I only gave you one bit of information, so don’t extrapolate from it yet. 😉
    Explanation:
There are four possible values to every position (SNP). This is the base-four logic of the genome. Each position can carry a bit.
    0: adenine (A), 1: guanine (G), 2: cytosine (C), and 3: thymine (T).
The SNP is first of the opportunities for mutation in the chain of opportunities for mutation. I’m not going to list them all here for now.
And SNPs are the most common type of genetic variation among people.
SNPs occur at a frequency of about 1 in every 300 nucleotides. This means that in a human genome of about 3 billion base pairs, you could expect to find approximately 10 million SNPs.
That means we have 10 million variables to compare between people and groups.
When we measure SNPs we measure correlations between populations and expressed traits. So X population has his mutation, and Y population has that mutation etc.
So for example we know which genes cause skin color (just a few). But most traits are more complex than that.
Intelligence appears to include thousands of variations. Which could mean a few things – not all of which are intuitive. ie: is intelligence that forgiving? Is it that unprotected? is it available through many permutations?
In the chart I posted the data shows a high correlation between a group’s SNP “pattern’, and their resulting IQ test scores. This is pretty convincing evidence and should end the IQ difference question.

THE MODERN STATE AND 1648: THE TREATY OF WESTPHALIA
The Treaty of Westphalia, signed in 1648, marked the end of the Thirty Years War in Europe and established the principle of sovereignty, which recognized the rights of individual nation-states to govern themselves without interference from other nations. The treaty also recognized the idea of the “balance of power” among nations, which helped to prevent the domination of any one country over others.

The doctrine of human rights, on the other hand, is a modern concept that emerged in the 18th and 19th centuries, and is based on the idea that all individuals have certain inherent rights and freedoms that must be protected by the state.

The relationship between the Treaty of Westphalia and the doctrine of human rights is that the Treaty of Westphalia laid the foundation for the modern nation-state system and the principle of sovereignty, which is crucial for the protection of human rights. The idea of the nation-state as the primary unit of political organization, and the principle of non-interference in the internal affairs of other nations, provided a framework for the protection of individual rights and freedoms within the territory of a particular state.

UNDERSTANDING THE 20TH CENTURY POLITICAL EXPERIMENTS (Law, Socialism, Maxism, Leninism, Fascism)

    All,
When we discuss the evolution of experiments with organizing humans in modernity, we would be better off discussing the specific approaches used and the influences that caused them to make the PRACTICAL decisions each country and group made.

The English invention of the empirical rule of law modern state, and it’s commercial rather than religious, social, or political organization, and the equality of opportunity, given the higher trust of the english people and the maturity of their institutions, as a continuation of the domeestic practice of the englis as they expanded in the age of sail. And the american order is simply a textual formalization of the english order.
    (‘A Legal Order’)

The French Socialist philosophical invention of the origional meaning of socialism, meaning the organization of the administrative state for the benefit of the people rather than the aristocracy nobility and burghers, and the mediation of inequality of outcome, given the lower trust of the french people, their greater heterogeneity, with france being the most politically backward state in europe – and as a european reformationary movement.
    (‘A Bureaucratic Order’)

The Marxist pseudoscientific distortion of socialism to the centralized state control of production and the equality of outcome, given the zero trust of the jews and underclasses, the total absence of experience with governance or rule, in fact the long history of jewis incompetence at rule, and even their inability to subsist non-parasitically with host populations, and especially total lack of exeperience with the behavior of human beings at scale – as an international revolutionary movement.
    (a ‘Social Order’)

The Leninist ideological distortion of french -> marxist socialism given the zero trust of the jews and lower classes, the total inexperence of with governance and rule, the primitive agrarian state of development, and the acknowledgement of the demonstrated behavior of people at scale.
    (a ‘Military Order’)

The Fascist ideological counter-revolution against the English Legal, French ‘Liberal’, and Jewish Marxist, and Russian Leninist alternatives. Given the high trust and sense of duty and piety of the german people given that they were surrounded, that france had destroyed the holy roman empire,
    (a ‘Pseudo-Monarchical Order’)

Tip: The English were right on the seas where they were dominant and secure. The Fascists were right on the continent where they were surrounded and insecure. Everyone else was wrong. Because socialism, marxism, leninism, maoism, the jews, and the laggarts we call the muslim fundamentalists were all wrong.

