    What is this book about?

    The explanation of, and resolution of, the great conflict of our age.

    It’s the prosecution of a case, including a judgement, and demand for restitution, punishment, and the prevention of any repetition, of  innovations in lying, fraud, theft and harm, against those who create the lies, and those who use those lies, those who excuse those lies, and those who are fools for those lies, which have been used to destroy not only our civilization both past and present, other civilizations with the goal of ending all civilization.   

    These innovations in lying followed the industrial revolution and were industrialized by mass marketing, and they are the source of the conflict of our age.  But the technique by which this lying has created in the present is a repeat of the past use of the technique in response to the british empirical revolution, and the greek empirical revolution.

    It’s also a case for the restoration of separation between those who desire arbitrary rule, and those who desire rule of law, and a new renaissance for those who desire rule of law. and if this compromise is unacceptable, there is no alternative to the bloodiest war in history – other than a repeat of the destruction of the great civilization of the ancient world.

    The constitution solves the principle problem of the industrial age by demanding truth, reciprocity, and warranty in all aspects of commerce and commons, as means by which to end:

    1. falsehood by ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion, obscurantism, fictionalism and deceit;
    2. false promise,
    3. baiting into hazard, and
    4. rent-seeking (gains without contribution to the risk of productivity),
    5. profiting from harms, or penalty;
    6. undermining,
    And,
    7. restoring power distances commercial, political, and juridical
    8. especially juridical defense of private and commons.

    By requiring full reciprocity:
    1. productive (prohibition on rents and free riding)
    2. fully informed ( prohibition on false promise, obscurantism)
    3. voluntary transfer (prohibition on takings of demonstrated interests)
    4. including by externality (including others indirectly)
    5. warrantied (liability for productive, fully informed, voluntary transfer).

    Where all speech in such matters is treated as legal testimony, meaning it must meet the criteria of consistency in the dimensions:
    1. categorical,
    2. logical,
    3. operational,
    4. empirical,
    5. rational (rational choice within limits of bounded rationality),
    6. reciprocal
    7. complete within stated limits,
    And the consequences of which are:
    8. within one’s ability to perform restitution.

    In addition it enacts:
    1. Reformations To institutions and processes thereby eliminating all means of parasitism.
    2. Restitutions To those who have been harmed.
    3. Punishments For those who have done harm.
    4. Preventions: changes in the constitution and the law creating a continuous market for profiting from the punishment of these forms of parasitism, once again forcing us into the market for voluntary cooperation in order to survive, prosper, and flourish.

    Where;
    The Peace of westphalia, by which europeans domesticated warfare:
    1. suppressed physical warfare, making states liable for maintaining a monopoly of violence in exchange for protecting the citizenry by limiting conflict to war between states by their militaries;

    2. persisted economic warfare, and the benefits therefrom;

    3, failed to anticipate or adapt to financial warfare and the harms therefrom;

    4. but failed to suppress warfare by non-military means: undermining by pseudomathematics in economics, pseudoscience in the social sciences, sophistry in philosophy, the academy, the law, political speech, and propaganda; undermining by tolerance of hostile political systems masquerading as religions; and immigration of hostile peoples unwilling, unable, or unfit for integration into european civilization sufficiently to persist the benefits to europeans and by extension to the world.  There are only three means of warfare: physical, economic, and undermining; and the european world does not defend against undermining because like all peoples we are only conscious of warfare by our civilizational means of it: because of our entrepreneurial rule, near kinship, small numbers, profesional warriors, the use of technology and manerver, we settle differences quickly before they scale, and return to production and taxation. And our civilization,  which as entrepreneurial is founded on markets in everything, but prohibiting violence upon each other, is not how the chinese or the semites practice practice warfare – the chinese by deceive, delay, and accumulate power, and the semites by continuous undermining from within and raiding from without; and indians by absorbing and integrating and passive resistance until they reach the limit of their tolerance. The indians and europeans are similar in civilization and strategy, the semites and the chinese are our opposites.

    6. this work is structured as The prosecution of war crimes By entire classes of people, and the resulting restitutions, punishments, and preventions imposed under natural law.

    This innovation in the scope of suppression of crime under our law will be the greatest boon to western civilization since the industrial revolution, and will effectively outlaw the entire leftist program, prosecute, impoverish, ostracize, or imprison (or worse) those who have perpetrated this crime against our people.

