    GREAT HEADLINE

–“Goldman Sachs: Confidence in banks has been lost because of plumbing issues”–

True. Anything driven by banks parking cash in fed bond prices is nonsense.

The response rate of world governments since 2001, and much more so since 2008, has done a great job of preventing spirals. The world’s financial problems are substantial and will need to correct, especially if we see continued reduction of world patterns of transport and trade, as we continue to transform from USA-created world trade, back to ’empire networks’ of trade. And worse, as we see economic contraction impossible to pay down unfunded liabilities, combined with the declines(collapses) of population in the developed countries. There is a lovely perfect storm, that those of us who are contrarians (we predict where market cycles should collapse) have been consious of since as early as 92, but certainly by 04. And without either the USA figuring out how to tax the world to continue policing the seas, and ending the expnasionary ambitions of the three ‘evil empires’ remaining (russia, iran, china), its very difficult to see a world order that looks like the 20th instead of the 18th.

Waiting for Trump’s Reaction. But at this point the ‘insurrection’ that never happend, might just happen for real, whether Trump wants it or not. We have many unwritten laws in our system. Like all of the common law, they are traditions of wisdom. And the prohibition on political prosecution of a president after he leaves office, unless something on the order of treason or murder, is not a tradition that’s wise to break.

  • I don’t know how we got from husbands and wives, who for all intents and purpose

I don’t know how we got from husbands and wives, who for all intents and purposes, hire each other to produce the discount of the division of the labor of maintaining a household, and if possible children, who may care for us a bit in our old age, and if possible, giving our life some meaning, some purpose, other than consumption and tax paying, into “I marry someone to entertain me.” Now, I know it started in the 1970s. But what a disaster this experiment has turned out to be. The logical consequence is a return to marriage for the very careful intergenerationally wealthy, serial marriage for the rest of the top and middle, and no marriage and single motherhood for the poor. Because that’s what the data sure looks like. There really is no reason for marriage once the state has given us the means to escape having children. Once women can displace men in the workforce. And where displaced men can do next to nothing and live well. It’s a recipe for many poor households. And pervasive alienation.

EPIPHANY: A LITTLE UNDERSTANDING OF GENZ?
I’ve had a bit of a ‘conversion’ lately after last weekend’s onsite staff meeting. We worked through an analysis of how each generation from boomers to the present have worsened, and conditions have worsened as well. Until then, and after a few conversations on the topic with younger friends recently, I didn’t really grasp how horrible the world appears to GenZ. It’s one thing to (justifiably) pick on Millennials. But GenZ is just, well, in a word ‘screwed’ – and not at all in a good way.

So I lose my patience with the lost and incompetent and angry generation (GenZ) pretty much every single time I interact with any but the best educated.

And you know, it’s not their fault they had a sh–t education, sh–t indoctrination, and have known nothing of a world before the 2008 crash ended the postwar age of prosperity. Of course, they have a bad attitude. And of course, they’re angry about it.

I had ‘mistaken’ expectations. Meaning, unfair expectations.

Now, that doesn’t mean I’m going to put up with their nonsense. But it does mean I can pity them and work for their benefit, even if I wouldn’t want to talk to, be around, or have dinner with them. 😉

The truth is that everyone has a right to be angry other than the parasites in the academy, media, state, and financial sectors.

Those people have taken lying for a living to a whole new version of Jim Jones on a national scale. And I think the angry folk aren’t going to feel very merciful by the time judgment day comes.

Now if y’all would help me and the rest of us demand a solution so that we can fix this problem before we have a judgment day, that’d be good.

