Our project should be called “The Traditional Law of the European People in Formal Logic”. Or “The Strictly Constructed Natural Law of Reciprocity”. Or “Adversarialism” which is our operating principle. Or “Sovereigntarianism” because our european group strategy is uniquely dependent upon individual sovereignty. Or even “The Formal Logic of Scientific Testimony” because it has more to do with testimony – truthful speech – which is of greater import during the age of information, than writing law of physical things which has been all but settled science for centuries. But because we began our work on ethics, using the law of tort (meaning trespass) we call ‘property’ we are stuck with the brand name “Propertarianism” So, to minimize confusion, we generally use “P, P-Law, P-logic, P-ethics”.
Central Thesis
1) The scientific method does not prescribe what to do to discover knowledge. It prescribes what you must do in order to claim you testify about your findings, rather than opine, narrate, fictionalize, or engage in fraud and deceit. So, the scientific method consists of using due diligence such that you can warranty you speak truthfully, and free of error, bias, wishful-thinking, and deceit. This project (P-Law or Strictly Constructed Natural Law) completes the scientific method by using a methodology to produce a universally commensurable value neutral language of testimony across all human knowledge and expression, a grammar to compose it, and logic to apply to it, and the ‘checklist’ for doing so.
This is the principle innovation of the system. A methodology, the resulting language, and logic for testing the truthfulness and reciprocity of display, word(speech), and deed(action). Everything else is explanation and application. And that explanation and application is as illuminating in explanatory power in the fields of language, psychology, and sociology, as was the scientific revolution in the physical world, and the Darwinian revolution in the biological world.
We traditionally divide the sciences into the formal (math and logic), physical (the physical sciences), and the Human( cognitive-psychological and social). Underneath the covers P-law is a formal logic, just like a programming language. And it’s about as hard to learn as an advanced programming language, with law and economics thrown in. But ordinary folk have no understanding of the law (to keep them ignorant). Ordinary people have no understanding of economics (to keep them ignorant). They have no understanding of genetics (to keep them ignorant). They have no knowledge of comparative history (to keep them ignorant). And you don’t need to know the proof of the pythagorean theorem to use bits of string to mark out the corners of a new patio or deck. But even if we provided that education, if the law conforms to that body of knowledge, then you don’t need to understand how to program, write and argue law, and perform economic analysis. You only need to understand your rights and obligations. And that is a pretty easy thing to do. So we emphasize ordinary folk simply understand the Rights and Obligations.
Origins
Europeans, during the indo european expansion, discovered, quite by accident, how to organize civilization with the least divergence from physical, natural and evolutionary laws. We embedded this organizational strategy in our law such that it’s survived over four thousand years, and even survived invasion by a hostile alien religion of submission. Europe lacked the flood river valleys and the imperial armies that they supported, the people retained the aristocracy and militia, the law and contract, in competition with a submissive faith. So, thankfully, despite her efforts, the church could never achieve power to displace the martial aristocracy and our rule of law.
People may mouth faith but they demonstrate adherence to military command and rule by law. And the group evolutionary strategy in that law produced rapid evolution of our people genetically, culturally, informationally, and institutionally in the ancient world and the modern world, and we dragged mankind kicking and screaming out of superstition, ignorance, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, child mortality, crippling wear, early death and victimization by a nature all but hostile to life by that strategy. And all other peoples blame us for adapting to the physical, natural, and evolutionary laws of the universe, which exposes their falsehoods and failings, and which leaves them behind, in a sexual, social, economic, political, and military universe where they cannot compete without costly reforms.
If you can sell people a false promise, (the left, religion) you can bait them into behavior over a few generations. If you control the state and education you can indoctrinate them into behavior over a generation or so. But if you want to change behavior rapidly, and reorganize law, government, institutions, and society quickly, you must use the only known means of reorganizing populations: the law. After a short period of adaptation and some limited confusion behavior that conforms to the law works through the various sectors of society producing the desired outcomes (and some undesired.)
Our Goals
Our project seeks to reform the Constitution and the Law by amendments, preserving the state as a going concern, to create a market (court) for the reversal of:
1) The industrialization of propaganda, sophistry, pseudo-mathematics, pseudoscience, pseudo-economics, and pseudo-history,;
2) The present repeat of the fall of Rome, and;
3) The present expanding dark age of ignorance and deceit.
Each of those was developed by, and is maintained by, the Jewish counter-reformation against the scientific, darwinian, industrial, and technological age, using Boaz and Freud to undermine rational analysis of behavior and incentives, marxism to destroy class cooperation, and neo-marxism to destroy culture, values, aesthetics, and history, Postmodernism to destroy truth, Human Biodiversity Denial to undermine our Genetic, Cultural, and Institutional advantages, Political Correctness and Shouting Down to prevent spread of refuting truths and force conformity to norms.
Because these false promises were used to undermine Western Civilization’s foundations of Adversarialism: continuous adaption, invention, and evolution by natural selection by use of adversarial markets in everything, using heroism and excellence, individual sovereignty and reciprocity, truth before face and duty before self, natural law of tort and jury, resulting in rule of law absent authority and markets for association, cooperation, reproduction, production, commons, polities, and warfare, resulting in self sufficiency, the nuclear family, and the resulting trifunctionalism (competing elites in military, legal, and religious classes), with and the natural eugenic suppression of underclass (unfit) reproduction by those markets, with the proceeds from surpluses directed to the production of the high returns on commons, resulting in the most rapidly adaptive and evolutionary civilization invented by man.
