The problem with those who favor literary thought is that they mistake the suspension of disbelief necessary to empathize, sympathize, and comprehend an author’s work, with the truth, goodness, and possibility of it. They rationally justify the quality and desirability of whatever arguments, no matter how sophomoric, but they are only making excuses for the fact that they as suggestible as children, and entirely dependent upon intuition: their reason is just a veneer. Science and Law are not seductive. Just the opposite. They are commercial transactions of commodities that allow you to act in the real world, with real costs, and real consequences. THE RATIONAL VENEER OF LITERARY PHILOSOPHY
Fairy tales are for children. Even children of adult and later ages.

The Needs of The Weak, the Will of The Strong
Moritz brings up yet again that many young men want a new religion. And their criteria for a philosophy, is simply an inspirational theology. And I’m fully aware of this criticism. Propertarianism is structured as a philosophy out of utility – the utility of falsifying rationalist philosophy. But what I’m writing is LAW. Uniting science (physics, economics, sociology, psychology, metaphysics), and law into a single commensurable language across all disciplines providing a means by which we can suppress falsehoods, and particularly the abrahamic falsehoods (pilpul/critique) and the modern versions of them (postmodernism/marxism). And with that law providing a constitution that makes it possible to restore the specific uniqueness of the west, and our ability to drag ourselves, and humanity, kicking and screaming into transcendence: evolutionary progress. There is no reason for you to like the law. On the explanatory power and commensurability and decidability it provides. It slaughters all your sacred cows. But then again, why do you need falsehoods? My position is that the weak of body, spirit, and mind, need them and the strong of body, spirit, and mind do not. Those who are weak will never judge, never govern, never rule. They are only important in that they will fight for the material incentives provided by defeat of the parasites and the rescue of our civilization – or not. Very few of us our needed. The weak can stay home. Meaning – if you need a cult, you and your genes are a part of the problem, and of no value to the solution. The meek won’t inherit the earth. They will only live with the permissions give to them by those that do.

A Little Deeper Understanding of The Ludic Fallacy and Why I Rarely Use Any Variation on “probable”.
The Ludic Fallacy consists in the error that probability can be calculated on unclosed systems, whereas outliers are of greater influence on consequences that change state than are regularities that maintain state. In other words, there are very few conditions under which dice are a model for probability, and the ratio of influence (change) is a log of the tail. Dice are closed systems. There are no outliers. Whereas in all other categories (real world) we are almost always measuring variations in a norm, not possible outliers – which although rare, are far more influential than the regularities we measure. In other words, we get what we measure but what we measure is largely unimportant, because it’s obvious and not influential. What we don’t measure is that which is not obvious and rare, but influential. When we predict the future we depend upon regularities. but if regularities exist then there is no profit to be made. it is from outliers that profits are made. This is a via negativa strategy, just as is falsification. Or stated otherwise, the unimaginable and improbable is more influential than the imaginable and probable. This is – reductio version – the whole point of Taleb’s work. And Taleb is, even if he doesn’t succeed, the counter to Keynesian Probabilism, the same way I am counter to Marxist pseudoscience.

