And in my correctness and morality, I’m willing to suffer the slings and arrows of the seditious, immoral, unethical, and criminal, in their attempts to evade responsibility for self-determination by self-determined means, by limiting ourselves to voluntary reciprocity, thereby preventing the parasitism of those of you who are infantilized toddlers in a condition of permanent tantrum from harm – and using the various pressures of our responsibility to domesticate you into some semblance of adulthood and responsibility despite your raging against the dawning of the day.

    The reason they limit the IQ of the police to ‘a tad above average’ is because the job is profoundly mundane with oceans of paperwork and people with greater abilities rapidly leave the force despite the cost of training them and the opportunity cost not training someone who would stay in the field.
    The issue with police in the USA is relatively easily fixed although it costs quite a bit more given the vast size of the country.
    In other words, one officer per car, the emphasis on force rather than de-escalation, and the lack of lawyers in the police force are false economies. As usual, german(ic)s do it better. And french are far closer to military than police, and show up in large numbers at the push of a button. The federal police in Italy are nothing to be messed with either.

    (a) the law is a largely unpleasant occupation and there are 300 people in America for every lawyer, which is why it’s becoming a middle-class income occupation. And many of these people are not very good at their jobs.
    (b) Law schools still teach philosophy, not science, and worse they almost never teach the difference between natural and positive law as science vs justification for the centralization of authority over people without their consent. They certainly don’t teach natural law, commonality, and concurrency as an empirical science of cooperation – or that the constitution, declaration, bill of rights, federalist papersm and Blackstone’s Commentaries are as close to the scientific method of government every established by man.
    (c) Case law in the common law is fine but without the natural, common, concurrent science of decidability then they are fabricating legitimacy that has led to our current crisis. Likewise the bill of rights is incomplete, and was stated as such, but this has been used to supplant the natural and common law history and it’s empirical basis.
    (d) So law schools have been teaching seditious activism since the mid-sixties and now all the law schools (except some of Chicago) are captured by those teaching revolutionaries to undermine that science, and the constitution that was constructed from it, and the miracles that have been produced by the English invention of the modern rule of law state, codified in the american constitution – albiet with six or eight holes in it that the truck of deceit drove through with ease.

    WHAT IS NATURAL LAW?
    Let me help you: The Declaration, Constitution, Bill of Rights, Federalist Papers, and the legal doctrine of the age, Blackstone’s Commentary, are all statements of natural law. As was Acquinas’ synthesis, Aristotle’s ambition, and the founding of western civilization on the steppe as voluntary contractualism between cattle raiders who united horse, bronze, and wheel.

    What is natural law? The science of cooperation: The universal empirical evidence that cooperation requires self-determination by self-determined means, by tests of Sovereignty in demonstrated interests, Reciprocity in display word and deed, Duty(rights, obligations, inalienations) of insurance of that self-determination, sovereignty and reciprocity, including truth, excellence, and beauty, limiting us to markets for voluntary cooperation in the private sector, in the public sector, and the resolution of disputes, by these requirements, before a jury of our peers. The outcome being the most rapid innovation, adaptation and evolution of all civilizations invented by man.

    Of course, we distill this down to tests of ‘tort’. (Trespass). Which is, as always, the foundation of the natural, common, concurrent law. Meaning: Natural (empirical science), by evidence of the results of adversarial competition achieving common(consensus across classes and regions in the negative) and concurrent (consensus across classes and regions in the positive), rules (laws), by the prohibition on authority. In other words, the west invented science by the invention of its law as the first science.

    Oh ye poor ignorant peasants indoctrinated into postwar pseudoscience and sophistry and ignorant of that which made your luxury of ignorance possible.

    All preachers of the truth must suffer the slings and arrows of ignorance of the peasantry before he can save them from themselves. 😉

It’s what separated the West from the rest: oath, testimony, jury, then confession – producing evolutionary velocity in the bronze, iron, and steel ages, and without Christianity would have brought us the industrial revolution by six or eight hundred AD, and evaded the suffering of the dark ages of superstition.

