So I guess the best answer is to write the introduction personally, then simplify by writing declaratively, not persuasively, and just wrap it in the narratives. That seems to be the best solution I can come up with. It’s law, so write it as law.

There is a difference between being educated and well read. I loved my education. But I am just well read. I don’t consider myself well educated. Possibly the opposite. And it is apparent to me that jayman, hbdchick, and I could never work in the academy. Look what happened to Hoppe and McDonald.
I’ve been pondering today how to talk about the differences in decidability at each level of argument. And how this relates to each deviation in intelligence.
People make the arguments they can. They understand the arguments they can.
People practice the ethics they can. Because those are the ethics they understand.
The information in these different methods may be indifferent. But the information required of individuals increases. And the information in the method of a regiment decreases.
Ergo simple people need myth and highly knowledgeable people need theory or formula.
This statement is expressing able as a mathematical relationship where the individual’s information, induvidual’s ability, and argumentative information vary proportionally.

In many things, I’m just as stupid as the next guy. In some things I’m far more stupid than the next guy. Thankfully we have friends who understand us better than we understand ourselves, to show us where we’re stupid. Unfortunately, some of us are a bit thicker than others. And some of us are terribly thick. And it takes hearing the right words at the right time to see our stupidity for what it is.

I would say we can define cultures by their signaling methods. And that signaling methods reflect group strategy.
And that this is the primary cause of group conflict.
We defend our signals more so than any other property – even sometimes our lives.
We are exceptionally skilled at participating in signal economies.
We should not be surprised if we operate by signals and justification of acquisition in support of our reproductive strategies.
Strategy. Justification. Signal.

( it’s just sunlight. Autism is correlated with in utero vitamin d deficiency. I have chronic ( severe ) vitamin d deficiency. My lower faculties return with sunlight. It’s a matter of about an hour. Why are American doctors not able to diagnose this? )

Why is it that these people think they are smarter than I am? You know. I can’t decide on how I feel about anything. Or anyone else for that matter. I cant even imagine what you’re thinking. But I promise, that in most other contexts, as long as I’m even paying attention, I am so far ahead of you that the concept of that delta is alien to you. But is that arrogant? Well, its just supported by evidence. And the contrary defense is that I am conscious of my blind spots and remind people of them all the time. Because they seem to think my ability translates into every area. It doesn’t. How do I know? Easy. If I think about it and it’s ‘blackness’ then I don’ t get it. If I think about it and my head fills with unstoppable layers movies that I choose from, then I do. Most people generate blackness. Almost all else doesn’t.
