Great question. (You know. I love smart questions. I just wish they were more frequent. 😉 )

Beginning with defense of sovereignty, then markets, money and prices, we create and convey information and incentives that individuals can subjectively adapt to at decreasing material costs (capital) even if at increasing subjective effort (thinking). And from there, complexity increases across the entire scope of measures, rules, and agreements that allow us to coordinate far beyond what is cognitively possible otherwise.

The British Monarchy are too afraid, that given parliament are sovereign, not the people, or the constitution, or the natural law, that they would not survive – yet they are fully conscious of their import.

In other words it is up to us, the people, to save the monarchy in self defense, and to restore that power to the monarchy under the sovereignty of he people under the natural law and a constitution of natural law and NOT the parliament.

My work does explain why monarchy is necessary under natural law (partly thanks to Hoppe) as a judge of last resort given the frequent tendency of the passions of the people or the interests of the elites seek to undermine the natural law for present gain despite future catastrophe.

Of course, my goal is to begin in the USA and then use the victory and the incentives to save Britain, restoring the anglosphere worldwide as a federation, with written constitution, and preservation of the monarchy as a judge of last resort. As far as I know, the scandinavian countries will follow, then the german, then the west slavic, and then possibly the latin, with france, because of her egoism last.

They can’t use the Poseidon torpedo any more than they can use ICBMs. The hypersonic missiles are only hypersonic at long distance, and slow to easily targeted and destroyed as they approach the target. Which we have seen easily and repeatedly in Ukraine.

Hmm… I’m not sure how the arguments relate to one another, but my understanding is that the USA would eradicate all russian conventional forces within five to seven days, precisely because we do NOT rely on ground forces, but on ‘distance’ using missiles and air power. In fact our only strategic weakness at present is that we lack sufficient inventory of those standoff weapons – and that we have reduced the scale of our military industrial complex so much that scaling is almost impossible, and the Biden administration is not reacting to the changing crises around the world by adapting to that challenge.

The only ‘case’ russia has at present is 1) they are happy to lose vast numbers of people and the west is not (russians do not respect human life any more than muslims or chinese) 2) some number of their nuclear weapons are still viable – we don’t and they apparently don’t know how many and they *might* be willing to use them – though, it would be suicide for them to do so.

    We should note:
    a) that we are having problems with our own silo missiles despite maintaining them with more than a bit of discipline.
    b) that we have restored production of nuclear material in order to respond to chinese increases in production.

  • Marko, Advice: If we enable rule of law by the natural law of self determination

    Marko,
Advice: If we enable rule of law by the natural law of self determination by universal mutual insurance of sovereignty in demonstrated interests limiting us to reciprocity in display word and deed, where reciprocity includes the criteria “productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary transfer of demonstrated interests free of imposition of costs upon the demonstrated interests of others by externality” (causality) then we can only produce moral markets – or rather capitalism proper. If however, we choose any other definition of capitalism (the effect) we leave open the definition of capitalism and as such enable immoral involuntary transfers. In other words one can pursue anglo capitalism (rule of law producing moral markets) or (Rothbardian) jewish capitalism which produces immoral markets by permitting fraud, baiting into hazard, imposition of costs by externality. As such one benefits from explaining rule of law by natural law of sovereignty and reciprocity or markets that permit involuntary transfer, the externalization of risk, and baiting into hazard.

    Says every useful idiot.
    I was there.
It was a popular uprising against a president who had been bought off by russia to end the people’s want of joining the EU, and the economic prosperity that their neighbors the other slavic countries had obtained by doing so.

Q: Why Is Monarchy Necessary and Part of The Answer to Our Present Crisis?

Under rule of law by the natural law, Monarchy serves a necessary function just as do the judiciary, the jury, and the various ‘houses’ (Thangs) that test for concurrency across classes and regions.
That function is necessary because monarchies have (a) long term familial ownership interests instead of short term renter interests (b) can compensate for the tendency of all political systems to produce errors and bad decisions due to conflicts, passions, and fashions of the age, (c) in the case where the state, church, or commercial interests – or in rare cases factions among the people (such as our academy and media today) – escape the natural law by art or artifice, so that the people an appeal to the monarchy and as such the military, to ‘throw the bums out’ so to speak because “Monarchy is above the law in the restoration of the natural law – but only in that restoration” – thus providing the people with a defense against those organs and organizations whose interests are at opposition with the people or the natural law.
In other words monarchy does not so much need to rule under rule of law (common) and republican (concurrency) government, but it functions as a “Judge of Last Resort” in case the organizations and organs public or private fail the natural law of self determination by self determined means of sovereignty, reciprocity, duty, truth, excellence and beauty that demand all citizens bear the costs of defense of private and common material, institutional, and informational capital that preserves self determination by sovereignty, reciprocity, duty, truth, excellence, and beauty.
Which is, after all, the law of nature (Evolution) and the natural law (Cooperation).