    And that is why the neo-Marxists, Postmodernists, Anti-Family Feminists, and the PC-Woke(race Marxist) movement, and especially the ‘pronoun’ movement have sought to undermine truth before face. Their Second attempt at another dark age of ignorance and deceit.

    Because truth is the foundation of the success of Western civilization:
    The organized production of self-determination by self-determined means by reciprocal insurance of sovereignty in demonstrated interests, reciprocity in display word and deed, duty, truth before face, excellence and beauty before adequacy, maximizing individual responsibility for both the private and the common, limiting us to voluntary cooperation in markets in everything, and limiting us to truthful disputes in court before a jury of peers, at the cost of constraint of the reproduction of those unfit for all of the above.

    Exasperated.
    I have a job that is profoundly moral in ambition, and that is to restore those parts of the natural and common law that were practiced but insufficiently codified, such that we may preserve participatory government, rule of law, our freedom and sovereignty, and the benefits thereof, for ourselves and posterity, by limiting us to truthful, reciprocal debate in pursuit of decisions by concurrency (agreement across classes, factions, and regions). Some people don’t want the truth or reciprocity as that leads to meritocracy. But that’s ok. Those are the bad people that threaten us all.

    I expose the falsehoods, deceits, crimes, and evils of every group whether sex, class, faction, culture, civilization, or even race. That includes my own. So don’t accuse me of favoritism or bias when that is just a deception on your part. We are in a period where we have the greatest opportunity Not to compromise with others, and pursue our faction’s interest without regard to others. This is particularly true of those groups most recently enfranchised that are instinctually or culturally biased to the feminine intuition, yet our history of laws and traditions has not kept pace with feminine antisocial, anti-political, or anti-economic behavior. This is because the rise of the west, in three ages, faster than the rest combined is due to western civ’s demand for maximum personal responsibility for capitalization of both private and common, which is counter to the feminine instinct for hyperconsumption without responsibility for other than her offspring.

    We will get thru this crisis if for no other reason than those who fail will exit the gene pool faster than they are doing so already. But let’s hope it doesn’t take another dark age to do it.

    Y job is to facilitate that restoration of cooperation. That’s what epistemologists, scientists, and judges do.

    Africa is backward because it’s an early generation with lower selection pressure for domestication syndrome maintaining a lower IQ (the result of neoteny ), compounded by disease gradient and geography.

    They’re doing just fine now. They need another century or two and they’ll be just fine.

    Don’t conspiracy-theory your way through the twitter saga.
    Elon spent a lot of money – overpaid far too much.
    The left tried to cancel advertisers so he has to build ad revenue until he can produce the tech that provides services for fees and can escape the advertising trap.
    So, to do so, he owns the product – which he can do along with his other businesses.
    His job is turning X into the everything app.
    She owns the biz, and that’s a full time job.
    Her job is advertising revenue.
    Meanwhile, aside from X he has spacex, tesla, the satellite biz, the tunnel biz, and now the AI biz.
    Now I’ve run a bunch of companies myself, but they were all in similar industries.
    It takes a very exceptional person to be not only Henry Ford in one industry, but the equivalent in multiple industries.
    He’s pretty amazing.
    I’d be crushed by the context switching alone.

    WHY THE NEW AGE SEARCH FOR PSEUDO-RELIGION, OR, CONVERSELY RELIGIOUS REGRESSION?

    Complaint: “Our science is ahead of us, and we are disoriented by the lack of emphasis on the human experience.”

    That’s false. Let’s understand the problem correctly:

    Our experiment with supernatural religion failed – hard. It produces the mysticism of the jews, who despite their literacy contributed nothing to knowledge until included into the european mainstream. It brought the Muslim destruction of seven great civilizations of the ancient world to ashes of ignorance and dysgenia, and plunged the European civilization into darkness that was not fully recovered until the age of Napoleon. And we still suffer it’s effects today, despite it’s rapid decline, because we are unable to produce a non-false substitute that will satisfy those who are most dependent upon the mindfulness provided by the false religion.

    But, why are we in this position today?