Why? every polity doubles down on it’s group strategy like a drug addict until they crash hard enough that they need to reform.

Europeans are misunderstood: we crashed and reformed often and quickly and in doing so, despite being the youngest race, the young civilization, with small numbers, at the edge of the bronze age revolution, by the accident of the only possible means of organizing clans of steppe herders competing with horse, bronze, and wheel: rule of law and democratic choice.

In other words, the government of cattle raiders, of marines(rome), of vikings, of pirates, and of diasporic naval conquerors, whether land or sea, is the origion of sovereignty, the origin participatory government, the origin of rule of law, the origin of contractual legislation, and subsequently the origion of reason, philosophy, natural philosophy, empiricism, and science, and the fact that in just three short periods in the bronze, iron, and steel ages, europeans almost excluslively, and faster than all other civilizations combined, dragged mankind out of ignorance, superstition, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, child mortality, early death, and the victimization by a nature hostile to our existence.

White sense of supremacy (vs all other civilization’s theories of supremacy) was endemic from the steppe onward, with Sparta the oldest living example of west indo european civilization, and Athense the result of converting that group strategy into a commercial and naval instead of purely military and aristocratic ruling class.
The problem we face is overcoming the truth: (a) europeans are the newest people to emerge, (b) were on the edge of the bronze age, (c) have been innovative and evolutionarily superior in the bronze, iron, and steel ages, (d) are unique in using law and rule of law as their founding institution (e) invented politics, reason, empiricism, and science (f) and nearly single handedly dragged mankind out of ignorance, superstition, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, chld mortality, early death, and victimization by a hostile nature in a hostile universe. And this is despite not being geographically insulated as were the chinese, and having to constantly deal with the steppe and desert peoples.
White superiority is a historical fact. Supremacy only comes into play with admixture. And compared to the Arab Muslims that destroyed seven great civilizations of the ancient world, and reduced it to ashes of dysgenia and ignorance, while having enslaved more europeans and africans than europaens ever imagined of africans, europeans are hardly novel in all of history.
In fact the anatolian farmers did to the native europeans what the europeans did to the south americans, and the steppe herders later did to the europeans what the europeans did to north america.
We have been wiping out and replacing others for the entirety of our two million years of existence – with The Assyrians and the Mezoamericans, the arab muslims, and the Marxists the most deleterious.
What’s the difference: (a) the scholastics demanded it stop (b) the british stopped it, and (b) the anglo americans stopped it. (c) and sought to stop it and still seek to stop it.
So the question for the rest of the world is WHY DIDN”T YOU STOP IT AS WE DID?

Fascinating. GPT’s understanding of my work has progressed. This is the most accurate description that it’s stated so far, and I can’t disagree with any of it. The field is a little stuck in it’s naivety but they’re using recursion and adversarial competition between recursive processing, and this will over time, at scale produce the equivalent of consciousness and should cross the logic barrier that recurrent models are crippled by.

    Prompt:
“Please describe the properties of the style of philosopher and social scientist curt doolittle.”

    ChatGPT:
The style of Curt Doolittle, the founder of the Natural Law Institute and a philosopher and social scientist, is characterized by several distinct features:

“US HAS AN ECONOMIC INTEREST IN UKRAINE?”

A DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVE: I had minor involvement in UA, pre and post-Maydan, and my understanding of the US and NATO’s interests was (and remains) rather obvious – and only indirectly in the USA’s self-interest. Everyone I worked with from State, Intel, DoD on both sides, the UA judiciary, the entrepreneurs, the people, every reporter, and every think tank, the main militias of Praavy Secktor and Azov, even the two “good” oligarchs I one person away from, was interested in improving the condition of the UA people and gradually preparing the ground for their participation in the EU so that they could follow their neighbors the Poles into prosperity – and hopefully, eventually, and deterministically encourage the integration of RU, so that the USA could exit the strategic burden and cost of Europe.

Why? Ukraine lacked a Putin and his FSB to shut down the oligarchs and organized crime on one hand, and end the capture of the institutions by them. We even offered to pay for the entire judiciary just so we could produce rule of law – the UA constitution is fine. But every person in the government is underpaid, so must be corrupt even if it’s just doing favors, and without the independence of the courts, and rule of law, a civil society is impossible. I don’t know how many times I went on television there and said “You need the judiciary to convict, and the sheriffs who enforce their judgments, to end corruption – politicians are the wrong emphasis. You’re playing the wrong game.”

