    THREE IMPORTANT IDEAS:

    (1. I’m not the same as my online persona, 2. I’m restoring violence to the discourse in order to teach the law, and 3. the law I have written recasts libertarians as the judges of the commons.)

    Stellar conversation with James Fox Higgins this morning. 100 minutes. Can’t wait to share it whenever he releases it.

    I learned a few things that I need to get across to the audience.

    1. Um. Please be respectful just to maintain my incentive to invest heavily in being available, but do no not be afraid of me. I am very conscious of what I am doing. When I argue online i’m acting as a judge and prosecutor on one hand, and a disciplinarian of rowdy boys on the other. I am more accommodating as a CEO and even more so as an ordinary guy in conversation. My online personality is my JOB. It is not ME. I am very different in my roles as conversationalist, CEO in business, theoretician-professor, and Prosecutor-Judge.

    2. I am very consciously restoring violence to the discourse, and a lot of my persona and positioning is to do so. Obscuring the fact that violence to force people into markest is the origin of that order we call civilization. It’s not that I enjoy or advocate violence, It’s that upon entry of women in the the political and commercial arena we overly-softened the fact that it is violence alone that creates it, and that the non-violent are RIDERS on that order created by that violence. Conversely, a very small number of men can easily alter the status quo – and have, for millennia.

    3. One of the reasons I set out to destroy the libertarian movement is to restore it to leadership of the conservative movement, by eliminating the attraction of the pacifist narrative of the rothbardian (common property marxist) message. In other words, I worked to deny libertarians the field of ideology and return them to the field of law. Biologically and socially, libertarians serve as the JUDICIAL minority between feminine consumptive, and male conservative genetic interests, by insuring that trade is remained. I WROTE THE BOOK OF LAW TO MAKE THAT JUDGEMENT POSSIBLE. Ergo, I need to drive libertarians into roles as JUDGES of the LAW, under european high trust “commons” law, not semitic low trust “ghetto” law. And that is what my work does: I wrote THE LAW. The one law of reciprocity from which western civilization evolved and out-competed other civilizations in rates of adaptation and innovation.

    Hard to answer that question any longer. I write on Testimonial (Complete Scientific) Truth; the natural law of reciprocity; nomocracy (rule of law) under that natural law; the uniqueness of western civlization (individual sovereignty, reciprocity, truth, duty, judge-jury-law, and the resulting markets in everything: association, cooperation, production, reproduction, commons, polities, and war). In effect the formal logic and science of cooperation that we call ‘social science’ written as ‘law’.

    “Libertarian” now refers unfortunately to Anarchism since it was usurped by the anarcho capitalists. And “Liberal” has been usurped by the american socialists. And I have lost nearly all my confidence in any form of democracy other than markets – and in doing so moved those markets into the houses of government, eliminating monopoly rule. So classical liberal is not available to me either.

    You would find my policy recommendations left of center, but my democratic recommendations right of center, and you probably wouldnt understand my economic work.

    But in the end result, all questions of politics devolve into Masculine Meritocratic, Capitalization, and Eugenics, versus Feminine Equalitarian, Consumption, and Dysgenics. In that sense I am an economic paleolibertarian and an normative paleoconservative in that it is impossible to both be intellectually honest, and sufficiently informed in economics and biology to hold any other proposition than we must pay the underclass to stop reproducing very soon if not immediately, and we must end all underclass immigration and reverse as much of it as possible.

    There is no other option other than ‘faith’.

    This is *massively* important.

    Being sincerely wrong because you didn’t do due diligence (you didn’t study and question your priors sufficiently) is *just as destructive* as being malicious. And it allows you to be a useful idiot tool in the hands of those who would destroy all we value.

    This is why I have started telling civnats that still believe in the false religion of equality, “You are my enemy, because you are unwittingly working for my enemy, and until you fix that, I must treat you as an enemy.”

    OUR SOLUTION – AND OUR LIMITED FUNCTION IN IT.

    1) We are the JUDGES of the NATURAL LAW – the JUDGES of our polity. “Those Who State Limits.”

    2) There are warriors, artists, scientists, engineers, craftsman, doctors, and mothers. Their jobs are ‘what shall we do and ‘how shall we do it’. Our job in the division of labor – a division of unequal knowledge and function – but equal duty and responsibility.

    3) Signals alone will drive excellence out of what we shall do, if natural law is imposed upon them since the GOOD and EXCELLENT are the only means possible available to them.

    4) Our men will build valhalla because we leave them no other choice. Our men will make immortality because we leave them no other choice. Our men will reach the stars because we leave them no other choice. We do not need instruct them to do so because we leave them no other choice.

    5) As judges we must prosecute violators of the natural law. No matter who, where, and when they may be.

    6) Our way is War: to eliminate that which is bad – leaving those with less agency to produce only that which is good. We parent mankind by this means alone. Not by telling them what to do. But by telling them what not to do, and leaving them to discover all possible means of doing what else they may do?

    It is for the lesser people – all who have failed – to anchor their people in an era by stating that which they must or should do other than avoid or defeat that which is false or bad.

    The uniqueness of western civilization is sovereignty reciprocity truth, duty, and the law – producing markets of the good by eliminating the bad, and thereby continuously calculating our transformation into gods – omniscient and omnipotent – by the fastest means possible: trial and error.

    Once you understand that we are “The People of The Law” and that “Truth is enough” and “Via Negativa” produces markets that calculate what a man cannot reason, the rest will fall into place. It is simply difficult to acquire those three cognitive habits.

    Swords first; words second. When words fail swords are drawn; violence is at the bedrock NOT discussion.

    Truth and what is true isn’t created in words (but discovered and explained); as words must be chosen carefully to have any grounding at all. Truth is reality en toto (words can barely do it justice). This is why God (reality) is the flaming sword bearer. This is why having untrue aim is to sin; for an arrow to fly true it adheres to Truth.

    All your proxies for the truth have blinded you to it; have protected you from it; have given you a false sense of its absence; and truth will be your rude awaking, as you’ve been ignoring its soft cries and recent screams.

    Please understand, until recently your proxies have sufficed. The idea to minimize violence through civilized means is a kind one; we believe in extending kinship. But, the unfit proxies haven’t replaced violence as of late; they have merely postponed it. We don’t settle issues anymore; we push them off and allow them to stew. Instead of keeping the pot cool you’ve been heating the water slowly in hopes of boiling you some frogs; they’ve noticed and are now escaping the pot.

    Look, we can (still, but not for long) avoid the conflicts to come; we, as humans, have a unique ability of willing ourselves into proper action (agency). We can change our behavior sets based on ideas; we can bully ourselves into new behavioral patterns; we can be our own animal trainers (domesticators).

    I have the AGENCY to consider all possibilities and choose the moral, amoral, or the immoral as required.

    This is the lesson of sun tzu, machiavelli, and aristotle – as well as every other general: morals are not truths but utilities, not knowledge but habits. The great books of wisdom and strategy are written so that we do not make the mistakes of christians and allow ourselves to be conquered, for having forgotten how to fight.

    They are written to ensure that we are civilized by reason not by habit..

    The arbiters of truths are always unpleasant; the truth is undesirable. That is until the Truth comes as violence and becomes undeniable. Human beings have it in them to fend off the harsh Truths of nature; even of human nature; but the humans show no signs that they will allow their lies to abate; they egg the truth on woefully unprepared for the horrors it has in-store for those who’ve denied it so long.

    Can we wise up in time? I pray we can; but I promise prayers alone aren’t enough.
