Doesn’t matter. What you just suggested is that laws don’t matter, and that rule of law doesn’t matter.
The court, thankfully, is smarter than you are.
Rule of law is the ONLY thing that separates the west from the rest, and public speech as TESTIMONY the origin of it.

FALSE FRAMING: They aren’t arguing FOR IT, they’re arguing that it’s not a viola
FALSE FRAMING: They aren’t arguing FOR IT, they’re arguing that it’s not a violation of positive law (authority). Why the dispute? The constitution presumes Natural Law (reciprocity).
The people have been intentionally deceived by you and yours.

I mean, if instead of a supernatural church with supernatural justification of n
I mean, if instead of a supernatural church with supernatural justification of natural law functioning as the Supreme Court between the states over an intentionally illiterate population, we had Aristotelian natural law Supreme Court doing the same with a literate population? https://t.co/xRhRXNBg0k

The usual argument is communism at home, socialism with extended family, liberal
The usual argument is communism at home, socialism with extended family, liberalism locally, and rule of law (ethical capitalism) at scale.
Why? you can’t have the knowledge to do anything else.
And you create malincentives if you try.
So liberalism is just misapplication.

@bishkebab4 Or more simply: If you can pay for it yourself, and judge that payment, and bear the cost of that payment it’s a good system of ethics – exhaustion of forgiveness will work. It does not scale AT ALL because the info is no longer available to us. ERGO leftism = disinformation.
