    (Health Update)
Been down with an illness for a week. But something is different. And it’s a good thing. 😉
The best measure of my health, both physical and cognitive, is my writing. And while I don’t feel I’m quite there yet, I do feel that I’m over the last big hump, and that I can largely think and write clearly and in volume again – even if I’m still easily tired by speaking.
So my confidence in getting the work done sooner rather than later is increasing. And I’m sensing a potential to increase the velocity over the next few months if my recovery continues.
There are a lot of people to thank for helping me get myself into physical and cognitive health over the past few years, not the least of which are the members of our institute team, as well as my medical team, and in particular Dr Brad who, I consider a gift from heaven in helping me continue with the work, and recover, despite my condition.
    Love you all
    Thanks for sharing the journey.

Stereotypes are the most accurate measure in social science, and they are the most observably consistent human behavior.

A biological fact like a statistic can be justified.
    Demonstrated behavior cannot.

You’re showing your European ‘believe the science’ bias. 😉

No. I didn’t. I’m explaining the summary of the research in operational terms. That’s my job: synthesis of cross-domain knowledge, by universal commensurability by reduction to construction from first principles (irreducible scientific facts.) But you probably don’t even understand what you just read.

Conversely, you didn’t demonstrate you can comprehend sites or even disagree, or even opine by countering with an argument or cite yourself.

This is how I know you’re lying that you have any knowledge whatsoever and are just interjecting feminine disapproval (feminine, leftist, undermining in lieu of competency and argument.)

No one that follows me ever assumes I don’t know the science. Because I only work from the science.

Unlike you, who works from fictional narratives and emotions. 😉

  • I’ve written the same explanation so many times: SHORT FORM: Demonstrated intell

I’ve written the same explanation so many times:

    SHORT FORM:
Demonstrated intelligence consists of the following criteria:
    i) IQ (rate of pattern recognition and adaptation)
ii) Short term(working) memory (necessary for mathematicians and chess players)
iii) General knowledge (reading a lot on a lot of subjects generally makes you smarter)
iv) Method of inquiry consisting of inputs ( allegory, parable, history, measurement) and methods ( free association, mysticism, reason, rationalism(justification), science(criticism).
    v) Wants/Errors: Impossible Wants, Impossible Beliefs, Metaphysical Errors, and Erroneous Assumptions
vi) Lack of impulsivity: Discipline, and Time (great ideas are achieved by focused work over very long periods – often approaching a decade or more)

    Not quite right but close.
The autistic curve is the inverse of the normal IQ distribution producing extraordinary outliers so there are at least four or more ‘of us’ above 140 than neurotypicals. This is because autism is in simple terms the extreme male brain highly devoted to systemization and often to compartmentalization.
So a few things occur. Yes there is less socially normative behavior among some intelligent people, but this is also because … normies are uninteresting, (often comparatively dim), and it’s much easier to be self entertaining in a specialization of interest. Ergo not only less able, but less interested, and often times actively avoiding neurotypical behavior that is more dependent upon information from, valuation from, approval of, and consensus with others.

They are incorrect. Though yes plasticity is possible. You can improve your demonstrated intelligence with general knowledge, specific knowledge and direct experience. You cannot improve (g) which is a basic property of your biological development. Most people who continue to learn and develop will gain a point of advantage every x years, but you cannot by any known method improve the transmissibility of your neocortex.

I am quite sure that Mr Weschler would understand the phrasing as “understanding the physical and biological processes that result in neurological differences that we attempt to measure as (g), and express as IQ.”

I am also very current in the cognitive sciences, and especially, as I’ve demonstrated in this series of posts, with the operational description of the biological process of experience across the spectrum.

Not that you’re smart enough or intellectually honest enough to comprehend it. 😉

At this point I’m feeding a psychologically disturbed troll, and the utility of doing so as a means of educating the audience has ended.

    Cheers.

Note that it’s a feminist opinion piece (essay not paper) free of any science. And continues the feminist pseudoscientific claim that observable measurable physical structures (other than amygdala and corpus callosum) do not show brain differences like genitals show differences. However, this is childlike pseudoscience because it is connectivity and weights that determine sex differences in brain organization, and we can easily tell the sex of the individual in increasingly sophisticated variations on fMRI imaging.
You would know that if you were even vaguely familiar with the literature (which you aren’t).
BUt like all women you double down and never admit y you’re wrong, you just pretend otherwise, continue your magical thinking, and demonstrate how right I am with every word you think, speak or write.
