    People had a very hard time transitioning from the selfish point of reference (geometry and justificationary truth) to the reciprocal point of reference (calculus and evolutionary epistemology) that the discourse on ‘freedom’ is likewise tapped in the selfish (static) point of reference, and that reciprocity and marginalism are lagging darwinism in adoption in the philosophical discourse (or that philosophical discourse is an unscientific prison just as theology was).

    As I understand it, (because these things have become very clear to me) the problem is that philosophy is the same kind of prison that was theology. And that the lessons of the 20th century (all logic is but tautology) is not yet learned.

    Once the fixed point of reference is eliminated, we have only relative frames to work with. This is the insight of calculus, darwinism, of marginalism, and of relativity – and of reciprocity.

    The fixed point of reference is merely an artifact of slow relative points of change at human scale. Beyond human scale, and in large numbers, at high causal density, we must seek measurements (reciprocity, survival, equilibria, lie groups/intermediary patterns) to test relative change.

    And that is just very hard for humans to learn without playing games on computers which allow us to model time at different rates.

    Search (google), Converse (facebook), Acquire (Amazon), Dispute (Court), Repair (healthcare). What’s Missing? (a) finance/credit/banking, and (b) organization of production.

    In other words, aside from family(sex), invention, financing, and production – all of which require secrecy in the seizure of opportunities, and preservation of the markets, there is no reason why google, facebook, amazon/ups, are not utilities the same way that courts, energy/water/sewer/transportation/telecommunications, healthcare are utilities.

    Why? The problem is that advertising provides the same malincentives (corruption) that using representatives (politicians) provides. And the total spending on advertising in google, facebook, is trivial compared to their asset value as communication platforms. I mean, the cost of operating google and facebook outside of their playtoy (repeated failures) experiments on the shareholder dollar, is trivial.

    Advertising has value (well, truthful advertising does). However, the modification of search results and the modification of facebook content constitutes ‘disinformation’ (deception). And the suppression of free speech on the platforms to provide advertisers with more surface area for advertizing is again, a form of deception.

    As such the problem is eliminating the ability of ‘utilities’ to engage in revenue expansion by means of exploiting users rather than merely requiring advertisers to improve their products, services, and messaging.

    In other words, they need to favor the maximum truth regardless of profits, rather than the minimum truth necessary to maximize profits: they need to be regulated. And they need only be regulated to non-interference (non-aggression).

    As I’ve written about lately in my call for Facebook to be regulated, there is no reason (at all) why facebook cannot allow us to op-into socially taboo subjects and eliminate our ability to opt-into illegal subjects. The problem is that it would provide a degree of precision that advertisers would use to demand lower fees.

    So as far as I know, the future looks to me like there are a lot more public utilities. And I have my target on a lot of companies providing information and credit that need to be raised to the same standard as those companies that provide products and services.

    BANNING DEDICATED FOOLS COMMITTED TO THEIR CERTAINTY

    On advice of followers, beginning in January I started banning people who were trolling. It improved the conversation immensely. I then prohibited ridicule, memes and links as substitutes for arguments. It improved the conversation immensely. I’m currently considering banning the terminally stupid but willfully argumentative.

    There is a small group of people committed to priors who do not follow me to learn or contribute but to defend their intellectual lifelines. These people are all functionalists whose fundamentalism is resistant to deflation, operationalization, reciprocity and full accounting.

    Some of us search for an cult, ideology, philosophy, pseudoscience that we think is ‘right’ or will ‘work’ because it suits our interests. Some of us search for truth because truth is in our interests. Some of us try to achieve what is in our interests AND continue the never ending search for truth at the same time, while constantly reforming our philosophies (means of decidability and narratives) as we constantly use truth to eliminate our ignorance, error and bias.

    So I am not terribly interested in people who are ‘frozen’ and seek to prevent the process of continuous reformation of truth and philosophy as we continue to learn. That is why I can appreciate all the various social orders people prefer. I dont care which one you want for you. I care only that it’s possible, and what you believe about it is not false. Whether it is ‘good’ or ‘right’ is up to you. Whether it’s possible and true is something I have strong arguments for and against. This is why I advocate for a thousand nations: so that we all live in social orders that suit our interests.

    I don’t mind stupid if you don’t waste my time. But I really don’t want my time (and others) wasted. After all, I’m not hosting a public service here. This is my classroom and I use my classroom for research. And if you’re not helping me with my research with quality advice and criticism you’re just wasting my time trying to perpetuate your illusion. Dunning Kruger is everywhere and fictionalism in all its forms exists to provide the unable with means of resistance against the truth which would force them to confront the reality of their inadequacy.

    I can’t play basketball or professional football. I am physically inadequate and mentally uninterested and emotionally unrewarded in them. I am more than a tad insensitive to insecurities, fears and incuriousness, and am inadequate for many professions and social circumstances. Face your inadequacy. It is the only means of transcending it.

