    @KonstantinKisin, (all)

Progressive and Conservative are intentional framings, just like capitalism and socialism: deception by suggestion.

The question is instead, whether we pursue empiricism and consistency with the laws of universe and of human be havior (truth), or idealism and inconsistency with the laws of the universe and of human behavior (fraud).

As far as I know the hate-label ‘whiteness’, equals the european group strategy of dependence on evidence, science, reason and the natural law of cooperation (reciprocity).

As far as I know, the primary if not exclusive technique of the left, whether the abrahamic sequence of religions in the ancient world or teh marxist-to-woke squence in the modern world, relies on the technique of ‘baiting into hazard’ by the ‘false promise’ (fraud) that it is possible to escape (evade) the five laws of the universe:
    1) endless physical scarcity
    2) endless human acquisitiveness, amorality, practicality and status seeking
    3) endless evolutionary mutation, load, selection
    4) endless increases in concepts vocabulary and logic to explain all three.
    5) and the endless necessity of continuous increases in per capital transformation of energy to maintain evolution in a condition of prosperity.

The only solution to scaling human cooperation and the benefits of doing so is only possible by maximizing incentives for individual action in pursuit of self determination by self determined means by reciprocal insurance of sovereignty, reciprocity, truth, and duty to the commons.

But our overwhelming amorality in the abscence of norms, traditions, laws, and institutions, is continuously challenged – baited into hazard – by nothing more than fortune tellers, priests, and public ‘intellectuals’.

Humans operate at the maximum amorality that they can get away with. That’s as necessary a law of nature as is entropy.

And to make it worse, male acquisition of capital and responsibility in pursuit of status, is the opposite of female acquistion of consumption and irresponsibility in pursuit of status. And this differences is playing out at global scale in every nation that has attempted equality under democracy, because of our experiment with the universal franchise under the false promise of endless economic growth. (Which is reversing with our decliing rates of reproduction.)

To prevent another abrahamic or marxist dark age, we need to end the ability to sell false promises of freedom from the laws of the universe especially under democxratic participatory government. Because that’s what cults and religions do: generate demand for authority to destroy demonstrated competency with flase promises and credentialism.

Because they lie, demanding social construction of falsehoods for membership to produce cultural warfare, to undermine meritocracy wherever it exists.

We know the laws of civilization. The british discovered them with the invention of the modern constitutional rule of law state, by the natural law of cooperation, and the ancient european tradition of sovereignty, responsibility, and tort.

    No more lies.
    Cheers
    Curt Doolittle

ISRAEL IS THE LAST HOLDOUT IN THE MIDDLE EAST – AND IT’S ON ITS WAY OUT OF RULE OF LAW
(We are all reverting to our pre-industrial traditions, because, it turns out, multiculturalism doesn’t work, globalism doesn’t work, and we can’t even change our methods of governance.)

Kind of humorous that #Bibi is trying and likely to succeed in turning #Israel into an authoritarian ethnostate, abandoning democracy and the rule of law, given that they’re surrounded by authoritarian ethnostates. Without Israel, the illusion of democracy in the middle east is done. And with it the European (neocon) presumption that the rest of the world could equally ‘grow up’ into responsible world citizens, conducting peaceful cooperative Smithian trade, in imitation of the long history of the many-states of Europe, instead of the chaotic tribalism of their traditions.
India reverts to Hinduism, china to totalitarianism, Russia to totalitarianism, Iran to totalitarianism, Africa stuck with her border problems (we Europeans created) and a population unable to feed itself, and here in the anglosphere, we see the will to separate once again in to many small germanic states, so that we may have the various different societies we desire, even if we all share the same want of sovereignty, liberty, and freedom, and the prosperity that arises from our rule of law, participatory government, and work ethic.

Well, I think globalism is just fine. I think telling people democracy is a good, rather than the rule of law by the natural law of self-determination, sovereignty, and reciprocity is good, and that, democracy might maybe result as a luxury once we succeed at it.
    Rule of Law=responsibility.
Liberalism like socialism and communism is just irresponsibility.
The whole problem of modernity is maximizing individual responsibility.
And that requires eliminating personal as well as public ‘corruption’.

THE NECESSITY OF ONE STRATEGIC CONSTITUTIONAL REFORM: HAZARDING.
The hardest limitation to place on legislators when we reform our law and constitution consists of two parts: the prohibition on a) creating a moral hazard, and b) baiting into hazard to promote it.

For this reason we have had to outlaw the PROPOSAL of legislation that violates the natural law, and in particular baiting into hazard by advocating a moral hazard. And punishment for doing so.

All leftism consists of promoting a moral hazard, baiting into hazard, social construction of falsehoods to advocate it. Every leftist ambition is an effort to deny immutable laws of the universe: physical scarcity, behavioral amoral acquisitiveness, evolutionary load and selection, and the logic we used to describe those laws.

All leftism is crime. Why? The evasion of responsibiilty and resulting hierarchy of standing for carrying the burdent of that responsibilty for incraesing numbers over increasing time frames.

The law is ready to add to the constitution.
Y’all just have to show up and make it happen.

THE IMPORTANCE THAT WE IGNORE: UK vs USA
I might be making a more subtle point than you’re intuiting. There are a small number of differences in our governments that have rather outsized consequences.

That is that despite what we intuit, the class(rotatable) and caste(non-rotatable) systems appear, worldwide, to be as necessary as are ranks in the military, and the institutionalization of some sort of religion: they produce ‘mindfulness’ and mindfulness is necessary for inter-sexual, inter-class, inter-cultural cooperation.

    UK vs USA DIFFERENCES
    1) the added layer of barristers
    2) the method of debate from Q&A in the parliament (vs our speech makers)
    3) the monarchy as judge of last resort. “above the law in the restoration of the law”
    4) the multi-party system instead of dominant vs minor two-party system
    4) And oddly enough, the class system. (This)
    -vs-
    1) Written constitution and transactional law.
    2) People, Natural Law, and Constitution as sovereign instead of parliament as sovereign.
    3) Our supreme court under that sovereignty
    4) Our ‘odd’ religious right that treats that constitution with the same respect as it does the bible – our internal defense against the irresponsibility of democratic socialism.

In particular, classes (rotatable castes) provide people with duty and respect for fulfilling them, regardless of their rank. The false promise of the american ‘aristocracy of everyone’ and the french ‘everyone under the pretense of peerage’ and the postwar british catastrophic experiment with democratic socialism have created the fertile ground for claims of oppression when all we observe is meritocracy. But meritocracy by a single standard where few are due respect, instead of a hierarchy of standards where all are due respect – WITHIN their competency.

Utopia? No. Truth just is what it is. Restoring rule of law, commonality and concurrency, and closing loopholes, especialy those that allow rent seeking, baiting into hazard, false promise and lying to the public, in public ,about matters public, and those predations on the people by financial, academic, commercial, and state sectors is just the next incremental step in suppression of innovations in criminality as we increase our agency through new science and technology.