    While the great lies of the twentieth have caused a hundred million dead and brought about the possibility of a second dark age, the great lie of the continental-democratic age is that we have sold democratic government and anglo capitalism or democratic socialism as a benefit to man, when the organization of government is largely irrelevant, and the economy must always consist of mixture of private for efficiency and innovation and state for strategic investment that is required for all people – it is the european rule of law of sovereignty and reciprocity, forcing all, including members of the church and state, into productive service of one another in markets out of mutual self interest, combined by that extension of the law of evidence we call european reason, science, logic, and mathematics that have been the cause of our success in the modern age and in the ancient.

    2. to provide a reasonable proposition for all parties: This constitution, continuing anglo legal tradition, provides a solution that is the best possible for all parties, without being the optimum solution for any party. However, if this constitution is resisted by opposition parties, then the terms escalate in favor of the traditional america people and their way of life, as the ‘third way ‘ between dominant state, dominant religion: a middle class majority producing a natural aristocracy by market meritocracy, under rule of the natural law of reciprocity. These terms of escalation are preferred by the traditional people over preservation of those seeking to use the political, economic, and military scale of the continents, and the ease of obtaining political power under first past the post, majoritarian democracy, lacking any criteria for the franchise, while using underclass immigration, to achieve by invasion what is not achieved by ideas, evidence,  or results.

    3. to de-escalate, de-monopolize, and re-specialize: to facilitate the separation of groups into separate political orders wherein each can produce commons preferred by their groups without imposing upon the preference of those who desire to produce different commons. This separation restores voluntary association and disassociation, and restore political customization, as was present in all of european history – even under a loosely federal church. And restores that political customization which was the intention of the original american constitution, and that demand for political customization that remains the demonstrated interest of all present political factions – despite each seeking to dominate the others and obtain a monopoly rather than separate, in violation of american, british, european, legal, social, and economic traditions….wealthy enough to specialize

    6. to de-consumer-predationize – increase consumer protections both public and private:

    7. to de-financialize: We include the largest economic reform since the roman empire, and the reorganization of the treasury and financial system such that it is in the interests of the working and middle classes that desire to raise families.  Aside from the reformation of the law, the economic reforms are the most influential and will provide the greatest benefit to the people regardless of political interest. The greatest frustrations of the european people are due substantially to the abuse of our people by the financial system – abuses which if the people understood fully, would alone cause revolt and demand for this constitution.The talking points are: nationalization of consumer credit, and all consumer credit issue direct from the treasury at simple interest dependent entirely on your disposable income; management of the money supply by distribution of liquidity directly to consumers into their treasury accounts, instead of distributing through the financial class and the banking system – this will cause businesses to fight for your money, not you fight for credit that puts you at risk, and extracts your income from you when it was your country the money was borrowed from in the first place; the acquisition and nationalization of the consumer credit card network; and the  creation and distribution of multiple currencies on those cards, so that we separate the monetary economies of survival, and preferential goods and services, similar to how we use ebt cards for food stamps today.  This means your home will be paid off in ten to fifteen years, meaning a one-income household can afford a home and children, your cars will cost sticker-price – and the eradication of the credit collection network..

    De-financialization:

    DEfinancialization of the financial system. There is no reason we pay interest on consumer loans (and every reason we pay it on business and industrial loans).

    By nationalizing mastercard, and issuing one every legal and fully integrated citizen, we can distribute liquidity (increase the money supply) by direct redistribution to the citizenry (in which case our homes would all be paid for because of the last recession), and consumer loans can be provided directly from the treasury.

    Furthermore, by professionalizing ‘banking’ (basically requiring series 7 for issuing loans via the treasury, and licensing as we do cpa’s), we can eliminate consumer interest, and cut payment periods in half or to one third. Additionally we make universities carry the zero interest loans on behalf of any student, and to obtain payment as a payroll deduction over a period of no more than ten years.

    This combination will mean that after about 15 years, the first time home owner will own his home free and clear, and the universities will no longer be able to offer junk degrees. I won’t go into the various extraordinary (wonderful) other consequences but this will restore the american people’s way of life and destroy the predatory financial, academic, and government sectors. There will be no other way to profit than the silicon valley (monarchy) model of investment in research, development, and industry.

    Financialism will be destroyed forever.