    Well yes, you are correctly defining my objective.

    How about my version of transcendence, a higher plane of existence, and a higher experience, and ‘godhood’, is one different from the synthetic(drugs), the submissive(divine), the unburdened(occult) the immune(buddhist), and the real(stoic) and that is agency(power/reason): transcendent in fact in the next, not pretense of transcendence in the present.

    So lets say that of the experiences of transcendence I am proposing an additional way. and that it is the only way that is not an illusion in the present, but an achievable fact in the future.

    If I work very hard I can reach a certain state – a state which all other specialists in the technique describe and pursue. A frictionless state of experience where we are free of the frailty of our reason. the question is, which experiences do you seek to free the base of the reptile? the social of the pack? the intelligence of the human? And do you seek freedom FROM something, or freedom of limitations to do something. Do you seek exit or agency?

    I understand what Gautama Buddha was looking for. I can understand what the most disciplined and pious are looking for. I can understand what the lost-lamenting catholics are looking for. I can understand what the german idealists are looking for.

    But there are good ideas and bad ideas, there are good gods and bad gods, and good means of transcendence bad means of transcendence, because those gods and those means of transcendence either produce transcendence by agency or not. And those that do not are no different from shooting heroin. They provide the feeling without the achievement.

    I would like say something politically incorrect, so if you’ll forgive me I’ll suggest this: is that peterson is a pretty common northern european demonstrating pretty common northern european modeling skills and ‘awareness of the pack’ – or european ‘formation-thought’, whereas Harris is a pretty common ashkenazi demonstrating pretty common verbal and personal awareness skills. And that two people with relatively similar degrees of intelligence (just as in men and women) will tend to master those forms of inquiry and analysis with which they are genetically dominant. There is a reason for example for the distribution of northern european directors and jewish writers. Just as there is a reason for the distribution of east asian engineers and ashkenazi lawyers. And there is a good reason for the asymmetric distribution of western artists and the near absence of ashkenazi arts. Just as, at least in the personality trait of openness (intellectual curiosity) women favor aesthetics and men favor ideas. If you examine the traits of different peoples around the world, most of our differences are reducible to (a) the degree of Neotonic (paedomorphic) selection (domestication), and (b) the distribution of what we consider gender traits between the genders.

    We are still armed in America. America will move first. We will make it impossible for the state to resist the reformation of the financial sector – the people will not tolerate their refusal. The financial sector will fight for its life. But, we will win.

    As penalty for that reformation we will demand truth in public speech so that it never happens again. This will destroy the academy, media, state, Cathedral and it’s conspiracy with the NYC financial sector.

    Europe is tragically fragile. Europe will have to follow once they see what we’ve done with the economy.

    My concern has been timing. It’s clear that this will all occur within the next six to eight years. It’s always been clear. I wrote about it in 2004-2006.

    Americans destroy the financial sector. Europe will have to do the same immediately thereafter because it will cause the collapse of germany. Our objective is to eradicate lying in europe AS WELL as in the states.

    Canada will virtue signal her way out of it for a while. Canadians love to lie to themselves more than any other people on earth. Australians are still ‘manly’ enough and will follow eventually.

    I am not sure about russia since russia is on the verge of economic collapse anyway. So I expect her to ‘act in her interests’ during this period of weakness.

    The only solution is to build the Intermarium so that russian folly doesn’t blow up christendom just as her folly with marxism did.

    So it’s all going to play out properly I think. we just have to fight a bit here in the states to make it impossible for the government not to meet our demands – and save or people forever.

    Legal system? You have uncles, brothers, cousins, and friends. Why do you need a legal system? 😉 (as it should be.)

    They have at least criminal, civil, state, and human rights courts. IN other words, aside from our criminal and civil, you can legally petition the state if you’re unjustly served by the state. (something we don’t have but need – desperately).

    The law has been upgraded to match european laws in most cases as of 2010. The problem isn’t the law or the lawyers but the judges – all of whom are corrupt. (as are their staffs).

    Business law is fine other than it’s too hard to produce international contracts. usually you write two columns (one english, one russian or ukrainian), and there are translators who perform that service for you.

    There is still some lagging soviet shit like the requirement that you are ‘registered’ to a physical address. And this is punitive and archaic everywhere and a great source of corruption. It’s a holdover from state-allocated-property.

    The cops in my experience are more like our sheriff’s. They aren’t messianic like our cops. they just want to ‘restore harmony’. I love ukrainian police and have had nothing but good experiences with them. Especially the younger generation.

    Their courts are pay-as-you-go corrupt. Their prisons hell holes that you do not come out of alive. Everyone knows this is the central problem in ukraine. Why? a judge makes $700 per month. Right? and they are often the wealthiest people in the community. Right? The USA offered to take over the payroll of the entire Ukrainian Judiciary. This would have fixed the problem. Ukrainian government refused. Why? ’cause you know why.

