Why is it that people feel worthy of making judgements about that which they know little, and less about that which they know much?
Revolutions are simple. They are like any other market.
Incentives.

It takes a certain mentality to make low trust, nihilistic, pretentious arguments advocating pragmatism rather than work deliberately to produce beneficial solutions even if they are profoundly difficult. It hasn’t occurred to you perhaps that you were indoctrinated into this form of thinking because people like you are easiest to control and most useful bureaucrats for who must oppress others through corruption and disinformation.
Democracy largely works where people are largely moral. Democracy doesn’t work where people are largely immoral. People are largely moral or immoral because of rule of law.
People who demonstrate nihilism confuse the challenge of creating rule-of-law amongst an immoral people with the impossibility that people can act morally, if rule of law is imposed.
That said. You should not antagonize your betters. It merely gives us opportunity to demonstrate your immorality and lack of character.
You are not wise. You are weak.

Man asks me, “Working?”
“Of course. Always. We are men. We must work.”
“Yes.” (laughter)
“Otherwise the women will give us even worse things to do at home.”
“Oohhh, yes!” (room full of laughter)

NO MORE BOOKS OF LIES
The Vedas were invented to control
The Avesta invented to divide
The Talmud invented to deceive.
The Bible invented to enslave.
The Koran invented to conquer.
Das Capital to steal.
The General Theory to Impoverish.
The Truth to set us free.
NO MORE LIES.

When your father is a big, mean, violent, alcoholic who beats your mother, you and your sisters with regularity, and the sound of his voice, footsteps, or car coming up the drive, makes your heart race – this creates a certain mentality. You can either duplicate it, succumb to victimhood, or never surrender, and work to ensure no one else every experiences such tyranny.
Turns out credibly promising to kill such people changes their temperament radically. It worked for me. It has worked throughout history. It is in man’s nature.
We need fear none. We need show no mercy. We need offer no forgiveness. Yet we need to rely upon reason not wrath. Anger defeats the mind, and tires the body. And we need all the will and energy we have.
Someone reminded me today that the left never had their Nuremberg Trials.
Well now, that’s a goal for us, isn’t it?

OVERSING
(diary entry)
Trying to make a short demo video for Oversing for the home page. It’s killing me. How do you do a demo for something that big? I am too close to the product, I know.
You have Slack, Trello, Asana, and maybe Mavenlink at the low end of the market. You have Jira above them in the technical market. You have the Microsoft, oracle, and SAP stacks at the top of the market.
Oversing looks and feels like a mix of all of them. The buyer is not the end user like slack trello and asana – or even Jira. The buyer is at the middle or senior management level.
Why? Because Oversing enforces process and policy through workflows. Sure, our workflows can be configured by power users – they’re pretty intuitive. But you can create organizational policy. And you can do it in multi-language, multi-currency, complex organizational structures, with different processes.
Now, when we show it to developers they ‘get it’ and love it. And sure, they’re our first market.
But it’s not just for in-house development so much as for agencies and consultancies and service companies.
Oversing is to profit and loss organizations as Jira and Confluence are to help desk and production organizations. Oversing is to the enterprise as slack, trello, asana and mavenlik are to small businesses.
So when we demo oversing, we show the accounting stuff first, then the workflows, then the user experience. Otherwise people get anchored.
So I have to script this video somehow that shows off the heavy duty parts of the product without terrifying the end user. I suppose I can lay it out in the first bit with an illustration of some sort….
Hmmm…. tell them what you’re going to tell them, tell them, tell them what you told them.
Keep it basic because all of the features will have individual short videos anyway.
Well… thanks for letting me think out loud. lol
