  • The Church Failed To Reform And The Sciences Didn’t Have Time To Complete Their Evolutionary Program

I mean, another way to look at the 20th century is that in response to Darwin, Maxwell, Spencer, (a) the church failed to reform in response by stating that god and natural and physical laws were the same expression of his divinity, and (b) our intellectual class failed to synthesize operationalism as a means of reforming scientific thought-at its new-grand-scale, and (c) the Jewish pseudoscientists (Boaz, Marx, Freud, Cantor) filled a void that both state, academy, and finance could use to profit from the new wave of democratic voters (customers), students (customers), and consumers (customers) who they could not force to spend down their accumulated cultural and institutional capital.

We can easily argue that this is the same strategy the ancient Jews took in response to the imposition of (scientific Aryan-universalist) roman law on top of their (mystical authoritarian separatist) Jewish law. I mean, it worked against classical civilization, why wouldn’t it work against restored classical civilization of the enlightenment? Intellectuals provide a product for a market. I am just concerned that we do not let another era of fraudulent defective products like ancient Jewish mysticism and modern Jewish pseudoscience into a civilization where second tier intellectuals, women, and the underclass are all too willing to embrace utter falsehoods at the expense of their civilization and it’s progenitors – and in the case of western civilization, all of human kind that benefits from western creativity. So what we see, is that between the failure of democracy, the progressive failure of Keynesian economics, the failure of Freudian psychology, of Boazian anthropology, of Marxist economics and sociology, and even Cantorian infinity to survive scrutiny by late 20’th and early 21st century science, that we have at least a temporary opportunity to overthrow the Second Great Deceit’s attack on western truth, science, and eugenics. But we have a short time before the second great deceit and it’s customers in women and the underclasses, possess such numbers that we can be forced into another dark age. And that the promise of a eugenic north America, like a eugenic Europe, insulated from the steppe, desert, and jungle, can continue to provide an engine of innovation for mankind. For the simple reason that we pay the high cost of truthfulness: That discipline of eliminating error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion, and deceit, that we call ‘science’. Curt Doolittle The Propertarian Institute Kiev, Ukraine We must achieve by force what they have achieved in both the ancient and modern world by deceits.

  • Russian Philosophy (From Routledge)

—” ‘Russian Idea’ – … the most distinctive feature of Russian philosophy – can be explained in terms of Russian history. The Mongol yoke from the twelfth to the fourteenth century cut Russia off from Byzantium (from which it had received Christianity) and from Europe: it had no part in the ferment of the Renaissance. Its rise as a unified state under the Moscow Tsardom followed closely on the fall of the Orthodox Byzantine Empire, and the emerging sense of Russian national identity incorporated a messianic element in the form of the monk Philotheus’ theory of Moscow as the ‘Third Rome’, successor to Rome and Constantinople as guardian of Christ’s truth in its purity (see Medieval philosophy, Russian). ‘There will not be a fourth’, ran the prophecy: the Russian Empire would last until the end of the world. Russian thought remained dominated by the Greek patristic tradition until the eighteenth century, when the Kievan thinker Skovoroda (sometimes described as Russia’s first philosopher) developed a religious vision based on a synthesis of ancient and patristic thought. He had no following; by the mid-century Russia’s intellectual centre was St Petersburg, where Catherine the Great, building on the achievements of her predecessor Peter, sought to promote a Western secular culture among the educated elite with the aid of French Enlightenment ideas. But representatives of the ‘Russian Enlightenment’ were severely punished when they dared to cite the philosophes’ concepts of rationality and justice in criticism of the political status quo (see Enlightenment, Russian). The persecution of advanced ideas (which served to strengthen the nascent intelligentsia’s self-image as the cultural and moral leaders of their society) reached its height under Nicolas I (1825–55), when philosophy departments were closed in the universities, and thought went underground. Western ideas were the subject of intense debate in small informal circles of students, writers and critics, the most famous of which in Moscow and St Petersburg furnished the philosophical education of such intellectual leaders as the future socialists Herzen and Bakunin, the novelist and liberal Ivan Turgenev, the literary critic Belinskii (from whose ‘social criticism’ Soviet Socialist Realism claimed descent), and the future Slavophile religious philosophers Kireevskii and Khomiakov (see Slavophilism). As a critic has noted: ‘In the West there is theology and there is philosophy; Russian thought, however, is a third concept’; one which (in the tsarist intellectual underground as in its Soviet successor) embraced novelists, poets, critics, religious and political thinkers – all bound together by their commitment to the goals of freedom and justice.”— Like I said, russian philosophy is literary, not rational(rousseau), not rigorous (Kant), nor empirical (smith and hume), nor legal ( jefferson ). Russian philosophy is one of LAMENT OF LOSS. But loss of what? Byziantine fall? Why does russia tolerate islam if it is islam that caused byzantine fall?

  • Forms Of Argument in Retrospect

Forms of argument evolve just like mathematics did: adding layers of precision Myth (narrative analogy) Religion (Internally consistent myth) Reason ( possibility ) Rationalism. ( justificationism ) Analytic rationalism. ( Consistency ) Existential criticism ( Operationalism)

You see. In hindsight it’s obvious. It wasn’t though 😉

  • What’s Missing From The Ten Commandments?

@curtdoolittle —“We could live only by 10 commandments refined.”– The 10 commandments did not tell us how to speak the truth, only that we should not lie, steal, kill. That is its failing.

That the commandments (truths) were delivered to us by lies, does not help us either. Natural law says the same, but truthfully. That said, we may state the ten commandments as natural law discovered by empirical research using common law. But we must tell men how to speak truthfully for it is unnatural to them. Language evolved to negotiate, not speak truth Western man needs no lies. Truth is our weapon, not deceit. Even deceit with good intent produces negative externalities. • “AESTHETOLOGY” In the West there is THEOLOGY and there is PHILOSOPHY, and there

    “AESTHETOLOGY”

In the West there is THEOLOGY and there is PHILOSOPHY, and there is NATURAL LAW; Russian thought, however, is conflationary: a fourth concept’; one which embraces novelists, poets, critics, religious and political thinkers.

I don’t know what the term is for it if there is one, but in my world this is Aesthetic Argument. “Aesthetology.”

  • To follow the word of Jesus: to extend love to all, leads to greater happiness.

To follow the word of Jesus: to extend love to all, leads to greater happiness. To follow natural law as an extension of Jesus’s teachings. To read the lives of saints. To find community in the church- all of these things are goods.

To confuse myth and history. To confuse wisdom and truth. To confuse advice and law. These are bad things.
