Non-Corrupt capitalism is possible. Not corrupt socialism is impossible. The reason is pretty simple: rule of law produces scientific law, and rule independent of influence, while socialism requires discretionary rule which creates a market for corruption.

The choice is rule of law of reciprocity which produces moral capitalism, and absence of rule of law which produces crony Capitalism/Socialism.
