    Question: “Why have our marvelous brains formulated two diametrically opposite explanations?”

    Answer: Cognitive Division of Labor: Predator (action, dominance, science) — vs.– Prey (mindfulness, submission, religion).

    Problem: Demand for mindfulness increases with uncertainty. Post tribal life removes resource uncertainty at the cost of social uncertainty (female herd equality, male pack hierarchy). Scale increases uncertainty. Production cycles decrease availability of positive reinforcement (status signals, fitness signals). Consumerism buys signals, at cost of increase in isolation. Diversity (market polity) increases isolation.

    Choices:

    (a) Personal Rituals: Stoicism (Self Authoring) > Sophism (Philosophy) > Pseudoscience (“Church of TED, Marxist Economics”) > Religion (Old Age) > Magic (New Age) > Occult (literature – post-reason).

    (b) Social Rituals: Hunting > Sport > Commerce > Civic Groups and Clubs > Politics > Religion (academy, media, cult) > Fringe Movements (outcasts) > Occult (‘escapists’).

    What’s the Underlying Problem? Neural Economy. (Physical Economy(Stress), Emotional Economy (Stress), Neural Economy(stress)).

    Regularity provides certainty and decreased neural cost.

    Plenty provides personal decrease in neural cost but increase in cost of collective coherence, consistency, correspondence, and (frame) decidability.

    In other words, manageable neural cost provides anti-fragility (mindfulness) and suppressed neural cost (infantilization) increases fragility.

    The problem we face satisfaction of demand for predatory ( consumption, acquisition, opportunity, signals/status) vs prey ( consumption, insurance, certainty, not-sticking-out/equality).

    Markets (Economy) in everything: Unfortunately we have constructed a cognitive model of monopoly under both universalist abrahamic religion, justificationary philosophy, universal democracy, legislation (rather than tort law), and constructivist mathematics (and positivist logic).

    Despite the fact that the uniqueness of western civilization’s ‘salvation’ of mankind from superstition, ignorance, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, endemic violence, child mortality, early death, tyranny, and the vicissitudes of nature – was the product of anti-monopoly “Markets in All Walks of Life” under individual sovereignty, tort law of reciprocity, evidentiary (testifiable) truth regardless of cost to face, status, dominance, or competence hierarchy, duty of the commons regardless of station, decision jury, judge and rule of law, leaving the only remaining method of cooperation “as markets in all aspects of life” that resulted in our innovations of reason, empiricism, and science.

    Ergo, between religion, philosophy, (and that counter-empiricism we call the ‘enlightenment’ and it’s capture of power) democracy, followed by the revision of monopoly Abrahamic Monotheism( judaism, christianity, and islamism), that we call Marxism(Pseudoscience), Socialism(Monopoly Property), Postmodernism (monopoly sophism), and Feminism (monopoly female control vs compromise familial control) – we repeated the same process as the ancient era (resulting in the destruction of every civlization of the ancient world) and attempted in the current era to undermine (destroy) that social order that made our salvation from natural condition possible: non-monopoly markets of competition (calculation) using discovery by trial and error at the cost of soft eugenics (suppression of the reproduction of those who force burden by moral hazard onto others).

    The questions are one of knowledge and one of choice. Lacking knowledge one cannot make a choice. Possessing knowledge what choice does one (or all) make?

    The answer is divided between the predator and pack’s preservation, or the prey and herd’s submission. 😉

    Good Question, but You Might Not Like the Answer

    Socialism means central management of property and production. Socialism is dead. It cannot exist, ever, any more than communism or anarchism can exist – for obvious reasons, that I won’t go into here.

    Almost the entire world works on a mixed economy. A mixed economy means that private property, money, and prices are used to provide calculability, planning, and incentives for individuals, yet the proceeds of their unequal productivity are captured, and redistributed.

    The means of this redistribution varies from the investment in research, in industry, and infrastructure, to the subsidy of retirement, unemployment, general income, and the provision of health care and justice, military and defense.

    the uncomfortable truth is that the lower classes (dumber, more impulsive people, with lower industriousness) are far more costly than people who are intelligent, thoughtful, and industrious can compensate for, so the countries that are the most advanced and have the highest redistribution are those that have eliminated their underclasses through attrition during the middle and late middle and early modern ages. In other words, the best way to increase your wealth and unemployment is to force one or zero children to people who require redistribution.

    Moreover: There are limits to energy consumption available on the planet.

    Moreover: There are limits to productivity using energy available on the planet.

    Moreover: Humans are *extremely* expensive organisms.

    SO:

    THE OPTIMISTIC VERSION:

    We impose worldwide one or zero child policy on those people who cannot engage in fruitful employment and over about four generations raise the median ability of humanity about one standard deviation, eliminating most demand. Meanwhile we impose a law that says that any job that CAN be done by a human without repetitive stress injury, shall be done by a human. And that would solve most of the problems.

    THE STATUS QUO VERSION

    Since that would be untenable for the third world the vast majority of their populations being ‘surplus humans’, and impolitic for the first world, given that the state is empowered by women and the lower classes through voting I expect what will occur is no change, until the existing system of credit collapses (which should occur somewhere in the next generation if not this one.) And we will

    THE SCARY VERSION

    The vast importing of underclasses into the civilized world in order to attempt to compensate for the impossibility of maintaining these levels of redistribution in a world that is no longer economically and institutionally backward, nor pervasively superstitious and illiterate, will reverse 3500 years of reduction of the underclasses, and reduce all but say the japanese and Han chinese to worldwide malthusian poverty, since it is DIFFERENCES that make productivity possible.

