    (Non-descriptive definitions are part of the reason for the failure of libertarianism. With descriptive definitions rather than vague obscurantist “principles” the philosophical vacuousness of the movement is readily exposed. The reason these debates still occur, and the reason this article is just one of thousands of similar pretentions is the fact that the NAP is untestable. And as I have argued, it is untestable just as dialectical materialism is untestable: to allow for individual interpretation of scope of that which can be aggressed upon, and therefore creates a false consensus. NAP sounds meaningful to many but because it’s an incomplete sentence, it leaves the object of aggression substitutable by each individual. AS SUCH NAP IS MORALLY RELATIVE since each person interprets the scope to which aggression must be limited differently. Yet, to form a voluntary polity, one cannot posses moral relativity. The problem with any such polity is (a) whether it is a rational choice versus competing polities and (b) whether it is possible to sustain competition from within such a polity, and (c) whether such a polity would be tolerated by neighboring polities. )

    The NAP is just another variation on dialectical materialism or the labor theory of value. It’s another bit of pseudoscientific nonsense. one does not determine that which is “right” – others do. One determines what is right by whether or not others retaliate against you for it.

    Walter Bock and Murray Rothbard’s ancestors practiced the NAP in the wildlands and ghettos of eastern europe, and were almost always exterminated or outcast for it. And it is probably the reason why the polity was never able to functionally produce the commons that were necessary for the defense of and holding of territory.

    The only liberty that is existentially possible is that which prohibits retaliation, because it is the need for costly that causes demand for the state.

    Period. End of story. Individual moral choice is a lie. Morality is empirically determined by the value of cooperation and the cost of retaliation.

    But it is a cognitive bias, probably born of developmental defect that causes people to become attracted to libertarianism in order to claim to determine morality on their own, of their own choice, rather than out of necessity. And why? Beucase as outcasts the desire to escape payment for normative and physical commons is a rational reaction to obtaining less value from the commons than one is required to pay in costs.

    That this difference is also the difference between science and mysticism may be lost on all but the few.

    That which may be good is anything that is not bad. That which may be true is anything that is not false.

    HOW TO START A REVOLUTION

    —I have been following your movement for a while now and I was wondering if you could give a soon-to-be revolutionary some advice on how to start up. thank you for your time.”—

    1) Visualization is very close to doing. Visualize. Plan. Rehearse. Do.

    2) One can visualize violence, destruction, raids, entrapment, clearing, and patrols.

    3) One incrementally increases the level of response from violence to destruction, to raids, to entrapment, to clearing, to patrols.

    4) So one PLANS ‘missions’ consisting of acts of violence, acts of destruction, acts of raiding, acts of entrapment, acts of clearing, and acts of patrol.

    5) Make plans consisting of a very simple lists. The type of mission. The Things needed. The places to obtain them. the Men needed. and very clear steps for who is responsible for what actions. The preparation phase, the start phase, the action phase, the defensive phase, and the retreat to safety phase.

    6) To construct a plan you need intelligence on weak points. Weak points are radio, television, cable, network/internet hubs, power lines, transformers, power stations, high tension lines, trucking and rail routes for shipping goods. Bank locations, armored car stations and routes, police ‘resting positions’, police cars (they are costly and time consuming to replace), police stations. weapons stores, arsenals, guard arsenals.

    7) To execute a plan you need to collect people and rehearse it together. This requires networking.

    8) To hold territory you need intelligence on the organization: Names, Residences, Work addresses, commute routes. Family members. Schools.

    9) We require a database and distributed web sites to collect this information (in progress – organized as a sort of ‘game’. )

    To sustain yourself:

    Stockpile Six Weeks of Food and water (Mormon Style:simple).

    1000 rounds of ammunition. Even .22 is enough – use guns to get better guns. A .22 a baseball bat. a hand-made padded wood or tin shield, a heavy kitchen knife, molotov cocktails, and a motorcycle helmet are all the equipment you will need.

    Strategy

    0) Disable the economy and the ability to rule.

    1) Entrap and Kill enforcement people.

    2) Hang/Impale leadership and use families against them.

    3) Overwhelm but do not harm emergency services

    4) Always retreat from the military to a new venue of action.

    5) Move around the country developing experience.

    6) Protect your people.

    Code of Honor:

    1) Everybody Lives to Fight another day. Preserve experience assets.