In other words, economic interests are information that tell you whether what you’re doing makes sense. But that’s not the objective of the USA and certainly not the postwar order: end the empires to end world wars, by fostering free trade and nation-states: self-determination by self-determined means.)

WHY THE ENEMY CREATES IDENTITY CONFLICT
–“Everybody who comes into clinical session whose reasonably troubled has an identity problem.”– Jordan B Peterson

There is a much deeper implication to Peterson’s insight than is apparent. In fact, he’s identifying the cause of the macro problem.

Our work: humans require standards of measurement that together produce a network of decidability that produces minfulness, confidence, by the ability to organize feelings, intuitions, impulses, reason, experience, and evidence, and the ability to produce continously positive feedback by success in internal, social, economic, and political environment – by alleviating the confusion, mindlessess, disorientation, and disassociation caused by neuroticism in the absence of that capacity for self regulation. Without that mindfulness we will latch onto some impluse that we feel we DO understand and essentially develop addictions the the false successful feedback of control over life by satisfying that impluse no matter how odd (or base) that it is.

This is why the enemy are fomenting ‘identities’ so that we are baited into the hazard of being esily manipulated by verbal and imaginary social constructions, and as a consequence disconnecdting our behavior from reality, and couasing the vast hormful consequences of both the resulting addiction, the social economic and political consequences, and the empowerment of sick, evil, people into continous manipulation, deception and authoritarianism – by the simple act of destroying reality as a standard of measurement by which we self-organize our behavior, cooperation, success, and evolution.

No more ‘drugs of words’. No more lies. No more social constructions of falsehoods that bait people into the hazard of dysfunction, dysgenia, and decline.

The Common Law Is Just The Scientific Method.
The common law is a very simple algorithm where competitors, juries, and judges discover violations of self determination, sovereignty, reciprocity, truth and duty, (under the rubric of Tort). These courts work in a hierarchy of appeals to greater expertise by settling disputes across regions. Then differences are consolidated by competition in those courts of appeals. This search for ‘commonality’ in a diverse resolution of disputes is what defines the common law.
So, the Common Law’s value is that it’s purely empirical, falsificationary, and non-theoretical: scientific. This means it grows organically and revises organically as new knowledge and understanding (and new innovations in ‘crime’) evolve.
There is no limit to this process of discovery. So no, technology does not matter. The first ‘tort’ that is discovered, begins the process of producing commonality (Legitimate Law) by purely organic means.
If we look at the failure of the law it’s due to positive law and never to common law.

    AIs Can’t Hold Copyright Privileges
(note: while trademarks are a standard of weight and measure, copyrights and patents are privileges, not rights proper. That privilege exists only to insure investment in speculative activities for patents. And copyright or at least creative commons protection, is a moral equivalent.)
This legal pathway is one of the most interesting questions facing the future. It’s not clear that if an IA produces a solution that it’s open to protections

“A federal judge slapped down a lawsuit trying to get copyright protection for art created by AI systems alone — upholding the longstanding rule that human creators have to be involved.

The judge ruled copyright law has never extended protection to “new technology operating without any human guidance.”

The decision cited several precedents establishing need for human creativity and choices — an important distinction as the line between AI and personal creation becomes increasingly blurred.

Why it matters: The age of robot artists has not yet arrived in the eyes of the law — but as AI’s creativity keeps improving, pressure to grant them some copyright freedoms may mount.”

    What’s An Advanced Country?
Institutionally you cant beat the USA or Germany. But Morally the usa is a sh–thole because of the left’s ninety year war on our institutions of cultural production. Why? morality=bearing responsibility for yourself and the commons.

When we speak of development, as in a developed country, we mean the rules based order of rule of law, economy, prosperity, but we do not take into account the decadence and folly possible under the resulting prosperity. 😉

I prefer life with family and friends devotion of russians and ukrainians; as well as business, personal opportunity, and free speech in the states; education, manners, and civil society in germany; high culture in the UK; french agricultural, consumer protection, and energy policy; and aesthetics and design in italy – with a nod to japan on exceptional civil society, craftsmanship as ritual and near-religion, and finally the fresh food food. The difference is that with economic opportunity you have the choice of each. And that comes from Development: ability to trust increasigly anonymous people.
