    I have to ‘correct’ Ricardo if he is using ‘libertarianism’ rather than ‘sovereignty’ out of convenience. Because just like ‘Austrian Economics’ (Mengerianism) has been ruined, the term ‘Liberty’ and “Libertarianism” has been appropriated and ruined.

    Mises was justly criticized and dismissed for his ‘Jewish Economics’. I’ve done the same for Rothbard and his “Jewish Libertinism’.

    The term liberty originated with the right to preserve local custom over sovereign law. It was a ‘permission’.

    Liberty says nothing about the CONTENT of that law.

    Sovereignty leaves no CHOICE over the content of law.

    ONLY Natural Law can survive the tests of sovereignty.

    Propertarianism = Sovereignty = Rule by Militia, by Rule of Law by Natural Law.

    Self-ownership is a nonsense statement. You can control your mind and body but you cannot OWN it without someone else to insure it such a thing. You might claim you can possess it one on one against a similar or weaker opponent. But you can’t own it without an insurer. And even then you can only own it to the degree made possible by the insurer(s). Ownership can only exist in relation to others. So we might deflate the ‘deception’ of self ownership into “I demand defense of my mind, body, actions, and the products of all three for my reciprocal defense of mind body actions and products of all all three.”

    (Yet another empty verbalism by the art of Pilpul.)

    Yeah. Completely. The thing is I want to eradicate fictionalism and even The METHOD of fictionalist arguments. In particular the omnipotence and MANDATORY subservience to gods, vs the immortality and OPTIONAL favor of gods. And the use of conflation. The only way I have seen this done is Myths, legends, heroes, history, literature WITHOUT supernatural (abrahamic) literature. And then many pagan festivals OF THE EARTH AND MAN, and then stoic (action) discipline (self-authoring is peterson’s term). And personal ritual (work or task) for personal things. IN other words, I want to prevent the addiction behavior we call ‘spirituality’ or ‘ecstasy’ and the zealotry and un-reason that results from it. I mean…. that’s why spiritualism/occultism works: it produces an addiction respose to unreason whereas rituals produce addiction response to action and reason. It’s not a theory. It is what it is.

    So that means throwing out abrahamism and all forms of occultism that produce regressive addiction responses.

    The german method(rational philosophy conflating reason and experience) is clearly better than the anglo (law and science ignoring experience), both of which are better than Abrahamic deceptions (religion). The question is, can we avoid the destructive consequences of german conflationism? The only way I have seen (and mankind has tested a lot of options), is to deflate everything, and teach them separately. Because it is the conflation that produces the opportunity for abuse in all forms of fictionalism.

    I disagree with the premise that democratic elections are a market for the best government, and it’s demonstrably untrue unless you believe “real” democracy has yet to be implemented. The theory behind democracies’ producing bad government should be something along the lines that it fixes the weight of suffrage in polity equivalent to a severe price control regime in economy (“communism”), to the detriment of entrepreneurship and economic competitiveness.

    In aristocracy, there is no suffrage except when peers or parties (classes) broker deals between them, and at those times suffrage is by no means fixed to equal per individual, but determined according to the market value of each respective parties’ potential of cooperation, boycott or violence; either ad hoc (gathering of a thing/political marketplace to address a particular issue) or by convention (multi-house parliament/estates). This is the polity equivalent of free-market economy.

    CURT: Clarifying terms:

    ARISTOCRACY: Aristocratic production of COMMONS(meaning government) and RULE by Rule of law by Natural Law by an independent judiciary (a cult of law).

    We conflate Rule(via negativa) and Government(via positiva), Just as the Abrahamists conflate Truth, Law and History with Wisdom, Command and Myth. Truth requires deflation.
