    We defend the market (involuntary warranty of goods, and services – and now INFORMATION)

    The west has been defeated in the ancient past by lies (supernatural monotheism)

    The west has almost been defeated in the modern era by lies (jewish pseudoscience, and puritan pseudorationalism)

    The first defeat was achieved through a near monopoly on writing and preaching.

    We rescued ourselves by the invention of the printing press and literacy.

    The second near defeat was achieved through a near monopoly on MEDIA.

    We are rescuing ourselves through the new literacy: the internet.

    There is no reason we do not demand in information, the same warranty of due diligence against HAZARD that we demand from GOODS and SERVICES.

    We do not ask the liar, the thief, and the immoral propagandist for permission to prosecute them, to kill, punish, deprive, and silence them. We threaten punishment and we demand restitution.

    My position is that it is quite possible to create an online reporting system for people who create hazards, collect data about them for later prosecution, use violence to obtain power to expand the common law to include warranty of due diligence on public speech, and then prosecute, judge and kill, punish, deprive, or silence those people so that just as we have eliminated violence, theft, fraud, and conspiracy from the market for goods and services, that we eliminate creations of criminal, unethical, immoral, and conspiratorial information from the market as well.

    If we kill enough of the people for advocating ‘voluntarism’ – an excuse to ignore externalities and hazards – then people will refrain from advocating ‘voluntarism’ and the export of externalities and hazards.

    It’s not that we shouldn’t use violence.

    It’s that don’t do enough of it.

    Hence: incremental suppression.

    THE DECIDABILITY OF NATURAL LAW

    1) Man -> Biological Necessity – biological instinct for reciprocity (positive-purchase of options on future cooperation, neutral-exchange of cooperation, and negative-retaliatory at high expense, for violation of reciprocity.) This is ‘objective morality: natural law.

    2) Normative Institutions -> man evolves normative institutions that we call ‘morals’. These morals vary from group to group because each group constructs various ‘contracts’ (habits) that we call norms, on top of objective morality. These habits attempt to construct a market of sorts suitable for the solution of certain cultural, demographic, and geographic problems. (marriage and inheritance habits being the easiest examples to study). Property rights evolved in concert with (a) division of labor and development of tools, built capital and territorial property, (b) inheritance of those assets, and (c) tribal, clan, village, extended family, family, and absolute nuclear family structures. ( Private property increases with class (independence).)

    3) Formal Institutions -> the formal standardization (think of property rights registered in law as a standardization of weights and measures that facilitate the ‘fit’ of cooperation and the means of dispute resolution upon the failure of cooperation.

    4) Logical Decidability -> the method of commensurability by reduction to natural law, when formal law fails, or normative morality fails, because of differences in local contractual assumptions. In other words, natural law provides a means of commensurability across normative and formal institutional contracts, just as the natural common law provides a standard of decidability between private contracts.

    (a) Operationalism is the next step in analytic philosophy.

    (b) Our failure to solve the question of operationalism in the early 20th is the reason that we were subject to social and economic pseudoscience during the 20th and 21st.

    (c) most questions of analytic philosophy, including the liars paradox are solved by operationalism. Most questions of philosophy evaporate as nothing more than word games. All philosophical paradoxes evaporate.

    (d) Consider this sequence: identity(category), sets(logic), constant-relations(math), existence(operations), moral(reciprocal), models/simulations(equilibria).

    (f) Consider that the objective of epistemology is not to develop theories (narratives for discovering candidates) but to catalog existentially possible operations (recipes for constructing possibilities) at all scales of existence. I believe this is the conceptual change we are currently transitioning to.

    (Basketball is also a good fitness sport – I just suck at it. And so are tennis and racketball – but they’re not team sports and they’re too expensive. Only paintball has the combination of mental and physical stress in a team sport with creativity and initiative instead of rules. And parkour is the riskier alternative, and costs nothing.

    I found football actually relaxing because you actually don’t do much, and is too dependent upon your size. Baseball is a game of errors. Paintball doesn’t care about anything except brains, teamwork, and endurance.

    WHY? Because most inexpensive individual fitness – especially endurance running and weight lifting – is either not competitive, or do not force you to shock your all the movement muscles in your body. We don’t want physical specialization. We want to beneficially stress the body and then let it recover, in a million different spontaneous ways.

    I don’t care much about hand-to-hand other than assassinating someone with a knife. I care mostly about small groups conducting raids that cause infrastructure/political/economic damage, and using the destruction as a means of baiting and ‘eliminating’ the people who come to repair or police it.

    This means that they only solution the corrupt state has is to use vast resources to defend a vast number of domestic assets.

    It means the military will de-facto be in charge.

    Which is the prelude to a coup.

    Which is the solution that we want.