And we plan to restore western civilization, in the greatest redistribution of wealth to the laboring, working, and middle classes since the Roman Reforms, and create a second Renaissance, and the next scientific, technological, social, economic, and political revolution.
And by doing so, to restore western civilization’s transcendence of man in to the gods we imagined.
Our Recommendations
1) We can use this language, grammar, and logic to write law to reform our constitution by explicitly stating the european strategy in it, repairing six holes in it, another three errors made after it, and a few misunderstandings we have of it. And then to specifically enumerate all our rights and obligations of reciprocity in display, word, deed, defense, and alienation. Aside from eliminating confusion, conflict, misrepresentation , and abuse, of court, law, and legislation, this will restore our past prohibitions on defamation, expand the present common prohibitions on false commercial speech, and extend all prohibitions on commercial speech to political speech: that speech in public, to the public, in matters public – and doubly so if for profit or income. This will end the state, academy, media, entertainment, advertising conspiracy of common interest in the destruction of our civilization from within. As a result it will dramatically remove falsehoods, from all walks of life, in particularly the jewish counter-revolution against western civilization from within by the false promises of freedom from physical, natural, and evolutionary laws using the pretense of the equality of man, the malleability of man, and unlimited wealth from unlimited growth. (This will include seditious alien universalist religions, ideologies, philosophies, literatures, propaganda, and lies.)
2) In addition, the same way land reforms were made multiple times in the european past, it will perform a vast redistribution to from the financial class, political, and media class to the laboring, working, middle, and upper middle class, and away from the political, bureaucratic, academic, media, and financial classes that have profited from the undermining of, culture-cide of, civilization-cide of, and genocide of, our people. I’ll ask you not to jump to conclusions based on the little information provide here, but for those with some knowledge of economics, it will mean a) the expansion of liquidity by direct distribution to citizens by debit cards, instead of credit expansion using the financial and banking system; b) giving all citizens treasury accounts and treasury credit accounts. And treasury credit accounts will be at zero interest on capital (not consumption) goods: appliances, cars, houses. The nationalization of all debt, including mortgage, credit card, and pensions, and allocation to those accounts. The nationalization of the insurance industry using the same model. the implementation of the Singapore model of medical and retirement insurance. The re-privatization of the medical industry. The end of income taxes on the laboring classes and earlier retirement for them.
3) In addition, we recommend universities must carry student debt themselves; they must absorb the debt of anyone dropping out before the end of the second year; they must financially separate teaching from researching; the professors must be put in control minimizing the bureaucracy (restoring the original Oxford/Cambridge model); they can only use student loans for STEM+L courses. Students, Teachers, and Administrators are subject to prosecution and prohibition from public speech as well as teaching in any form, for violating the prohibition on Sedition by False Promise using marxist, postmodernist, feminist, denialist revisionism. The best professors (lectures) will and grad students (questions and grading) will be paid to run the very blest classes (Lectures) in every high school and library in the country for a tiny fee. Why? There is no evidence of learning in the academy. The number of ‘meaningful’ or ‘hard’ degrees has remained roughly constant since the 60’s. The immigrant students are used as cheap research labor for the research professors at the expense of the vast majority of students. And universities are largely hedge funds that happen to teach a bit as a consequence. Instead of being a minor advantage to a minority, college like Catholic Indulgences, a hundred thousand dollar debt, delaying and suppressing reproduction, has become a means for sorting people out of the workforce, and a degree functions as what amounts to indoctrination, and bribe for admission to the workforce.
4) We recommend in addition, the restoration of the original american experiment as an alliance of european states, for the sole purpose of defense, trade, credit, dispute resolution, and prevention of defection of states to hostile powers, with devolution of all other powers to the states – dramatically reducing power distance. This would end the majority of the federal government, eliminate the presidency in favor of a prime minister, eliminate the house of representatives, and replace the standing senate with the governors of the states, and replace majoritarianism (legislation) with treaties of the commons (contracts between states). We also recommend the (forcible) conversion of blue cities to city states with limited free-city status. And the ability to form new states without existing state permission with no less than 300k people. We restore voluntary disassociation as well as association which allows people to sort as they wish. All states would issue their own passports, with the military and the few federal employees having rights of access for the purpose of their duties.
There is a lot more to it but that’s ending lies, ending financial and political predation, restoring the laboring, working, and middle classes, restoring the civil society, and insulating the european civilization from undermining by immigrants seeking to colonize rather than adapt, are what people care about.
The “Book” I am, we are, working on is structured as a legal prosecution. It’s over one thousand pages at present and will be much longer when the remaining sections are edited and included. Most of those pages constitute our era’s equivalent of the Federalist Papers, and then it culminates in a new Declaration of Reformation, and Amendments to the Constitution that would achieve both constitutional, legal, and policy ends. Plus the threat if we do not settle. And the rather extreme outcome we will enforce if we must fight. This constitution seeks to fix everything. In that sense it ‘turns it up to eleven’ in some cases. This means that we can compromise on a lower standard, but if we do compromise on a lower standard, at least we know what we’re costing ourselves. I’m not hung up on those details. I’m more interested in the rescue of, survival of, and flourishing of our people and our civilization.
