@Rdanis@MacCaroline@AtomDio@RadioFreeNorthwest (FYI: There are public papers by the military on the analysis of this subject by those expert individuals responsible for that strategy in the military. EMP is quite difficult and expensive and ineffective in war, but extremely unpredictable and effective in solar flares. Our risk then is from 1) the destruction of our grid in civil or international war, 2) then by flares, and 3) least of all by EMP.