    If you don’t engage in predatory crime you will never have a reason to need a cop or the legal system. Even car accidents, are just a matter of negotiating the cash cost of repairs on site.

    But if you get on the wrong side of the law – or even get hostile with a cop – you are in… well. I would never want to get into the system over there. You are lucky to come out of it alive. Seriously. They are’t animals like the muslims but it’s a poor country and criminals are at the end of the line.

    More importantly, *the government really hates prosecuting foreigners* for paper crimes, and to some degree you are safer as a foreigner for it. In many cases you need very high level approval to prosecute a foreigner. As high as the office of the presidency. The reason being that the soviets (and the russians still do it) were notorious for fabricating charges in order to extort money from foreigners. And Ukraine can’t afford any of that – at all.

    (It’d be interesting to talk about my position of the future of blockchain, and multiple currencies, and the unlikelihood of any ‘libertarian’ vision that circumvents payment for transactions that finance the insurer of last resort for finance and trade. There is value in saving outside of the fiat currency – particularly in fractional shares of commodity money (gold/silver/platinum). But fiat currency will not go away. And the near impossibility of converting digital currency to real world goods, services, and information, is only going to get worse. So I view the current status of blockchain as the state refraining from interference in order to fund off-book research and development of more effective poly-fiat currencies. After all, the central problem the state faces is it needs to produce multiple fiat currencies that are tradeable for only subcategories of goods and services, and it needs to distribute them directly to individuals by bypassing the financial system, which serves as a distributor of fiat currencies unnecessarily. )

    Here is the deal. Won’t happen. Even the openness of the internet is going to end shortly. so the cowboy days of the internet wild west are coming to a close. We’re just funding the government’s R&D on post hard currency direct from the treasury, bypassing the financial sector. And nothing more.

    NOT NECESSARILY TRUE: Russia. The question is, how do we help Russia to end her weakness. We made the mistake of not bringing her into NATO, and creating the polish/ukrainian Intermarium: a power between germanic europe, and russian eurasia. A powerful barrier is very different from a weak barrier.

    TRUE: Europe. There is no such thing as a European Union. They have nothing but a Trade union. And that’s all that there should be. Southern Europe is in a depression as great as the Great Depression in the USA. Germans are exporting 50% of their production to the rest of Europe – and they can’t continue.

    TRUE: US MIDDLE EAST WITHDRAWAL: Agreed. We need to let the borders reform.

    SOMEWHAT TRUE: MIDDLE EAST. Alternative theory Is Iran/Iraq/Syria/Pakistan with nuclear power, allied with Russia, and control of oil reserves, mandating oil in Iranian currency. TURKEY: I still don’t see Turkey. More likely Russia Restores the Orthodox Empire in cooperation with Iran/iraq/syria/kurds and turks are a minority muslim population.

    CHINA: INCOHERENT: China does not use aggression, but builds a fortress, and uses soft power. China is an extended family, not a state, or an empire. She cannot project power. But she does not need to. She needs only to return to form, and make war with her impossible.

    US NAVY: QUESTIONABLE: The US Navy is one war away from eradication. Everyone in the world knows this. It’s merely a factor of the number of missiles one can launch and at what velocity, and any battle group is gone. Submarines have value. Coast guard patrols have value. The navy is gone with the next war.

    EXISTENTIAL THREAT? : I disagree. The problem is building up the Intermarium between Russia and Germanic europe.

    “The Limit of Christian Charity? Like war and childbirth, charity is not subject to proxy.”

    This was the bit of profound insight I gleaned from my long morning conversation with a committed catholic ‘recruiter’. There is nothing western about christianity. It is a cult that is designed to attack the aristocracy from below. Nothing more.

    It’s just like Marxism and Postmodernism. The difference is that christianity works through building trust and extending kinship love using supernatural excuses, and marxism works by economic jealousy and pseudoscience, and postmodernism by identity (genetic) jealousy and lying.

    So christianity operates by doing material good under false pretenses of afterlife subsistence salvation;

    Marxism operates by doing substantive damage under pseudoscientific pretenses of future economic and class salvation.

    Postmodernism operates by doing substantive damage to norms under false pretenses of future economic, class, and genetic status salvation.

    Here is the truth tho: You are just virtue signaling if you proxy your charity. You are just virtue signaling if you help the immigrant rather than the old couple across the street. You are just virtue signaling if you devote the income of others to charities or redistribution. You cannot, as a proxy, determine the morality of an individual. Therefore, we might say that all of us might redistribute some portion of our dividends (pool of taxes) to deserving individuals. But if you work through a proxy you are just depriving those individuals of the full merit of your contributions.

    And virtue signaling is just another form of fraud.

    So, charity, like war, like childbirth, is not open to substitution or redistribution. You must do it yourself or you are a fraud. In other words, there exists no such option as political charity.