Trump’s Grand Strategy – For Ordinary People
—-”Is there a strategic reason Trump has alienated our traditional trading partners (Europe, Canada, Mexico) while simultaneously saying Russia should be allowed back into the G7 making it the G8?”—-
OF COURSE.In Trump’s Own Words: “We’re like the piggy bank that everybody is robbing,” Trump said. “And that ends.” “The European Union is brutal to the United States and they know it,” Trump said, adding that other leaders acknowledge as much in private. “It’s like the gig is up,” he said. “They can’t believe they got away with it.” He said the size of the U.S. economy means other nations can’t win a trade war. “We win that war a thousand times out of a thousand.” EXPLANATION Keep in mind that all democratic countries have voters to appeal to so they must at least make a visible attempt at resisting changes that would eliminate trade, economic, and military privileges. So these public disputes are necessary for the service of voters even if european politicians understand that ‘the gig is up’. 1) We spent decades and vast amounts of money helping Europe recover from their civil war. But they kept on parasitically extracting from us. We have absurd trade deficits while American workers suffer from it. But when we started this battle we had a much greater share of the world income and its economy. 2) We spent a long time and vast amounts of money preventing the suicidal ideology that was communism, then socialism, and currently postmodernism, and now, in addition, Islamism. And slowly the world learned. And those that didn’t still suffer (Venezuela), and those that changed prosper (china). But when we started this battle we had a much greater share of the world income and its economy. 3) Europe virtue signals against us all the time, but when there are problems no one but Italy can supply even two planes, and when there is military action only the UK can contribute whatsoever. So we spend 4% of our (massive) GDP and they spend 1% (the same as Switzerland), and play games with us (especially France – who has always been our enemy ). Russia is a paper tiger on all but narrow paths into Moscow, and her declining nuclear inventory is all that makes her other than a third world country – she has the same sized economy as Texas and Italy. 4) Americans are sold virtue signals while the middle class has been hollowed out and the manufacturing has been hollowed out. Originally we hollowed out manufacturing in order to prevent the democratic party and unions working together to implement socialism here in the states and drag us down the same path as other socialist countries. Now we are struggling to return the money, workload, technology, and capital investment to the country. 6) Trump’s tax reform was the most important first step. His trade policy the second, And the forcible redistribution of world military costs to europeans the third. And as a consequence, the end of european virtue signaling that encourages Americas, the American academy, and the American bureaucracy, to follow the suicidal route that european countries have, but which now must abandon their postwar experiments and pay their own way independent of American subsidies. 7) The reason this is important is that we are very shortly going to go through a catastrophic demographic and economic shock that will mean the only competitive advantage between nations is the demographic distribution of the people. In other words, *every point of IQ* is the only difference in competitive ability. And this is the current threat to America, because we have already lost one point in the past twenty years, and almost the second. When five points makes the difference between wealth and relative stagnation, we cannot afford to lose demographically (immigration) or in overpopulation, or in export of wage-level jobs. TRUMP, RUSSIA, AND THE RESTORATION OF THE BALANCE OF POWERS 8) By including Russia he adds the only country with any military capacity to the discourse, and adds an other voice against one-world-government. Putin, The Slavic Countries, Italy, and now Russia, are trying to contain the french-german social democratic suicide of Europe so that it does not spread. 9) By weakening, conspiring against the people of, and invading Ukraine, Russia threw away her potential to restore the economic and population structure of the soviet union, which was necessary for Russia to remain a world power. The clock ticks. And it takes 350M to 500M people in a block to finance a world power status. 10) The sanctions do their work, and as of this year Putin has redirected expenditures from the military to the economy – which is what is necessary for Russia to unite with german against the anglos, and allow the Intermarium (West Slavics: Poland, Ukraine, Slovikia, Romania…) to evolve into a balance of powers between anglo, latin, germanic, west slavic, and east slavic (Russian ) lands – restoring ‘the States of Europe’ again. And thereby Restoring Western Civilization. 11) By forcing Europe to rearm, and eliminating ‘parasitism’ upon the United States, Trump is ending the redistribution of American wealth to post-war European states necessary for their restoration, and ending subsidy to developing nations that were a risk of ‘going communist’. Trump is ending the Marxist, Bolshevik, Trotskyist, Democratic Socialist Globalist program, which sought to create a single world government (and a communist one) out of the united nations, and instead is restoring Europe, and the international balance of powers that has been successful throughout modern history. 12) As any strategist will tell you, you never state your strategy. You merely pursue all options by which to bring it about. Simple people plan. Sophisticated people negotiate and seize every available opportunity. Trump knows exactly what he is doing. And all he has to do to achieve it is *demand fair deals*.That alone will restore the balance of powers. And end the conflict of civilizations.

I’ve written about the problem of men learning to listen to women for years now, and it seems like one of those things that we ought to be taught as a general man-rule.
The trick two listening to women is listening 10% and thinking about something else 90% rather than asking a woman to distill her thoughts down to the 10% of facts that matter.
Worse, we don’t get all the signaling involved between women – it doesn’t exist – so the entire point of communication may in fact be nothing other than the transfer of signals.
Unfortunately there is no course in ‘woman speak’ for men to take. Even if it’s the most valuable course we could take.
I just listen. And ask questions. The hard part is learning NOT TO TRY TO SOLVE A PROBLEM. Just listen.
I think the problem occurs when women ask men to experience their emotions the way another woman does, when they share experiences. This forces men to lie – to pretend either that they understand them, or that they feel them, or that they even can feel them.
What I’ve found is that if a woman explains how she felt I can undrestand it. But describing the circumstance itself does not help me understand it. Finally, to just show that I understand, and usually that her feelings were justified.
The hard part is not trying to inquire or solve the problem but just show you understand, accept, and let her express (exit, expend, exhaust) her emotions.
It’s different with staff. Some women need to be taught that when talking to men, it’s JUST THE FACTS, and WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO?. Otherwise the woman is using my much shallower emotional reservoir and clouding my judgement.
Most people by a large margin prefer male bosses for the simple reason that we don’t get involved in the emotional stuff. But it’s actually because we don’t even see it, hear it, or understand it. And if we do, we consider it childish and it makes us angry.
The trick for men with women is always patience. 😉
Which is in fact, the trick with all human beings.
Patience is the under appreciated and misunderstood.
Why? ‘Cause it’s costly

THE LAW ALLOWS US TO CREATE RELIGIONS THAT ARE NOT FALSE
—“Humans really don’t live day to day in the “conscious” “rational” mode, you know this but it seems you unconsciously push against this fact.”— SG Simmons
Because religions are relativistic and truth absolute.
As such in matters of conflict, the truth and the law, supercede religion – for the simple reason that they do in fact supercede it.
For some reason it is inconceivable to people that we can create religions (as the stoics tried to, as buddha tried to, and the japanese do) that are in fact, not false.
But this is why I have to work on this problem so hard. And why law is so important. So that we can end the undecidability of religions and produce one that is decidable.
