    It’s more correct to say that Europeans (at least the northeast southwest cline) are a novel admixture (Race) of the most desirable traits of the (n?) founder populations, since light skin, blue eyes, light hair, height, digestibility of grains, and milk, are all preferential traits, that appeared to evolve in different areas.

    Also, while the ‘economics’ of the steppe provide us with insight into the uniquenss of western cuivlizaton, it’s not until the Yamna’s descendants enter europe and start ruling local peoples that we see the civilizational component emerge into a political strategy.

    Hopefully my eplanation of steppe life will make the western model intuitive because that narrative demystifies our origins.

    I have been reading the Bible of late, and it seems that its core theme is race, by which I mean a group of people with:

    1) common ancestry

    2) who recognize each other

    3) who are natural allies

    4) who have a common moral valuation

    5) who serve the same God(s)

    #4 is shown that for every major plot-turn in the Biblical meta-narrative, the human race divides into on side that makes the proper choice and one or many that choose wrongly or are simply chosen by God as being the “bad guys”. And for each and everyone of these, the latter inherits some form of “sin” and the former inherits a “covenant” with God.

    1) Adam/Eve/Serpent all inherit sin and punishment

    2) Abel/Cain

    3) Noah/ everyone else

    4) Abraham/ everyone else e.g. Sodom and Gomorrah

    5) Jacob/Esau

    6) Israel/Egypt

    (a) Primates are white. Proto-humans developed dark skin when hair (fur) thinned to allow us greater heat dissipation. Black skin is an adaptation. And it varies all over africa. When we spread out of heavy-uv climates, wore clothes and needed vitamin D, we started losing that dark skin adaptation. The ‘out of africa region’ of Africa (Ethiopia, Yemen) started losing it too because of back migration from Eurasia.

    (b) People of the middle east are largely basal eurasian – the first people out of Africa. They have no north Eurasian ancestry.

    (c) European post-glacial hunter-gatherers have little to do with modern Europeans. Those people are extinct. They lived in Europe. Europeans carry some of their genes, from having killed the men and enslaved and reproduced with the women.

    (d) Those peoples living in SOUTHERN Europe 8,000 years ago (western, Scandinavian, and eastern hunter-gathers) were already admixed with ANE – Ancient North Eurasians (whites) to some degree. So they had ‘lightness’.

    (e) At approximately the same time, people living in Sweden had both light skin gene variants, SLC24A5 and SLC45A2. They also had a third gene, HERC2/OCA2, which causes blue eyes and may also contribute to light skin and blond hair.

They had evolved in cooperation with or competition with the Iranic peoples who (at the time) were also 50% ancient north Eurasian.

    (h) Ancient North Eurasians (24k ybp) spread rapidly (like the Aryans did later) in a cline from north Eurasia (northern Russia), to Europe (easter, western, Scandinavian, and south european hunter-gatherers). They heavily affected the first immigrants to the Americas, and less so the Asians.

    (i) Present Europeans are almost exclusively the result of admixture between western hunter-gatherers, neolithic farmers, and (white) steppe herders (SH), who are all descendants of ancient north Eurasians.

    (j) my suspicion is that steppe and tundra life is extremely difficult physically, socially, and psychologically, limiting populations, but it has a very low disease gradient, and it’s relatively easy to obtain food, so it’s a very good cauldron to cook evolution. Africa and the Levant (dry, high disease gradient), north Eurasia (cold steppe, tundra, forest), european (mild weather forests and rivers), SE Asia (hot monsoon weather forests), and the south pacific (islands) are very different environments.

    Aristotle was not alone in discussing the races. And his advice to alexander was to treat the other races as other herd animals. Races have been discussed throughout all of history. And with the same degree of disgust directed to the same peoples for the same reasons.

    What we began to understand in the age of discovery was that all humans evolved from only three base races: Africans, Asians, and west-Eurasians. This is the only innovation in the understanding of races of the modern age. Recently we have settled the debate about the pacific island mixes which consist of blending of African (Negroid), Asian (Mongoloid), and Caucasian(Caucusoid) in a cline from coastal Indian in the north and west to Australia and new guinea in the south and east.