And it does seem like the Overton window is reaching its maximum size over the maximum population…

    Cheers

THE SECOND AMENDMENT WILL NEVER END.
I’m an authoritative interpreter of the second amendment, and there are others. The NRA has nothing to do with interpreting the constitution. There is a constitutional process for modification of that amendment. Use it. You can’t. Because it will fail. Why? First, it wouldn’t obtain the commonality of votes of the States. Second, and more importantly, because Rule of Law of Natural, Common, Concurrent, Discovered Law and the Constitution that embodies its application in institutions to govern under it, requires reciprocal insurance of individual sovereignty by every citizen by force of arms. In other words, the second amendment is the insurance clause that prevents the conversion of natural, concurrent, common, law – which is a total prohibition on ANY authority – to a document, and then a government, of authority that violates the natural concurrent, common, law. Which is what you want. You want to circumvent Concurrency and Commonality, The Natural Law of Sovereignty and Reciprocity, and the Responsibility of reciprocal insurance by all of all. In other words by attacking the 2nd you’re violating commonality, concurrency, reciprocity, sovereignty, and our right, obligation, and inalienation, to insure that sequence.
Our constitution is an articulation of the science of cooperation – the culmination of five thousand years of prohibition on authority, respect for sovereignty, and demand for individual responsibility. To prohibit authority it requires as did our ancient laws it evolved from,
Our constitution requires the second amendment, because the existence of rule of law, and the prohibition of rule of authority, requires the second amendment, and we are all citizens required to respect it, because that is where sovereignty and responsibility lies: in the people. Not the government. Not anyone else. And that individual sovereignty and responsibility are only possible under this constitution – the only constitution worth the paper it’s written on, on this earth. Every other constitution is a fantasy story imitation of ours.

So, no. I don’t trust you in authority. Or anyone else. And if you’ve created a dysfunctional society, with a dysfunctional education system, and dysfunctional families, and dysfunctional individuals, by propagating dysfunctional lies that we can be free of the physical, behavioral, and evolutionary laws, by some sort of new religion by social construction – then you are the danger not only to us, to our country, to our civilization, but to all the goods past present and future that have come from European peoples over the past 5000 years, that have almost exclusively dragged mankind out of ignorance, superstition, hard labor, poverty, starvation, disease, suffering, child mortality, early death, the vicissitudes of nature all but hostile to man, in a universe that is other was a vast irradiated wasteland hostile to life.

The West is evolved to maximize individual responsibility at the cost of greater possibility of internal conflict, which must be resolved by rational argument or a jury in court – because there is no authority other than the people and the law and the our law alone is the science of cooperation. Your attempt to violate the laws of nature, and to create a false fantasy religion, for the purpose of ending responsibility, so that you are no longer responsible for the reciprocal insurance of all of us against those very behaviors that lead to mental illness, criminality, and worse, — you’re the problem.

Grow up. Man Up. Take Responsibility. Fix the people. And to fix people you must have a standard to conform them to, and the only standard is the laws of nature, and that law of nature of human cooperation is the natural, common, concurrent, judge-discovered law, or sovereignty reciprocity duty and truth-before-face, regardless of cost – that maximizes individual responsibility regardless of how much you wish to escape it.

    THE TWO CULTURES THAT MATTER
I talk about westerners and jews(ashkenazi really) because were the only peoples who produce any theory that matters. While the concept is invisible to us, this is because of the primacy of law in both our cultures – where it matters. Yet, the rest of the world is still effectively mired in religion, even if that religion is communism or its lesser peer, islamism. Now the insight we need is that the western is the trifunctional and masculine, and the jewish is the monopoly and feminine. It’s not that we can’t learn something from each. But like the two sexes there are compromises that must be reached. And of the two systems there is a reason why religious and feminine cultures must go diasporic, or stagnate or decline, and why rational and masculine cultures persist and evolve. China COULD have made it. They din’t. But Europeans made it in all four ages of man: stone, bronze, iron, and steel. The reason is what others call the faustian spirit. But I avoid such lyrical terms. It’s indo european aryanism (aristocracy): the transformation of the world by material means, from hostile to our use, and from our use to transform outselves to compete with if not escape the recklessness of, the gods we have imagined.
