    THE WESTERN EMPHASIS ON TESTIMONY

    Sovereignty is Sacred – Regardless of the consequences.

    Truth is Sacred – Regardless of its impact on the dominance hierarchy.

    Speech is Sacred – Regardless of the consequences.

    Oath Is Sacred – Regardless of the consequences.

    Excellence (Disruption) is Sacred = Regardless of the Consequences.

    Law is Sacred – Regardless of the consequences.

    We must continuously adapt to the truth.

    That is why we adapt fastest.

    That is why we evolved fastest (not first)

    That is what (((They))) want to continue to destroy.

    THE DISTILLATION OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION

    If you would be sovereign, you must fight.

    If you would be sovereign and win, you must equally confederate.

    If you would be sovereign and confederate, you must equally compromise.

    If you would be sovereign and equally compromise, you must equally forgo opportunities for gain at another’s loss.

    If you would be sovereign and equally forgo equal opportunities to gain at another’s loss, your actions are limited to those that are productive, fully informed, warrantied, and voluntary, and limited to productive externalities.

    If you limit your actions to those, then the ONLY possible rule is rule by Common, judge-discovered, Natural Law of Non Imposition of Costs, and therefore, voluntary markets in everything: association, cooperation, reproduction, production, production of commons, production of dispute resolution, production of institutions, productions of monuments, production of war, productions of generations,

    This is Western Civilization: the choice of Sovereignty once made produces all that we have done. Small things in large numbers have vast consequences.

    If you would be Sovereign, and reap the benefits of Sovereignty, you must fight – fight to deny others all possible alternatives.

    If you will not fight you cannot be sovereign.

    You may beg the Sovereigns for commercial liberty, or physical freedom, or charity, in exchange for compensation. But you may never be in fact sovereign.

  • The Market Is a Consequence of Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Truth, Duty, and The Independent Judiciary Common of The Common (tort) Law.

    We create a market by creating sovereignty. we expand the market by incremental suppression of impositions of costs upon the investments made by others. We create private, corporate, and common assets. And we suppress impositions against them. The central problem of sovereignty is reduction of the lower classes that cannot survive in the CURRENT market order. In other words, we must genetically improve our distributions as we improve our productivity.

  • We Must Correct Our Error. We Begin and End with The Militia.

    We must discard our belief that sovereignty, reciprocity, monarchies, houses, and an independent jury cannot be improved upon. The uncomfortable truth is that either the militia owns the state, the military owns the state, or the bureaucracy owns the state, or the church(academy) owns the state. Or the financial sector owns the state. The only equality of intersets in that list is the MILITIA. Western civilization begins and ends with the militia. This is how you distinguish between a conservative and a libertarian. Those who fight, and those who preach.

    @Michael Shermer

    When you start the 1st Mars colony @elonmusk what documents would you recommend using to establish a governing system? U.S. Constitution/Bill of Rights? Universal Declaration of Human Rights? Humanist Manifesto? Atlas Shrugged? Against the State: An Anarcho-Capitalist Manifesto?

    @elonmusk

    Replying to @michaelshermer

    Direct democracy by the people. Laws must be short, as there is trickery in length. Automatic expiration of rules to prevent death by bureaucracy. Any rule can be removed by 40% of people to overcome inertia. Freedom.

    @curtdoolittle

    Replying to @elonmusk @michaelshermer

    1) One cannot make law only discover applications of reciprocity, since the only ‘law’ of cooperation is reciprocity.

    2) One can construct legislation as a contract between members of the polity, and legislation must be strictly constructed in operational terms from reciprocity.

    3) Commons and Norms the require defense must be enumerated.

    4) All contracts must expire within the working lifetime of the enactors.

    5) Apply all fees to ends. Prohibit pooling of funds (and therefore discretion).

    6) Non-retroactivity, Universal Applicability, and Universal Standing, and in particular, Universal Standing in matters of the Commons (prevents circumvention of the judiciary as a limit on markets and therefore prevent possibility of corruption.)

    7) Simplicity (brevity) will result from the practice of 1-6.

    8) Closing: most problems with common law of tort arose because the state intervened in the law, and deprived the citizenry of standing in matters of the commons. (See England, Coal, Mills).

  • “A doctrine of the state can only propose values to test the elective affinities

    —“A doctrine of the state can only propose values to test the elective affinities and the dominant or latent vocations of a nation. If a people cannot or does not want to acknowledge the values that we have called ‘traditional’, and which define a true Right, it deserves to be left to itself. At most, we can point out to it the illusions and suggestions of which it has been or is the victim, which are due to a general action which has often been systematically organised, and to regressive processes. If not even this leads to a sensible result, this people will suffer the fate that it has created, by making use of its ‘liberty’.” ― Julius Evola

    I mean, this is a great example. Define “true right”, Tradition and Traditional. And do so in a way that does not require men of knowledge of the universe to repeat sophisms or submit to fairy stories.

    We cannot uninvent knowledge of the world that gives us our dominion over it and return to prior states of ignorance. We must create prior VALUE SYSTEMS out of new language, not old.

    Silly old men try to restore the past. Those of us with some teaspoon of wisdom merely take lessons of past and present and propose solutions to old problems in the framing of the present.

  • Reminder of What I Do Here

    REMINDER OF WHAT I DO HERE “Let a thousand nations bloom” I don’t do racism. Every group can transcend, by sovereignty, reciprocity, truth, duty, and markets in everything. The net effect must always produce incrementally eugenic populations, that continuously limit the reproduction of the lower classes, allowing the working, middle and upper classes to gradually leave behind the drag of the underclasses, and to continuously compete with the red queen, who requires progress in man as it does in his knowledge and technology. Nationalism merely allows the self interested production of those commons necessary for the distribution of abilities in the group, and prohibits the predation upon other groups by internalizing the costs and benefits of eugenic civilization, and ameliorating differences between nations by trade policy. Every alternative is nothing but theft, parasitism, and predation. Let a thousand nations bloom.