    Like all other creatures, humans were speciating (adapting to local environments) with the majority of changes developing very rapidly and along expected axis according to caloric intake (height), disease gradient (rapid maturity), cold climate close proximity (neoteny), along lines of sexual dimorphism, producing minor differences in cognitive priority (east Asian, white, afro-Asiatic, African.) Human variation is rather simple along these regulatory adaptations and does not require mutation, only selection. Light skin is simply neotenic. Primates have white skin and develop black skin when they lose hair in equilibrium between D-absorption and UV protection. White skin wasn’t so much an invention as a reversal given the reproductive desirability of neoteny (overextended in east Asians). This neoteny is the reason for the hierarchy of sexual market value of the races even though it can be taken to the point of negative consequences in both directions (east Asian males vs African males, and African females vs east Asian females, with west Eurasians of various distributions in between.)

    Whites (Caucasians) are the newest race (subspecies), developing in only the past 16k or fewer years from an admixture of west Eurasian genetics along the ice age limits.

    The greatest and most recent genetic changes occurred in East Asia and Europe since both peoples practiced various forms of pre-agrarian, and agrarian eugenics – reaching a maximum expression in Europe after 700 with manorialism(delayed reproduction), monogamy, nuclear family, and the prohibition on in and near-breeding – and followed by post-1000 aggressive use of capital punishment (hanging in particular) eradicating one half to two percent of every generation. This left 20% of people not reproducing at all, the bottom 3% eradicated (the usual genetic failure rate), and decreased reproduction of people in the lower third (bottom). And this is the origin of eastern and western IQ and behavioral advantage: eugenic decrease in the underclass population, genetic expansion of the genetic middle class, and the possibility of directing surplusses to the production of high-return commons

    Despite a century of controversy, there exist only three major surviving races (subspecies), with the proposed fourth: the Pacific islands consisting of a mixture of all three races, and Austronesians a mix of African and Caucasian.

While we may be aware of the high cost of truth before face, the high cost of market meritocracy, and the high cost of high trust norms, it’s unspoken cost is that it is aggressively eugenic. This aggressive eugenics is as much or more important than any other cultural trait. Only the Chinese and the Europeans were able to institutionalize eugenic reproduction via manorialism, which accounts for the elevated intelligence of East Asians and Western Europeans: the underclasses were dramatically reduced through natural cold weather farming, reproductive suppression, and criminal prosecution.

    The world other than Korea japan and china who are equally the products of eugenic evolution (human self domestication) despies western civlization becuase it is expensive, it is counter-intuitive, and it is antithetical to them – but most importantly – because they cannot compete because they cannot repeat the eugenic processes themselves.     THE SPECTRUM

    1 – Most narrowly: Northern Europeans above the Hajnal Line (North Sea Civ), who were not under catholicism long enough to lose their ancestral legal and traditional habits – especially those who escaped the long term corruption of the church. The north sea group began separating from the rest of the world rapidly and the great divergence of the greeks was repeated in the north sea beginning in 1000 ad (not 1400).

    2 – Commonly: Christian European whether Germanic Scandinavian, Baltic, Slavic, or Finnic. (Continental Civ). This includes the three groups of Christianized european people: orthodox(greek), catholic(Latin), and protestant (Germanic)

    3 – Less Commonly: Many be extended to include the descendants of early Neolithic farmers of the Balkans, Greece, Southern Italy, Sicily, and Sardinia because they are Christian and in the european territorial and cultural sphere of influence. (European Peninsular Civ)

    4 – Uncommonly: May be extended to include the Iranic people of the caucuses: Georgians, Armenians. (European Extant Civ thru the Urals )

    5 – Rarely: May be extended to include the south-central West Eurasians – the Iranic peoples – but generally not.

    6 – More rarely: May be extended to the Turkic peoples – but almost certainly not – because they don’t speak an IE language.

    7 – Not including outbred peoples of the Indian subcontinent (who are a mixture of negrito hunter-gatherer, middle eastern hunter-gatherer (Dravidian), and Indo european steppe herders.

    8 – Not including the Afro Asiatic Languages – Middle eastern Peoples.

    9 – Never including African or East Asian Peoples, or Siberian Peoples (Amerindians).

    10 – Never including admixture peoples (along the out-of-Africa route from Yemen, to India, to SE Asia, to Australia.

    HITTITES

    The Hittites were West Eurasians. They Were Indo Europeans (“Aryans”). And we do not know whether they traveled from the steppe (Ukraine, Russia) via the clockwise route across the caucuses mountains, or the counter-clockwise route through the Balkans, or whether they originated on the Anatolian shores of the Black Sea. Consensus favors counter-clockwise.

    This means that Hittites share common ancestors with today’s ‘Whites’, and are not of either East Asian (Mongoloid) or African (Negroid) races.