    Politics
    PRopaganda is intentionally defective product, produced for the purpose of obtaining power, delivered with intent to persuade by deception, using rhetorical devices including: conflation, loading, framing, overloading, obscurantism, straw-men, outright lying, and dependent upon repetition as a means of creating confirmatory “evidence”, to produce an intuitive rather than rational response.

    The traditional, consensus argument has been that we are all smart enough to dismiss propaganda, to learn to distrust arguments, but history says that this isn’t true. Instead, we seek to confirm our moral biases. Not only because it is in our reproductive interest, because those biases reflect our reproductive interests, but because we have invested so heavily in our biases that the cost of training our intuition – intuition that we rely upon to decrease the burden of reasoning – is simply too high. In the kaleidic universe, without prejudices (biases) decisions are not decidable. We must rely upon intuition – we have no other choice.

    The various pseudoscientific and rationalist movements, from marxist ‘scientific socialism’, to freudian psychology, to keynesian economics, the anthropology of franz boas, to the outright fabrications of the frankfurt school, to the postmodern philosophers, to american feminism, to today’s political correctness – all relied, and continue to rely upon, deception by the use of conflation, loading, framing, overloading, obscurantism, straw man, outright lying and cumulate in the use of critique: confirmation based straw men as vehicles for criticism of opposing propositions, heaping of undue praise, piling-on of opponents with false arguments, and repeated chanting of falsehoods through the media.

    These groups all make use of constant repetition of false statements consisting of various uses of conflation, loading, framing, obscurantism, straw men, and marxist ‘critique’ to stimulate our intuitions, and generate confirmation bias, via normative awareness, rather than rational persuasion by truthful means.

    In other words, its a very complex and innovative form of deception using suggestion, in order to confirm our moral cognitive biases, rather than education and persuasion by reason. It is an organized, intentional, systematic war against truth, reason, and science and morality for the purpose of establishing control of our thoughts, actions, and resources, and to justify theft from us, consumption of our historic commons.

    We call this war by various names: the counter-enlightenment, the postmodern movement, socialism, marxist critique, pseudoscience. But these names give neutral moral judgment on what is an objectively immoral activity: deception for the purpose of control, theft, and virtual servitude. The truthful, rational, scientific name for these movements is ‘deception’.

    The constitution

    1. you can, we can, anyone can, write a constitution In propertarianism’s natural law of reciprocity, – or what we abbreviate as ‘p-law” –  for any system of government, any economic model, and for any group of peoples, as long as it is stated in the vocabulary, grammar, and compositional form, of p-law – and as long as it’s fully reciprocal, transparent, and its claims are testifiable by man.

    P-law, like mathematics or programming, expresses constitutions in formal operational logic, that eliminates the ability of the political class if there is one, from engaging in parasitism upon the people, and eliminates the ability of the people within the population engaging in parasitism upon each other. The only challenge we have found, is that it is difficult for those wishing a purely theological order to convert theological statements of law, to scientific statements of law – although it is possible – the faithful resist the reduction of the empathic to scientific terms.

    Given that we can write a constitution for any political, social, and economic order using p-law, Our objective is to produce a set of constitutions In p-law For all european peoples – and for any other peoples who seek to enjoy the returns on rule of law by reciprocity – the system of rule of the european peoples.  And while all such constitutions will overlap considerably especially given our new articles i, ii, iii, iv;  and while this constitution may be used as a template for future constitutions, what we have presented here is a constitution for the reformation and restoration of the united states of america and an end to the conflict whose present course is certain to lead to civil war.

    We have learned from history that unstated compromises become unstated presumptions.

    Therefore we caution readers that when drafting a solution of this scope to a problem of this scope we have erred on the side of completeness; and while we doubt any modification of the Law Put forth in the Articles, that we anticipate some tempering of policies in The Acts.

    4. we have chosen to reform the existing constitution Of the united states of america in continuation of the group strategy and political strategy of the european peoples, and in particular the northern european peoples, so that we may preserve the disproportionate utility of the strategy of the european peoples, and the anglo-american third-way of a rapidly adapting, middle class majority, commons-producing, nuclear-family, high-trust civilization and its civil society – not only for our own present and future, but for mankind’s present and future.

