUTISM VS RELATIVISM

    The Measurement of Morality: as I’ve just illustrated, Morality is absolute. Morality is knowable, it is measurable, and it is purely empirical, and it is a physical law of nature, and natural law of cooperation – without which man could not exist as a species dependent upon a cooperative, division of labor across the associative, cooperative, reproductive, productive, and predatory spectrum.

    That said, all human action takes place within a set of Laws, Institutions, traditions, and Norms. And while any given moral question can be answered as an absolute in isolation, or as a property of a set of related activities – what constitutions the criminal and the ethical (interpersonal) is always the same. But what constitutes moral (extra-personal) may be dependent upon many debts and credits organized into a portfolio we call norms. Or to maintain our use of economic and accounting terms, we must look at the ledger or balance sheet not just the transaction itself in isolation.

    HARD EXAMPLE

    The ‘hard’ examples are suicide, euthanasia, abortion, capital punishment, and war.

    • Suicide is not a crime in and of itself. But it may impose costs upon others.
    • Euthanasia is a killing (murder). But it may create conditions where disabled, sick, elderly, or undesirables, are pressured into suicide or euthanasia against their will, which violates the first principle of natural law: Self Determination.
    • Abortion is a killing (murder). But in its absence, we create horrid lifetime conditions for unwanted children, and entrap the young in poverty, and deprive women of self-determination.
    • Capital punishment is murder. But in it’s absence, we fail to pay restitution for heinous crimes, and we fail to protect others from repeated crimes or career criminals.
    • Warfare is murder. But in its absence we may be conquered, deprived, tortured, murdered, genocided, or worse.

    COUNTER-INTUITIVE EXAMPLE

    Some seemingly obvious examples are bride theft. While this may seem horrendous to us, in civilizations where women are a household labor force and must be ‘purchased’ from the family as compensation for the loss, ‘kidnapping a bride’ (having sex, and therefore taking the woman off the market for marriage) is a means by which two people in love can marry and begin a family without paying an unreasonable price set by her parents. The parental setting of price does not outweigh the individual’s right to self-determination.     THE CORRECT ANSWER

    As always, I’ll ‘science it’ and provide the analytic answer.

    SPECTRUM:

    Evil < Immoral < unethical < bad (undesirable) <- Amoral -> good (desirable) > Ethical > Moral > Virtuous

    The human brain uses only three chemicals to provide us with incentives. These were necessary before we developed agency (choice and consciousness). And once we evolved agency all we have done is increase the complexity of the circumstances we can predict and choose from. The most important of these chemicals is the one that encourages us to preserve or acquire calories in time with the energy we possess given the returns that those calories will provide. We maintain intuitionistic measures of our energy level, our inventory of assets, our inventory of opportunities, our inventory of cooperative debts (others have invested in us), and credits (we have invested in others). And human cognition accounts for caloric opportunities, gains, and costs, with extraordinary precision.

    One of the most surprising assets we possess is our self-image and social status (our market value in cooperation with others). Because the highest returns always are provided through cooperation. And this cooperation – voluntary cooperation that is in our interests – is the reason for human exceptional success in relation to other creatures. The degree of cooperation and what we cooperate to produce also determines the relative condition of groups of people (classes, nations, civilizations).

    As such bad refers to the imposition of costs upon the inventories of others: energies, assets, opportunities, and credits. And good refers to the increase in inventory, energy, assets, opportunities, and credits (or decrease in debts).

    DEFINITIONS

    So, Definitions:

    • Bad = Minor imposition of costs (by accident or ignorance)
    • Unethical = Obtaining benefits or escaping losses by direct interpersonal Imposition of costs, by taking advantage of asymmetry (differences ) in knowledge (taking advantage of others’ ignorance).
    • Immoral = Obtaining benefits or escaping losses by indirectly by taking advantage of others’ ignorance of your actions.
    • Evil = Imposition of costs directly or indirectly, even if not beneficial to you, for no other reason than to cause them harm, especially by taking advantage of their trust.

    Versus

    • Amoral = no effect on the inventory of others.

    MORAL ABSOLUTISM VS RELATIVISM

    The Measurement of Morality: as I’ve just illustrated, Morality is absolute. Morality is knowable, it is measurable, and it is purely empirical, and it is a physical law of nature, and natural law of cooperation – without which man could not exist as a species dependent upon a cooperative, division of labor across the associative, cooperative, reproductive, productive, and predatory spectrum.

    That said, all human action takes place within a set of Laws, Institutions, traditions, and Norms. And while any given moral question can be answered as an absolute in isolation, or as a property of a set of related activities – what constitutions the criminal and the ethical (interpersonal) is always the same. But what constitutes moral (extra-personal) may be dependent upon many debts and credits organized into a portfolio we call norms. Or to maintain our use of economic and accounting terms, we must look at the ledger or balance sheet not just the transaction itself in isolation.

    HARD EXAMPLE

    The ‘hard’ examples are suicide, euthanasia, abortion, capital punishment, and war.

    • Suicide is not a crime in and of itself. But it may impose costs upon others.
    • Euthanasia is a killing (murder). But it may create conditions where disabled, sick, elderly, or undesirables, are pressured into suicide or euthanasia against their will, which violates the first principle of natural law: Self Determination.
    • Abortion is a killing (murder). But in its absence, we create horrid lifetime conditions for unwanted children, and entrap the young in poverty, and deprive women of self-determination.
    • Capital punishment is murder. But in it’s absence, we fail to pay restitution for heinous crimes, and we fail to protect others from repeated crimes or career criminals.
    • Warfare is murder. But in its absence we may be conquered, deprived, tortured, murdered, genocided, or worse.

    COUNTER-INTUITIVE EXAMPLE

    Some seemingly obvious examples are bride theft. While this may seem horrendous to us, in civilizations where women are a household labor force and must be ‘purchased’ from the family as compensation for the loss, ‘kidnapping a bride’ (having sex, and therefore taking the woman off the market for marriage) is a means by which two people in love can marry and begin a family without paying an unreasonable price set by her parents. The parental setting of price does not outweigh the individual’s right to self-determination.     Strategy, like morality, is almost impossible to discuss because the first principles are not established. Only Militaries and Kings understand strategy because only Militaries and Kings can operationally afford to.

    Those states that most have to fear instability and insurrection within – and where the military’s primary responsibility is internal stability rather than out of area wars.

    Most strategic writing is nonsense because it doesn’t tell you what you need to know if you’re running 90% of the countries in the world throughout history. its only for those who can externally project power.

    Once you know what the natural law requires, you build a military that will make it possible internally by creating rule of law, so that you can build a military that will transform to make it possible externally.

    This is why only those civilizations (only Europeans) that develop rule of law as their first institution, state as their second, and religion only as their third can develop a high trust polity. And the second dirty secret is that this can only occur in a homogenous polity, where the incentives to respect natural law already exist, and the contrary incentives (tribalism) don’t.

    ONE NEEDS RULE OF LAW INTERNALLY. ONE NEEDS STRATEGY EXTERNALLY.
