@alternative_right Sovereignty is the scientific and legal name for the philosophical names of the individual, freedom, morality. We may desire freedom and morality, but it can only be produced by sovereignty that is empirically testable, adjudicable, and possible for an institution to insure.

However, sovereignty can only be produced by its reciprocal insurance of others who desire the same by an existential institution that is expressly charged with that function ( military (others) courts (each other), monarchy(government) ) and therefore it is and always will be a non-universal function, but a local one, suited to the needs of the local population.

This is why small states are best for liberty, and large empires for defense. The compromise between them is the federation. And the optimum means of producing federations is weapons that equalize differences. And nuclear weapons are at present, the equalization between states, that the rifle equalized between classes.

Rule of law, guarranteeing individual sovereignty, using Small states, low power distance, custom commons necessary for context, and maximization of innovation,a daptation, and evolution in that context.

And together across all context because of that ‘division of evolutionary computation’ we call the division of labor.