    5. this constitutional reformation includes a set of amendments To that constitution of the united states of america that repeal, restate, and reform the preamble, articles, and amendments of that constitution. The principal reasons for reform rather than replacement are a) to preserve the corporation of the state as a “going concern”, reducing the continental and international military, economic, and political uncertainty, conflict, and chaos that would ensue otherwise, and b) to preserve the military, judiciary, treasury, and function of insurer of last resort, thereby prohibiting foreign interests from obtaining a political, military or economic foothold on the continent; while c) devolving the choice of normative policy – meaning social policy – to the city-states, states, counties, and localities.

    6. a caution: you will undoubtedly encounter concepts that are novel particularly in economics and law – and some political propositions that while true, have been subjected to foolish, dishonest, or fraudulent criticism during and after the french counter-empirical enlightenment period. We beg your patience in thoroughly understanding the full scope of this work, and wee put forth the suggestion that despite your anticipated surprise, conflict, or rejection: It is extremely unlikely that we err In our assertions, arguments, or propositions. The reason being the innovation upon which this reformation rests, is the completion of the scientific method, and it’s extension from the physical to the psychological, social, economic, legal, political, group strategic, and military disciplines. And not only have we thought through the consequences of these propositions but producing those consequences is the purpose of these propositions. And should anyone disagree with them our first question is whether they understand those consequences, and if so, our second question must be why they wish to preserve the capacity for deceit, fraud, theft, and parasitism that destroyed the ancient world, produced a dark age, and threatens the present repetition of both.

    We are, all of us, victims of the circumstances of our experience in the era of our maturity and education. Because of this natural bias to the present, we have difficulty envisioning a future that is very different from the one we anticipated, and the forces that bring it into being that are beyond our control.

    In preparation for the future we prudently present the future challenges that will exacerbate the present challenges, if we do not adapt to that future rather than attempt to reconstruct an impossible past.

    The british experiment

    The government of the british empire during the colonial period and up until the second world war, was the greatest achievement in political organization in european history combining rule of law, a monarchy, houses for the classes managing assets, the church for those lacking resources and ability, and the entrepreneurial and scientific classes’ technological, economic, legal, financial, intellectual superiority, and the long standing cultural openness to meritocratic rotation in the classes by one or one’s family’s demonstrated achievements.

    The monarchy, nobility(lords), and the house(commons) made a few understandable but avoidable mistakes – because they were following an ancient tradition – a tradition whose origins predated their historical knowledge – without understanding the reasons for its successes – a failure we correct here.

    Those mistakes were rather simple in retrospect: the failure to understand the reasons for their disproportionate successes; the failure to write the constitution in formal language insulated from abuse; the failure to create a house for each of the colonies, thereby preventing the american revolution, contributing to the american civil war, and the subsequent failure of the colonial project, and especially the failure to transform india from whom it had extracted yet failed to complete transformation; the inclusion of labor into the house of commons instead of creating a separate house for labor upon the failure of the church to transform in the face of the darwinian revolution; the inclusion of women into the house of commons rather than a separate house; an attempt to maintain the balance of powers rather than the german expansion, and the russian recapture of constantinople, reversing the islamic conquest. And the failure to transform the lords into a supreme court for the legislature and weakening it instead; and finally a weakening of the monarchy’s role as judge of last resort – meaning veto – due to the failures of the political process, the fashions, passions, and fears of the day, to which all peoples are subject, and from which the monarchies are of their nature and interest, insulated.

    In effect, the failure of the british to grasp that the government had served as a market between the classes despite their different interests and scales, and that under rule of law they had created not only the worlds most successful commercial market for the production of goods, services, and information – but the world’s most successful market for the production of commons.

    A market for commons allows the unavoidable differences between classes of families, each of which has demonstrated different ability, to engage in exchanges within the political sphere, without resorting to propaganda, deceit, and coercion outside both inside and out. instead, our peoples were made vulnerable to the industrialization of false promise, baiting into their own hazard, comforting deceits, and bribery in government and finance in exchange for the destruction of the institutions that had made their disproportionate success possible.

    The american experiment.

    The american experiment included many of the same failures as the british, and some unique to the states. The single success was spectacular if inadequate, and that was: a declaration, federalist papers, constitution, and bill of rights, stating the natural law of sovereign men, and their natural right to life, liberty, and property and a government for the ‘third way”: a middle class government, of commercial meritocracy without aristocracy or nobility, in an attempt to defend itself from the parasitism of the church and the landed nobility.

    This speech announced our political program on July 4th 2020. The purpose of this speech is to draw emphasis to the rule of law, sovereignty, reciprocity, and testimony, in accordance with the laws of nature, as the foundation of western civilization.

