    —-“In 1648, at the end of the Thirty Years’ War, the Treaty of Westphalia gave a practical sovereignty to the German states, which until then were semi-independent components of the Holy Roman Empire.

    This more firmly established the sovereignty of the nation-state, which meant, among other things, that governments would have exclusive rights to organize and maintain their own militaries.

    Before this time, many armies and nations were controlled by religious orders and many wars were fought in mêlée combat, or subversively through bribery and assassination.

    The first generation of modern warfare was intended to create a straightforward and orderly means of waging war.

    Alternatively, it has been argued that the Peace of Westphalia did not solidify the power of the nation-state, but that the Thirty Years’ War itself ushered in an era of large-scale combat that was simply too costly for smaller mercenary groups to carry out on their own.

    According to this theory, smaller groups chose to leave mass combat—and the expenses associated with it—in the domain of the nation-state.”——

    THE REASON IT’S HARD TO UNDERSTAND: UNIFYING EXISTING CONCEPTS RATHER THAN EXPLAINING EACH OF THEM TO YOU.

    My work in Sovereignty, Testimonialism, Propertarianism, Market Government, Competitive Domestication of Man, and Transcendence, has been one of unifying fields that have, for centuries, been separated by different means of decision making – and often different languages.

    If you notice, and you likely will, I use sequences of terms, spectrum diagrams, parallel developments, and evolutionary processes to illustrate that those ideas that seem unrelated are merely subsets of properties of reality that in different fields, we inspect for a specific purpose. But that reality as we can understand it (and it’s pretty accurate it seems), is regular, consistent, and operates by very simple rules.

    So, you can think of normal fields, each of which addresses some subset of reality, as someone who, at best is talking to you with limited experience or understanding (a well-intentioned fool); and at worst, is someone who is deceiving you by overloading you by selectively giving you information in order to dishonestly persuade you to assist him in achieving his unstated ends. In other words – telling only part of the story. (defrauding you.).

    So then I come along and use terms from pretty much EVERY field. Because each field addresses some subset of the properties of reality. And instead of explaining all these terms from all these fields, I expect that you are at least familiar with them enough, that you can see the similarities that I draw between these ideas and the fields they come from, by using sequences of terms, spectrum diagrams, parallel developments and evolutionary processes.

    And then I give a name to the pattern we identified by the similarities across those fields by either more clearly defining a prior term (like truth, ethics and morality and law) or I create a new name (like testimonialism) where I try to capture the ACTIONS rather than the experiences that prior (more mystical) eras relied upon.

    Wherever possible I try to clarify existing terms rather than invent new ones. Or if similar terms exist, I choose the one that is the most accurate rather than the most common or popular. And if nothing exists that isn’t either wrong or deceptive, I will construct one out of near terms. And that is the best that I can do.

    So that is why it is very hard to come into Sovereignty, Testimonialism, Propertarianism, Market Government, Competitive Domestication of Man, and Transcendence, – what I call Propertarianism (which is itself only the ethics in my work ). Becuase it requires a great deal of knowledge to show RELATIONSHIPS that describe the entirety of reality in a common, amoral, demonstrable and observable, language.

    So you find people who have the easiest time, are those with a finance and economics familiarity, but have also some non-trivial experience in the physical sciences.

    It’s not easy. But if you want to be able to save western civilization from the Second Great Lie, and to do so by prosecuting the liars and their useful idiots in all walks of life; or if you are a warrior who wants to implement sustainable change to restore our civilization; or if you are simply someone who wants to understand what the prosecutors and warriors are doing, then you are learning a new language: the language of COMPLETE SCIENCE rather than the various languages of incomplete sciences.

    And learning languages with new concepts is hard.

    Interesting question. Am I? Treason against my kin. No. Treason against my people. No. Treason against morality? No. Treason against Natural Law? No. That leaves legislative command. I is it possible to conduct treason against legislative command, unless such legislative command is in the service of natural law, my people, and my kin? No.

    Which is superior morality? The Objective morality of Natural Law, Normative Morality, or legislative command?

    What is the difference between the parties now vying for possession of the violence of the state by which to bring about their preferred ends?

    The Masculine Eugenic Accumulation of Competitive Capital vs the Feminine Dysgenic Surrender to Consumption

    Only a child, a solipsist, the dim, or the ignorant, express moral purpose in experiences vs common capital.

    But this is all that the child, solipsist, dim, and ignorant can imagine and judge. Ergo Paternalism reigns.

    If one states moral decidability by experiential rather than intertemporal, he demonstrates incompetence.

    We do not let children, solipsists, dim, and ignorant, run with scissors – for all of our protection.

    The experiment of universal enfranchisement has failed. We have spent down thousands of years of capital.

    So now, adults must take the scissors from the child, solipsist, dim, and ignorant, and rebuild capital.

    1) We cannot outlaw analogy, poetry, parable, myth, literature, and history, because they are the only possible means of pedagogy. We can however outlaw analogy, poetry, parable, myth, literature, and history that encourages the violation of natural law. Education and dispute resolution are two different things. Education must be meaningful, ethical and moral, dispute resolution must be true, ethical, and moral.