    2) Anyone captured must be freed. They must be afraid to hold you.

    3) Everyone fights without fear of death, or is unsuitable for fighting.

    Relationships:

    When you talk to others avoid all feel-good-talk, and talk only about planning opportunities to act. Do not share personal information, or personal emotions. Bond with others by trust developed through shared action, not by shared feelings or shared words. It is natural to be nervous, but revolution requires men of action not of fantasy.

    Tolerate “whackos’ who are courageous risk takers. They will do what the rest fear to. Be intolerant of ‘whackos’ who are talkative, excessively nervous, fearful or complain, and kill them if you must to keep them from ‘turning’ once you reject them for their instability.

    Fitness

    You do not need to be much of an athlete. But you will be much better off if you cut sugar, bread, dairy, sauces, from your diet and eat clean for six months, and avoid the MSG, which like sugar is a drug. (I”m all for the weed and the alcohol as long as its not on mission).

    Summary

    This phase of revolution requires we collect information. It involves taking a lot of pictures. Marking up maps. Writing plans. Posting plans for review. Critiquing plans. Improving your plan-making skills together. In effect you will run a university style MBA program in revolutionary planning.

So, you have a choice: limit your actions to productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary transfer, constrained to externalities under the same conditions. Or we will eventually colonize and reform you, or conquer and exterminate you. You may have the ambition of mere survival. Our ambition is to make mankind moral. We can outlaw the abuse of free speech and return to the oath of truth telling. We can require the warranty of due diligence. We can punish offenders. This behavior is consistent with the preservation of sovereignty by preventing rule.

It is hard to write down indirect methods of social order. We evolved an indirect social order. We are pretty good at moral intuitions – not imposing costs physically (crimes), interpersonally (Ethics) or by externality (morals). But we are not able to explain those intuitions in rational terms as other than feelings taht physical (criminal), interpersonal (ethical) and external (moral) costs are somehow bad. Economics gives us this language.

    However, economics can be used to IMPROVE this information, or it can be used to DISTORT this information. The difference between mainstream economics(rule-by-credit) and austrian economics (institutions of cooperation) is that the way Austrians seek to improve our lot is by improving information without criminal, unethical, or immoral policy. While mainstream economics forgives criminal, unethical, and immoral policy if it suits socialistic (collectivist) ends. Full accounting of costs tell us that the net balance of mainstream economics is dysgenia, and the net balance of Austrian economics is eugenic. For obvious reasons it is not possible under democracy to make use of the traditional western eugenic policies. Whereas democracy mandates that dysgenic policies will be followed – nothing else is possible. Democracy = Dysgenia, Aristocracy (meritocracy) = Eugenia. It’s not complicated. But the consequences are profound.

  • All Groups Are ‘Different’ Morally, Including Jews…. and Westerners

    —“Are Jews, (Gypsies, Arabs, Asians, Polynesians) inherently different, morally?”— [E]very group is different morally because every group modifies its strategy as needed in order to compete. Virtue is a competitive strategy, not necessarily an intrinsic good. a) Jews appear fairly constant in lower sexual dimorphism, and/or some reversal of sexual dimorphism (the women more masculine, the men more feminine) b) the religion promotes dual ethics, and is extremely immoral in practice. The jews have a habit of allying with the state against the population. They have a habit of professionalizing parasitism by various means of fraud, and hazard creation. (They have this because they cannot create a warrior caste necessary to hold territory.) And so between selective breeding in the middle ages, and what appears a likely initial bias toward effeminacy. they lack our ‘rednecks’ who function as most groups ‘warrior ants’.

    c) Because of what I suspect are verbal bias, and feminine bias, they have been the primary creators of ‘the big lies’. The most advanced “Gossip” systems ever created by man. (and this is something that is fascinating and worth study). 1) Scriptural Monotheism 2) Dual Ethics 3) Pseudoscience. 4) Propaganda (postmodernism) 5) High-externality Financialism (financial parasitism) Bait with promise of discounts on reality, then draw resources parasitically through free riding, hazard, and fraud at scale. Once you understand it, it will make you hate them for a few years. After you get passed it, you just learn how easy it is to defeat it. Truth is enough. We tamed violence, but we did not yet tame fraud. It’s just time to tame fraud. Blaming them for specializing in fraud is like blaming women for specializing in extracting resources from us, or others blaming us for specializing in war and innovation. Tame fraud: Testimonialism.