    We are no longer training mindfulness in education because the church taught it thru feminine Semitic superstition rather than masculine European stoicism ( which is the positive discipline version of the negative version we call cognitive behavioral therapy) .

    In the search for human training and experience both the Greek way was and is, like all other Greek inventions, the optimum for human being because it is unlike all other methods, not false. Every other method is false.

    In other words, there is a science of training the mind for the optimum human experience. And the Christians destroyed it purposefully and we are still trying in modernity to resurrect it because it is compatible with both science and human experience. Because it is the science of training the human experience to tolerate the anonymity and alienation of post-tribal hunter-gatherer human experience.

    Sorry, but that’s the answer. It’s just expensive, so it requires the same institutional support and services as Stoicism, Buddhism or any of the less desirable, more false religions.

    Because the purpose of religion is exactly the provision of that mindfulness. So we must train the body thru sport, the intuition into mindfulness, the mind through general education, and the citizen through employable skills.

    So, the belief we are ahead of ourselves in science is as false as it was in antiquity. Instead we are behind in non-false reformation of religion that teaches mindfulness, physical fitness, and citizenship to take advantage of the innovations of science.

    And the obstacle to reform is the federal control of education and the entrenched interests, particularly the negative influence of women and activists, producing infantile snowflakes instead of train competent adult human beings.

    We do require a reformation, but not as these and other authors suggest by further abandonment of responsibility and competence that continues our evolutionary velocity and resulting prosperity, but instead to provide training of the whole person such that we prosper and enjoy the possibilities our discoveries have provided for us.

    No more regressions, please.

    The last dark age was bad enough. And we are just as close to another dark age and for the same reasons as the Romans, as we are to that promised future of the Jetsons and the first Star Trek series.

    It’s an easy choice.
    It’s just the choice of responsibility rather than regression.

    THE CRISIS OF THE AGE IS QUITE SIMPLE
    There are only two surviving intellectual groups in the world, the (right wing) Europeans and the (left wing) Jews. They both started with law as their first formal foundation, and that foundation is the reason for the success of both groups: law begets reason, reason begets learning, learning begets knowledge, and knowledge generates opportunities.

    However, both groups differ in sex bias in their group evolutionary strategies. The Europeans invested in the martial and had control of territory and took the male strategy, and the Jews invested in the clerical service of the Egyptians instead they lost control of territory, and so took the female strategy.

    It should not surprise us that modernity has produced a conflict between the masculine and feminine strategies by the two groups that specialize in each strategy, when the result of modernity is the opportunity for the expression of the feminine by the inclusion of both Jews and women in the masculine European polity.

    We are merely going through the natural consequence of the introduction of the feminine into the masculine – and the rather obvious discovery that these two strategies are incompatible within the same polity if for no other reason than the feminine minimizes responsibility for everything, especially the commons and seeks status through conspicuous consumption. Conversely, the masculine seeks status through responsibility for capitalization and in particular commons despite adversarial competition and risk. Worse, the feminine is not survivable and never has been any more than women are survivable without men, and men are unable to reproduce without women.

    The truth is that neither the sexes, nor the groups that pursue the opposing strategies of the sexs, need each other any longer. We have used market, bureaucracy procedure, and technological systems to alleviate the dependency between the sexes to the point where relationships and marriage are for friendship, or worse, entertainment, and not reproduction that would alleviate the labor of survival, provide mutual insurance, and ensure their future care. Nor do we have any rational incentive to compromise with one another. And we prefer to associate with those with whom we share strategies, instincts, values, traditions, beliefs, and wants.

    But we are not reproducing. Very shortly 40% of households will be childless. And shortly in generational time afterward, there will be no per capital surplus by which the young can use systems to indirectly care for the old. And our whole of modernity built on systems of irresponsibility for self for reproduction for family for society is crashing around our feet.

    When we lose duty to the community, and surrender the institution of the family, and eschew the responsibility of marriage and children, we are committing slow but certain suicide.

    There are solutions. But they are duties, not luxuries.

    Hopefully, this put the crisis in context.
