the Jury is in that a monarchy limited to veto and dismissal is superior in incentives to all of the houses, prime ministers, and presidents. (And the same applies to the governorship of the states. )
JUDICIARY
The Jury is in that the American judiciary is far superior to the British judiciary primarily because the later (stricter) construction of our constitution.
British trials are superior to American trials primarily because of the division of roles between the two classes of lawyers.
BUREAUCRACY
The jury is in that the german method of education and apprenticeship, (and just about all policy other than international) is superior to all others (on earth). this applies to the bureaucracy as well. Although, the jury is also in that private management of any function that services the public is superior to bureaucratic function that services the public.
ECONOMIES
The Jury is in that a mixed economy is insufficiently diverse and that each class effectively requires its own economy and means of distribution of work. The maintenance of the commons for example is absurdly expensive if maintained by the professionals in the private sector. And there is no reason that we do not sop up millions of workers for the permanent maintenance and beautification of the commons by MANUAL means (cleaners, gardeners, arborists, stone and brick masons, painters and plasterers. )

But then we are also comparing 60M(a medium nation) to 360M( a continental empire)
SOLUTIONS
American would have been better off by retaining a monarchy limited to veto and disbandment, replacing the senators with the governors upon the invention of the telegraph; splitting the house into business(property requirements) and commons(everyone else), and adopting the Westminster system. This would put the common people in administrative control but limit fashion of the people by multiple layers: common, propertied, regional, monarchic, and judicial. Washington would be weak and the states would be strong, and this central imperial dictatorship would be impossible.

SOROS EXPLOITS THE PEACE OF WESTPHALIA – OUR WESTERN FAILING
The peace of Westphalia mandated that states take responsibility for non-state actors within their borders.
Prior to that point, all sorts of groups conducted war.
We westerners have adopted this ‘rule’ so deeply that we treat it as metaphysical necessity rather than simple contract between kin-states to preserve the peace in an era where warfare was becoming increasingly damaging.
We do not currently treat Soros or Islam as violators of the peace of Westphalia, or even that as of the invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the peace of Westphalia has been broken.
War can be conducted by physical means, by invasion (immigration) means, by conversion (religious means), by economic means, by influential means (bribery or payment), and by informational means (propaganda and deceit).
Yet westerners seem to have limited their concept of war to the physical. This is empirically and logically false. A remnant of the Westphalian peace wherein we agreed to allow our peaceful movements of people and ideas in a normative ‘free trade zone’ as long as states took responsibility for the actions of those within their borders.
But we live in a world where the conduct of war has been drastically limited by nuclear weapons and economic asymmetries. So most warfare today is conducted by religious, economic, influential, and informational means – much cheaper means.
Yet we have not adapted to the end of the Peace of Westphalia.
George Soros is conducting war against Western civilization while under the protection of western civilization. Islam is conducting a war against western civilization while under the protection of western civilization. Jewish Cosmopolitanism in the forms of socialism, feminism, libertinism, and neo-conservatism, allied with Christian Puritanism in the form of Secular humanism, to conduct a war against the Western civilization while under the protections of western civilization for no other reason than the common man is habituated to the peace of Westphalia.
We did not end the peace of Westphalia. We tried to extended it under the … pretense… of the universal declaration of human rights – itself, like the peace of Westphalia, was designed to limit state action to the evolution of their people and institutions such that they could join the civilized world’s open market.

WHY DID THEY KILL KADHAFFI
They killed Kadhdafi because he bombed a plane. Plain and simple. Why? Because he violated ‘the peace of Westphalia’ and violated its extension ‘the postwar consensus’. He violated 5000 years of western ethics.
And yes, the disaster caused by killing him despite the fact that the predictable outcome was disproportionately bad. Why? Because Kadhaffi like Saddam were killed in order to prevent more of their kind breaking the peace of Westphalia and its extension the Postwar Consensus. Until Putin came along with Ukraine, no country had done so. And he did not need to break the consensus had he not panic’d and simply made a few phone calls – but russians feel that they cannot ‘educate’ foreign people. It is not in their nature.
Westerners don’t take threats or actions lightly and don’t forgive. They especially don’t forgive the murder of citizens.
Kadhaffie like Hussein simply provided a convenient time to kill him.
THE BROADER ISSUE
The question isn’t whether any group controls their resources, but whether they sell those resources on the common market (which is what the USA enforces, or whether they will use oil as a military and economic weapon (as Putin threaten to do with Europe), (and as Iran threatens to do if it can obtain enough power in the middle east).
From the world’s perspective oil is a commons you may benefit from distributing. It is a resource of the earth, like sunlight, air and water. if you interfere with air, water, light, or oil, then you are making an act of war, not selling a domestic resource.
The reason for western skepticism was the (moral) objective of preventing the Marxists from using territory, resources, and oil as a means of warfare against modernity,
Just like the Muslims are using oil as a weapon against modernity.
Frankly, everyone would be happy if African leaders controlled their neighbors and their continent – or at least some part of it. We all just don’t want a world war started over it. And markets prevent wars at the expense of local people taking advantage of profiting from human commons.
FWIW: Moral equivalency is a very bad tool for making moral judgments. it’s a demonstration of selection bias: finding excuses for doing what you want.

This effectively eliminates all leftist opposition as criminal – which it is.
Yet, with this rule of law, we are not dependent upon a dictator of virtue, that is easy to find in a time of crisis, but almost impossible to find outside of it.
How does market fascism differ from ordinary rule of law?
It doesn’t other than the incremental suppression of nearly all privatizations of commons is greater than that of any other state in history.
