Non-Corrupt capitalism is possible. Not corrupt socialism is impossible. The reason is pretty simple: rule of law produces scientific law, and rule independent of influence, while socialism requires discretionary rule which creates a market for corruption.

Because (by design) between the 19th c American jurists, and the enemy, both have attempted to create ‘positive law’ by repeating constitutional falsehoods in order to end western rule of law. So the population doesn’t know what it means, so he can’t talk about it.
