  • The Church’s Murder Of Scientists

    Lezinsky studied philosophy for eight years as a Jesuit, and then became a judge in legal cases against the Jesuits concerning estates. He wrote a treatise entitled “The non-existence of God” and was later executed on charges of atheism. His trial has been criticized and is seen as a case of legalized religious murder in Poland. On the basis of a public accusation, a trial at the front of the Sejm Commission was conducted. There is a transcript of the proceedings in a Library of Kórnik, including a speech by the Grand Duchy of Lithuania Instigator Regni Szymon Kurowicz Zabistowski, in which he cited fragments of De non existentia Dei. “After recantation the culprit was conducted to the scaffold, where the executioner tore with a burning iron the tongue and the mouth, with which he had been cruel against God; after which his hands, the instruments of the abominable production, were burnt at a slow fire, the sacrilegious paper was thrown into the flames; finally himself, that monster of his century, this deicide was thrown into the expiatory flames; expiatory if such a crime may be atoned for.” The treatise itself was destroyed by the diet but the cited fragments that survived are as follows: I – we beseech you, o’ theologians, by your God, if in this manner do you not extinguish the light of Reason, do you not oust the sun from this world, do you not pull down your God from the sky, when attributing him the impossible, the characteristics and attributes contradicting themselves. II – the Man is a creator of God, and God is a concept and creation of a Man. Hence the people are architects and engineers of God and God is not a true being, but a being existing only within mind, being chimeric by its nature, because a God and a chimera are the same. III – Religion was constituted by people without religion, so they could be worshipped although the God is not existent. Piety was introduced by the unpietic. The fear of God was spread by the unafraid so that the people were afraid of them in the end. Devotion named godly is a design of Man. Doctrine, be it logical or philosophical, bragging to be teaching the truth of God, is false, and on the contrary, the one condemned as false, is the very true one. IV – simple folk are cheated by the more cunning with the fabrication of God for their own oppression; whereas the same oppression is shielded by the folk in a way, that if the wise attempted to free them by the truth, they would be quelled by the very people. V – nevertheless we do not experience within us and within any other such an imperative of reason, which would ensure us of a truth of divine revelation. Alas if they were present in us, then everyone would have to acknowledge them and would have no doubts and would not contradict the Writings of Moses and the Gospels – which is not true – and there would be no different congregations and their followers as Mahomet etc. Such an imperative is not known and there are not only doubts, but there are some who deny a revelation, and they are not fools, but wise men, who with a proper reasoning prove what? the very contrary, what I also prove here. Concluding, that God does not exist”.

    Or even better. That those myths and that content, was originally greek, roman, and european – and that it was always there even before the church.

    It doesn’t matter what name we call those residues (Pareto called them Residues and Derivations). It isn’t helpful to associate them with the church.

    Those residues and derivations can be stated scientifically, rationally, and mythically. They don’t need the fiction around them at all.

    Rabbinical Judaism was an innovation (reformation) produced from greek ideas.

    Christianity was an innovation (reformation) on judaism produced from greek, roman, and persian ideas.

    What was retained was the 1) the false history to add legitimacy by contrast to the new reformation, 2) the trials of christ story to replace the trials of Achilles story; 3) the underlying argument that the unlanded (poor, ignorant) pastoralists were somehow divine (rather than inferior) to the agrarians and their aristocracy (the strong, wealthy, powerful), 4) the use of all of the above to undermine the aristocracy, commercial, and agrarian society.

    My god? My god is the god of my people. His name? He has many names. But all True Names must be stated in operational language. As such, the true name of my god, is The God Who Works to Transcend My People. Does he exist? Existence requires persistence. He does not persist without my people. He exists as heroes, gods, myths, laws of nature, and numbers exist, by living eternally in the minds of our people – some part here, some part there, some parts everywhere – together creating the whole. So, I know my god’s true name. And I know his gift: transcendence, and I know his compensation: that we speak the truth and demand it of others, that we take nothing not paid for, and demand it of others, that cause others no loss, and demand it of others. These are high costs. He is the most costly of gods. That is why so few can choose to trade with him.

    RELIGION

    No. I’ve spent the past three years on this problem and physicial fitness, mindfulness (mental fitness), myth-literature-history-narrative collections(macro rules), are just as important as recipe-formula-law collections.

    One of the things my work in philosophy has taught me, that this article demonstrates, is that if you can’t describe something in a series (spectrum) then you are very likely making the error of an ideal type (unlmited) instead of a category (limited).

    Ergo, the first discipline must be truthful speech. Science as we understand it consists of the process of performing due diligence prior to publication of our speech.

    Physics like mathematics is just *the simplest* of the disciplines. Whereas for example, economics is much harder, and sentience is much harder than economics.

    PHILOSOPHY

    Philosophy has made very little progress in its unique preoccupation: decidability(truth), consent (good), and choice(preference).

    As far as I know, formal logic was a dead end and a waste of a century.

    If I’m correct, and have produced operational logic(action) to replace verbal logic (meaning), then perhaps we will make some progress in philosophy, and finally separate theology, moral fictionalism, and rhetorical calculation, completing the categorical divergence of Zoroaster/Augustine/Constantinople(supernatural), Socrates/Plato/Greece(ideal), and Aristotle/Zeon/Rome(real).

    And we can finally put Plato and the continentals to bed as we have put theology to bed – forever.

    You choose a god, and by that choice bring him/her into you, and that god will become your conscience – a part of you. (this is scientifically true). Choose your god wisely. As you gain wisdom and need, you may choose another god. (this is true and anti-fragile) All gods have the same power – to know the truth of our thoughts, words, and deeds. All gods speak with us by the same means – by feelings alone. We can all talk to our gods by the same means – by feeling, thought, word and deed. But different gods reach our souls (personality traits) differently, so your conscience will serve you better if you choose the right god for you. (This is scientifically true). We know only one limit: only a demon will claim he is the only god, the greatest of the gods, or that he has dominion over the forces of the universe, and only a man who has taken a demon into him will claim he knows the words of gods – they do not speak – ever. And if you invite one of these demons into you, you will be a danger to yourself, your people, and all mankind – and justly prosecuted for it. (this is true). And anyone who says other than this has taken a demon into himself – pretending to be a god.

    Let a thousand gods, and a thousand temples, like a thousand nations, bloom.
