The crusades were a good thing. 😉 In fact, our biggest mistakes were (a) not completing them, (b) not letting Russia retake Constantinople, (c) not letting Germany restore the holy roman empire, (d) not conquering and reforming china like we did Japan and Germany.

WHY IS EUROPEAN CIV SUPERIOR?
CONTEXT
I think some of you might have noticed that I’m working with the theory put forth by Piaget and Fukuyama that the order in which civilizations develop their institutions determines the long term priority of the cognitive framework of the societies.
I’ve expanded my work on (chapter on) group strategies to include this insight and am revising the criticism of abrahamism in particular (semitic religion first, vs european law first, vs chines estate first) to reflect these insights.
I think when I’m a little closer to done you’ll feel the work on comparative civilizations is as complete as the work on testimony and ethics.
I’ve posted two articles on our website today – both that were written for quora, and both have to do with differences in civlizational strategies. But they are too ‘inappropriate’ for facebook’s guidelines.
1 – Q: Why is Western civilization the only one worthy of leading humanity?

2 – Q: Chinese First? Europe Fastest: Chinese vs European Civilizations

—“I Choose My Moments”– (sister)
My sister is a flawless , archetypal, stoic, especially for a woman. Rarely states anything, private or judgemental. When she does it’s a surprise. I state it’s uncharacteristic. Her response, “I choose my moments”. Another soic response.
Not all women can be trained to be stoics. But those that are, are priceless.

Non-Corrupt capitalism is possible. Not corrupt socialism is impossible. The reason is pretty simple: rule of law produces scientific law, and rule independent of influence, while socialism requires discretionary rule which creates a market for corruption.

@wax5800 @Jyrkiboy_ @MD11dr @jimkelly522 @RealJamesWoods the capitalism – socialism dichotomy is another leftist trope like calling leftists ‘liberals’ when they’re socialists and communists. The choice is rule of law of reciprocity which produces moral capitalism, and absence of rule of law which produces crony Capitalism/Socialism.