    Regardless of what economists like to promote the carrying capacity of the planet looks as if the current standards of living cannot be extended to the full population extant.

    That’s my understanding of the choices.

As such, it’s insidious and the reason for women’s reputation as the source of evil in most of history, but it’s not ILLOGICAL.     Given the Spectrum of : {Neurobiology, Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Evolutionary Strategy, Politics and War}.

    1) Neurobiology: how the brain works: chiefly: it’s biological limits to perception, cognition, memory, knowledge and reason.

    2) Psychology: the study of the brain’s struggle to acquire and inventory, its limits, and its errors (cognitive biases) given the individual’s reproductive strategy.

    3) Sociology: the study of cooperative acquisition by groups: the production of cooperative and normative commons.

    4) Economics: the study of cooperative reproduction, production distribution and trade for the purposes of persistence. The productive commons.

    6) Evolutionary Strategy: The suite of informal(manners, ethics, morals, myths, education), economic (production distribution and trade), and formal (law, politics ) institutions that allow the extant peoples to compete with other extant peoples. The competitive commons.

    5) Politics: the study of organizational institutions for the purpose of producing competitive(group evolutionary strategy), reproductive, productive(economic), normative(institutions) and material commons.

    6) War: the study of the limits of productive cooperation, and the imposition of cooperation, elimination of threats, and elimination of competition.

    Man Acts To Acquire To Survive. Cooperation Is The Most Beneficial Means Action to Acquire. But only if cooperation is non-parasitic. And for cooperation to be non-parasitic it must be: productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange, free of externality by the same criteria.

    So, the study of man is the study of man’s acquisition of all that he desires. Man acts to acquire.

    NEUROBIOLOGY

    While we will undoubtedly gain further insights into man, brain and mind, it is unlikely that the Propertarian principles will be falsified – only increased in precision.

    1) that man acts to acquire property en toto,

    2) moral bias is determined by reproductive strategy

    3) specialised moral biases that reflect our reproductive strategies and voluntary cooperation allow us to produce a market for cooperation that functions as an information system making use of the entire spectrum of perceptions in the division of perception, cognition, knowledge, labor and advocacy.

    4) language evolved largely to justify actions in the context of cooperation rather than to identify truth propositions. Truth is difficult for us because it is critical. Justification is easy for us.

    PSYCHOLOGY

    Instead of asking what is right or wrong (deviation from an ideal) with someone’s thinking (a totalitarian doctrine) we ask what they seek to acquire, and whether they seek to acquire it by moral or immoral means. All human behavior can be expressed as interactions between desires for acquisition, the need to negotiate, and moral constraint, and the relative value, or lack of value, of cooperation.

    SOCIOLOGY

    Instead of asking what is right or wrong (deviation from an ideal), we ask what the group seeks to acquire, and whether they seek to acquire it by moral or immoral means.

    EVOLUTIONARY STRATEGY

    Instead of asking what is right or wrong (deviation from an idea) we ask what the group seeks ot acquire, and whether they seek to acquire it by internally and externally moral, or immoral, means.

    ECONOMICS

    Economics can be studied as the means by which we eliminate frictions (transaction costs) and thereby increase the ease and decrease the risk of cooperation (Austrian Economics), OR economics can bes studied as the means by which we search for extensions of rule of law such that interference in the economy is non-discretionary (Chicago Economics), OR economics can be the means by which we determining the maximum disinformation that we can insert into the economy for the purpose of increasing consumption, and by consumption, employment(Keynesian economics). But we now know that Austrian is the most moral, Chicago at least interferes under rule of law, and Keynesian (saltwater) economics is the means by which we conduct the most deceit.

    POLITICS

    Instead of asking what action is best (monopoly) we ask how individuals can organize into groups to conduct exchanges with other groups, in order to acquire what they wish to by moral or immoral means.

    WAR

    Instead of the empirical falsehood that war is universally bad, war is the only solution to the failure to cooperate on marginally indifferent moral terms, and war is perhaps the most productive effort man can undertake if one group increases the suppression of parasitism of another group, and especially if it creates or improves trade routes. Violence is either the means by which we enact parasitism, or the means by which we eliminate parasitism. If we eliminate, or at least reduce parasitism substantially, then war, like all prosecution of parasitism, is by definition, moral.

    THE COMPLETION OF THE ENLIGHTENMENT PROJECT

    The study of man prior to Propertarianism and post-Propertarianism is equal to the study of man prior to the enlightenment and after the enlightenment.

    Really? By learning it. That’s what we all need you to do. It’s actually somewhat difficult. It takes time. But if you can do it, then you are, by self education, providing the greatest value, because the more of us there are the more impossible it is to personalize or demonize the movement, and the more the evidence of the arguments ending the dark age that is upon us.

    In determination of fitness, the market is the same as nature. one either survival nature in the wild or in the market, or in some combination. But if you cannot survive in the market you are unfit for survival and reproduction. The solution to the majority of resulting conflicts is to separate so that in-group care-taking lowers the threshold.
