    Someone needs to remind this woman that human males are the world’s most successful superpredator – and that we just BARELY manage to contain each other MOST of the time. And that we have all sorts of rules and habits and obligations in order to contain each other.

    And if women don’t SEE those rules, habits and obligations or see the NEED for those rules, habits and obligations that has NOTHING to do with the NECESSITY for those rules habits and obligations.

    Those rules, which we carefully but unknowingly evolved over millennia, allow us to thrive in a high trust society by carefully allocating incentives to males to cooperate at every level of society. Those rules are counter-intuitive, fragile and unique in human history.

    W.E.I.R.D. societies like ours are an unnatural exception – a temporary oddity made possible by a short term asymmetry of technological innovation, soon to be quashed by social and reproductive and social superiority of universal paternalism and the traditional family.

    Women are, if we catalog their votes and their publications, incredibly ‘dumb’ about political systems. I can only suspect that it’s that they have different intuitions than we men do. Because they demonstrate very different concerns from what men do – they take the art of containing males as a natural force of gravity, rather than a fragile accident of history.

    We men create political systems to contain each other – and to force cooperation rather than predation and parasitism. Women are, in fact, only along for the ride. Because politics is the organized application of violence to provide means of cooperation between superpredators. And female participation in politics is a luxury of the success of the rules, habits and obligations that their male counterparts have built over the centuries.

    **Feminism paired with socialism, is just a program that facilitates the conquest of egalitarian males, by inegalitarian males. Women are not material in the long run. But in the short run they have incrementally destroyed western civilization by destroying the incentives of males to act according to the rules, habits, and obligations needed to constrain males.**

    The end of the single-motherhood era is near ended. Because without marriage and universal property rights, male parasitism, predation, paternalism and tyranny are logical preferences providing superior incentives.

    Just how it is ladies. Deal with it.

    ON “MANSPLAINING”

    A few weeks ago, Alice Townes justly ridiculed men for ‘man-splaining’. And, since I spend so much time in coffee shops, restaurants and clubs, I’ve been actively watching the crowd for incidents of mansplaining. And like anything that you begin to notice once you start looking for it, I started seeing it everywhere. Because it’s going on everywhere. And now I have this terrible urge to start collecting pictures of the female face of ‘listening to mainsplaining’.

    I’m pretty vocal about criticizing female solipsism, rallying and shaming. And I try to somewhat raise awareness of the problem of aspie logical autism, individualism and emotional blindness, so that I might help guys on my end of the spectrum with self awareness, in order to improve their feelings of membership in the human race.

    So, I think I’ll explore the idea of promoting solutions to man-splaining. Because the truth is, men are never going to be collectively solipsistic (treating feelings as material) and women are never going to politically autistic (treating facts as the only material). Because in no small part this is what it means to be man and woman.

    This is why women are as ‘dumb’ about anything political and material as men are ‘dumb’ about anything empathic and experiential.

    Celebrate our differences. We’re not equal, we’re compatible.

    HELPING AUTISTIC SPECTRUM BOYS, YOUNG MEN, AND MEN.

    Entry into the autism spectrum is caused in utero, as a byproduct of excessive maleness – inhibiting or destroying certain brain development. This is the reason boys mature later than girls. We must overcome the brain damage, and specialize with what remains.

    Some of the drugs that assist with tolerance for autism spectrum disorders are neurogenic. they increase the rate of adaptation, although that may come at the expense of future dependency. (I don’t think we are sure.) The process is exacerbated in puberty in a second round of rapid growth and further inhibition.

    However, it does not matter what age you start to assist the development of the brain. And I suspect that if we can accelerate this process of ‘repair’ that will will see a corresponding (dramatic) increase in intelligence among males.

    Of course, experimentation of this kind is ethically problematic. But I expect that in the next century, this will be one of the most rapid avenues to human advancement.

    They are experiencing the greatest luxury, greatest conspicuous consumption, at the greatest social expense.

    —“Japan has one of the lowest fertility rates in the world, with each woman bearing an average of 1.4 children. At that rate, demographers project a plunge from 127 million people today to 87 million by 2060, sapping the workforce of its vital young workers and putting an enormous strain on state finances. The shrinkage has already begun. In 2013, Japan’s population declined by a record-breaking 244,000 people. All of which has led to some rather creative policy proposals from the Chamber of Commerce, such as retaining 70-year-old’s in the workforce, doubling government expenditures on childcare and encouraging men to ask working women out on a date.”—

    Furthermore, keeping 70 year olds in the work force is an excellent idea. Adding 14 year olds to the work force is a better idea. Growth from demographic expansion is a bad idea. Collapse from demographic contraction is a very, very bad idea.

    No one gets a free ride.

    Tax the hell out of working single women.

    http://clarissasblog.com/2014/05/14/i-dont-want-to-hire-women/I think it’s actually harder to be a female exec over other women, than it is for men. I mean. Not only are we oblivious, but we just don’t care, and women don’t expect us to care. We just do our thing. And go on obliviously.

    I have had very bad luck with women in senior exec positions. In fact, it’s been almost fruitless. I suppose in other industries it’d be different. But in my generation the combination of feminism and craziness has just been impossible.

    But in middle management, it’s been just the opposite. In middle management you’re trying to facilitate – herding cats. In executive management you’re trying to discriminate – apply scarce resources to the best return whether people like it or not. And women are much better at herding cats, and processing multiple lines of communication than men and that’s just how it is. I don’t argue with it. I just accept it. I have found male middle managers to be free riders, and female middle managers to be more effective. I think it’s genetic. I have been on a career long quest to reduce middle management, indeed all management, to the bare minimum wherever possible and to empower the talent whenever and wherever possible. This tends to lead to a project-based company that is often reorganized, rather than a department based company structure, that is rarely reorganized.

    The gossip mill that women create is almost always destructive and the only cure is over-communication. I’ve tried to manage anti-gossip campaigns whenever possible. But the gossip thing is just insanely painful to deal with.

    (My favorite example is the accusation that I was sleeping with my young female assistant, and I simply could not silence it, despite the fact that she was actually sleeping with one of my married business partners from the east coast. )

    Good gossip lifts people up. Bad gossip cuts people down. It’s hysterical how effective this technique is. (I tell people, “if you want to gossip and conspire to make me a more successful person then please do.”) So there are positive ways to channeling negative behavior if you understand the incentives. (As strange as chick-incentives are to us men.)

    It’s really good if you can get all the admin chicks in your company on a gossip containment committee. This turns the problem into an effective means of control because the girls at the lowest level who have the greatest access to gossip become empowered by policing gossip. You try to get them to tell you anything that’s negative. Then you tell the the TRUTH about what you’re doing and let them do the work. The problem is you can never lie to them. And if you screw up you have to tell them.

    What bothers me still, and something I would like to find a way to solve, is the degree of self destruction women practice upon one another. The hen pecking thing is just impossible. And yes (straight) women are much higher maintenance. I hope to improve some of this over the next decade with Oversing. But I suspect that stopping women from trying to social climb their chick-status-ladder by gossip and undermining is freaking impossible.