    2) If you do not attempt to use analogy, poetry, parable, myth, literature, and history, it in legislation and law, then Christianity is compatible with natural law. We already do not (and rarely have) allowed analogy, poetry, parable, myth, literature, and history in legislation and law.

    3) the seventh-day mandate is to limit the state, and limit employers, and limit slave owners from exhausting the population.

    4) –All men are sinners from birth–

    All men are rational at birth. It is through training and discipline that we limit their actions to those that are BOTH rational and productive, rather than merely rational.

    I don’t mind counter-signaling because it just provides opportunities to demonstrate and correct ignorance and a lack of understanding.

    The peace of Westphalia mandated that states take responsibility for non-state actors within their borders.

    Prior to that point, all sorts of groups conducted war.

    We westerners have adopted this ‘rule’ so deeply that we treat it as metaphysical necessity rather than simple contract between kin-states to preserve the peace in an era where warfare was becoming increasingly damaging.

    We do not currently treat Soros or Islam as violators of the peace of Westphalia, or even that as of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the peace of Westphalia has been broken.

    War can be conducted by physical means, by invasion (immigration) means, by conversion (religious means), by economic means, by influential means (bribery or payment), and by informational means (propaganda and deceit).

    Yet westerners seem to have limited their concept of war to the physical. This is empirically and logically false. A remnant of the Westphalian peace wherein we agreed to allow our peaceful movements of people and ideas in a normative ‘free trade zone’ as long as states took responsibility for the actions of those within their borders.

    But we live in a world where the conduct of war has been drastically limited by nuclear weapons and economic asymmetries. So most warfare today is conducted by religious, economic, influential, and informational means – much cheaper means.

    Yet we have not adapted to the end of the Peace of Westphalia.

    George Soros is conducting war against Western civilization while under the protection of western civilization. Islam is conducting a war against western civilization while under the protection of western civilization. Jewish Cosmopolitanism in the forms of socialism, feminism, libertinism, and neo-conservatism, allied with Christian Puritanism in the form of Secular humanism, to conduct a war against the Western civilization while under the protections of western civilization for no other reason than the common man is habituated to the peace of Westphalia.

    We did not end the peace of Westphalia. We tried to extended it under the … pretense… of the universal declaration of human rights – itself, like the peace of Westphalia, was designed to limit state action to the evolution of their people and institutions such that they could join the civilized world’s open market.

    But George Soros has engaged in warfare aginst our people, just as cosmopolitans have done so, and just as puritans have done so, and just as feminists have done so, and just as communists, and their replacement resistance movement – Islam – has done so.

    War is any intentional attempt to reduce common capital in any of its forms. normative, religious, informational, economic, institutional, territorial, monumental

    We are at war.

    They ended the peace.

    Seize all assets of Soros from the original crime forward.

    His own, his family, his relatives, his organizations, those investments he has made, those who have taken his investments for the conduct of war (the Clintons, and theh Democratic party).

    Return those assets to the commons.

    It’s just not obvious.

    If you start with Sovereignty as your method of decidability then the only possible method of human interaction is productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange. And if you’re limited to that form of human interaction, then the only possible method of negotiating is truthfully, and the only method of cooperating at any scale is to create markets in everything: consumption, reproduction (marriage), production, commons, dispute resolution, and rule.

    Whether you call this construction and preservation of sovereignty or a mandatory market closed to alternative methods of rule or even criticism of this method of rule, the difference between method of decidability, or the institutions of decidability under that method of decidability, is merely tautological.

    Sovereignty deterministically produces markets in everything. And as a consequence we produce conditions of sovereignty, liberty, freedom, and subsidy.

    WHETHER WE CALL IT INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY OR MARKET FASCISM, IS A JUST A TAUTOLOGY – SAYING THE SAME THING FROM TWO POINTS OF VIEW.

    As an individual I might prefer sovereignty and creativity, or i might prefer liberty and prosperity, or I might prefer freedom and choice, or I might prefer subsidy in exchange for maintaining the physical and normative commons.

    But those wants are all the result of the use of sovereignty as the ultimate criteria of decidability, and by consequence the requirement for markets in every walk of life.

    Including the market for subsidy in exchange for the maintenance of the commons.

    It’s the subsidized that maintain the garden. Those that possess freedom and liberty that enjoy it, and the aristocracy that causes it.

    We either use violence to create sovereignty, liberty, freedom, and subsidy, or we let others use violence to enslave us.

    There is no alternative.

    Every single tribe on this earth in every single race, within the current body we call homo-sapiens, wherein a sufficient pareto distribution of property can form under rule of law, can transition from man-animal, to human, to super-human, with nothing but generations, time and effort.

    Western man has given humanity many technologies because of its use of sovereignty. this is one more technology that all gorups can adopt. And if all groups adopt it, there will be no conflict, but there will also be no world government. Because we will have a distributed dictatorship of billions.
