    THE RELATIONSHIPS WITHIN THE HIERARCHY OF LAWS

    1) Laws of Nature:

    Equilibria: The DISCOVERY of which is the subject of physical science. We can know the first causes of the deterministically equilibrial universe – but we cannot sense them without extensive work.

    2) Laws of Man:

    man is an expensive organism fighting the dark forces of time, ignorance, and scarcity, and must act to acquire, and in acting to acquire, acts rationally (to ensure returns – in the greatest return for the least effort, in the shortest time, with the greatest degree of certainty at the lowest risk); and in acting rationally, must conserve physical, emotional, and mental energy, and expend physical, emotional, and mental effort; and can choose to cooperate with others, prey upon others, or boycott others at all times; and may make use of violence, remuneration, or gossip(lauding/shaming), to do so.

    2) Natural Law:

    Non-Parasitism, leaving Reciprocity as the only possible action, because only by non parasitism do we produce the incentive to cooperate rather than prey upon, retaliate against, or boycott. We can know the first cause of reciprocity through direct observation, and we do know it. We cannot implement reciprocity without extensive work (institutions) which allow us to concentrate our forces.

    3) Natural RIghts:

    The methods of insuring natural law, by an insurer of last resort (militia, military, judiciary, monarchy). We cannot implement those institutions without rules by which institutions may enact processes, independently of subjective opinion.

    4) Property in toto:

    the means of commensurability (measurement) between our actions: changes in state of property in toto exist in reality (laws of nature), limited by the abilities of man’s action (laws of man), violate or do not violate reciprocity (rule of law), and are insured or not insured by institutions (natural rights), and can be measured or not measured by changes in property in toto.

    THE USD and EURO function as the Reserve Token Money for the purchase of the commodity money: hydrocarbons, and the USA uses its premium for the financing of the world military, and the Europeans use their premium to delay the onset of the collapse of their generous redistribution scheme. Now, what happens if say, iran or russia or both are able to determine obtian sufficient control over hydrocarbon distribution that they can require hydrocarbons are purchased with their token money? Well the USA and Europe will no longer be able to sell their token money. And so the USA will not be able to apy for its military, and europe for its generous redistribution scheme. The USA and canada can produce sufficient hydrocarbons and if necessary nuclear energy without going to the internatinoal market for additional supply. But europe cannot, and must in turn become a client state of either russia, iran, or both.

    Pence said that yesterday, and it sums up our era: conservatives have ended the era of paternal patience. At some point the father decides the child is a net loss if left to his own devices, while the mother preserves motherly blindness, empathy, and hope.

    I called the previous generations of conservatives and libertarians the ‘hopeful’ era, and that our era is defined by our loss of hope.

    Our loss of hope can be seen in our initial optimism, increasing frustration, last ditch efforts, and finally, our loss of hope, and our development of conviction.

Forced retirement savings, 4 hour school day, prohibition on immigration outside of research in physical sciences, tiered medical insurance, zero interest home loans, direct redistribution of liquidity to consumers, end of child support, spousal support, and marital community property, and marital credit and taxation; creation of debt-‘dole’ on the british model. removal of women from the voting pool into a separate house. mandatory service in militia (expansion of national guard’) providing both natural disaster, emergency, medical, and defense capability – with fitness requirement through the age of 60, or heavy penalties. Requirement for strict construction of law, legislation, regulation. Revocation of civil war violations of natural law. Restoration of voluntary association and dissociation. Redistribution of income taxes to the states, which then forward them to the federal government. And total revocation of the federal ability to levy taxes.

    As a package it will sell. Incrementally it won’t.
