    It’s a common presumption that Rule of Law by the Natural Law of Self Determination, by Sovereignty and Reciprocity is sufficient for the production of a high trust polity. However, the absence of christian trust and forgiveness is an impediment to developing that ule of law.

    It has taken me far too long to figure this out, and put it into a form that is digestible, in a time and place(circumstance) where it is interesting and understandable.

    We do not need equality in military-state, law-cooperation, faith-family. We need only LOYALTY between the strong, the cunning, and the caring.

    Abandonmnet of loyalty is just another right wing attempt at left wing equality and monopoly.

    Specialization in one, is to demonstrate disloyalty to the others. It is only through trifunctional loyalty that our small exceptional population can maintain competitive advantage.

    Men are less empathic than women, and therefore less socially adaptive than women. Many of the things that need to be done raising children and socializing with neighbors on the homestead, men are not capable of doing. Men are also not as capable of managing details and multitasking as women, and if they tried, people wouldn’t like it – it causes ‘interference’ that requires empathy and compromise and it would increase friction that harms social cooperation.

    Well, the right is politically dead – fully cut off from political influence. The right is socially dead – ostracized from all meaningful normative influence. As far as I can tell the right is intellectually dead – if it ever had any intellectuals after the second world war. It’s impossible to form any coalitions on the right because the four points on the spectrum are ridiculously obsessed with their own faction’s fantasies. I doesn’t matter if I agree with the fringe ethnonationalists – who I’d prefer to live with – If we can’t organize coalitions to act in any meaningful way other than by continued submissive retreat.

    I tried the conservatives, I tried the libertarians, I tried the alt right. The christians are as delusional as women. And the traditional conservatives are so anti-intellectual it’s impossible to find anything but mouth-breathers.

    In general the right has done nothing but disgust me to the point of a last-straw — particularly over the russia-ukraine issue. Except for a handful of ethnonationalists and national socialists who are right but the most ostracized of all.

    Everyone gives up on the right.

    Without miltary indoctrination into God, Country(law), Guns, the modern male is a leaf in the wind following his own intiuitions as if his pursuit of social status on his optimum terms has anything to do with the political system upon which all of us seek social and reproductive status. We must be united politically even if we are forever divided by class, status, education, and faith.

    Otherwise men, always overconfident in their opinions despite their demonstrated incompetence and ignorance, demonstrate the same bravado in political matters that they do in defense of their personal social honor. This cognitive dissonance is as destructive as is the feminine and beta left’s believe that together than can overcome their inferiority.

    So the question is what is an intellectual conservative – meaning european aristocratic egalitarianism in the long european tradition – to do? One must find a vehicle for ideas for those capable of comprehending ideas despite their intuitions and instincts. That means a coalitino of the competent center. And that requiresr a compromise. And a compromise that takes my preferred outcome off the table.

    I work with fields of possibilities. And new ones arise and fall. So, it’s not that I’m making a prediction, but identifying an emerging possibility: I’m beginning to think the current Russian government might be dying on a hill named Ukraine. If the attacks on civilians escalate (they will) then the reversal of support in the West will escalate to very serious threats against the Russian leadership instead of their military.

    In other words, it would be easy to provide air cover. It would just as easy to tell the russian military command that we don’t want to harm the troops, and we want to stop this war, but they need to find someone less insane to govern, and we will get all of europe to guarrantee russian cultural, political, and territorial integrity. Cau’se honestly, that’s what we all want.

    Ukraine and the west can burn down Russia’s entire military and economy by simply continuing to destroy their supply lines and forcing their troops into urban battle. The ukrainians will never give up. I can’t imagine it.

    When I say “I am loyal to christians” for the same reason I am loyal to children, women, and men of low ability: because they are my kin.

    Loyalty between the feminine childish theological, the practical male traditional, the rational male philosophical, and the martial male empirical, is sufficient for group success.

    Though we must always remain a trifunctional people with the force of the polity, law of the market, and faith of the family each constraining our claims to the competency of the context of polity, market, and faily.

    Conversely, I do not expect loyalty from children, women, or men of low ability. This is what separates paternal elites from commoners: we pay the cost of loyalty ont he behalf of all, to compensate for the incompentency and disloyalty of children, women, and men of low ability.

It is thought to be full of the promise of blessings to mankind; yet if it fails to bring with it these blessings, or even proves to be prolific of the heaviest calamities, it is not held to deserve condemnation. These are the familiar marks of a theory which claims to be independent of experience and observation on the plea that it bears the credentials of a golden age, non-historical and unverifiable.” — Sir HJS Maine

    It’s rule of law, by the natural law, of sovereignty and reciprocity, and not the institution of democracy, that provides the good. At best Democracy is a means of throwing out governments that vary from rule of law by the natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity, without the need for bloodshed, and the promise of bloodshed otherwise.

    Democracy degenerates rapidly into the violation of the rule of law by the natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity, just as surely as oligarchy and authority degenerate rapidly into the violation of the rule of law by the natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity.

    The form of government is immaterial. Either the civilians seek to perserve rule of law by the natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity, by threat of force of arms, administered consistently by the court, and with democracy preserving or withdrawing license of the state, thereby obviating the need for force of arms to failure of both court and democracy.

    To say that the common man is competent to rule is folly – he evidences little ability to govern himself, his family, his business, industry, and society. Therefore the via-positiva of a powerful demos is merely deterministically self-destructive. Instead, as in all cases, the demos merely retains the right to veto policies in the production of commons, and the court the right to veto laws in the coercion of the people into other than adaptation to the natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity.

    Therefore it is only the reciprocal insurance by force of arms, of the rule of law by the natural law, of self-determination by self-determined means, by sovereignty and reciprocity, and voluntary markets for cooperation in all aspects of life that determines the velocity and prosperity of adaptation by the people. Everything else is just the procedure by which that condition is administered and operated.

    This is all there is to be said.