    Truth Is Enough

    Kin!! … Countrymen!!… Christendom!! …

    Truth….

    Truth is enough.
    Truth before face, regardless of cost was enough to build our civilization.
    And truth again enough to save it.
    So it is time for truth regardless of cost.
    Truth, with men, and for men, with the mettle to bear it.

    The Natural Law is Nature and Nature’s God’s Law

    Why are we here?!

    This!
    This in my hand.
    (holds up a fisted document – the law of reciprocity)
    It is five thousand years old.
    It is the record of our birth.

    It is The Natural Law.
    The natural law of self-determination and sovereignty, reciprocity, and testimony.
    It is our law.
    it is the law of the European peoples.
    It is the traditional common law by which we constrain our actions and resolve our disputes.

    This Law is not the work of man.
    It is the work of nature and nature’s god.
    And it is written by the hand of nature and natures god throughout the fabric of the universe – including every cell in our bodies.

    European Discovery of the Law

    Ths Law was discovered by Europeans – by accident.
    And Europeans adapted to and applied it – like we discovered, adapted to, and applied the other laws of nature and nature’s god.

    This law is not a plea, not a request, but a demand: it says is if we cooperate by sovereignty and reciprocity, for mutual gain, we advance the demands of nature and nature’s god.

    Conversely, if we do not cooperate by sovereignty and reciprocity for mutual gain – we may kill, conquer, pillage, loot, enslave, enserf, tax farm, credit farm, domesticate, and if necessary depopulate as punishment for that crime.

    All other peoples failed to discover, and adapt to, and apply, this natural law.

    All other civilizations, before us and after us, stagnated, declined, or failed.
    This law is why Europeans weren’t always first- but were always fastest.
    We adapted to the law of nature and nature’s god.

     

    The Birth of Tragedy

    But it is a harsh law. Like most laws of nature and nature’s god. This law is not made for the comfort of man, but for the evolution of man into a servant of nature and nature’s god.

    This law is not kindly to man. This law is man’s tragedy.

    Acceptance of that tragedy caused Europeans to birth the art of the Tragedy, and Heroism and Excellence, Arts and Beauty, and Joy in Life, so that we might bear it.

    And we taught our generations the tragedy of Achilles for the strong who must fight for it – and the tragedy of Jesus for the meek who must suffer under it.

    And we struggled heroically and endlessly despite this tragedy – as others shrunk in horror from that tragedy – into harmony, escape, and denial – and eventual regularity, stagnation, and decline.

    We Happy Few

    Our American constitution, like mother England’s before us, creates a government of rule of law, by the natural law, that constrains our actions, constructs our commons, and that adjudicates our differences.

    No other people upon this earth live under this law. Even mother England lives under the sovereignty of parliament, not sovereignty of law.

    For no other people is The Natural law, and the natural law alone, sovereign. And no other people individually and collectively sovereign because of it.

    Because All other peoples failed.
    All others failed to remain sovereign.
    Because all others failed to retain the arms, and the will to use them, and the militia of every able-bodied man that is necessary for the preservation of that law, against the endless river of usurpers whose arrogance and hubris, denies the laws of nature and natures God.

    Sw we and we alone live by rule of law.
    And all other people are ruled by men.
    All but us.
    We Americans.
    We few. We happy Few

    Our Fall

    But we were weak. Or Naive. Or too patient. Or too full of Christian tolerance. Or too proud. Or too confident.
    And the enemy within achieved with our destruction by depopulation – by propaganda, taxation, credit, and replacement immigration, what they could not achieve with ideas and achievements.
    They achieved by destruction what they could not themselves make.

    And in this present age, as in the ancient world, they once again destroy what they themselves cannot make. They destroy what they cannot achieve. They destroy what they fail to understand. They destroy what they fear to face – that they hate and destroy Europeans for their works of the law of nature and nature’s god.
    They hate us as a proxy for hating god.

     

    Rule of Law

    Rule of Law No Longer Exists!

    The Federal Government is demonstrably unwilling and unable to govern, to protect life and property, cultural arts and assets, provide equal protection under the laws, protect freedom of political discourse, or the most basic of civil order. 

    If this Government Refuses To Rule, To Govern, to protect life, property, and commons;
    If this government has abandoned us; Our Law, and Gods Law,
    Then we have no choice but to declare this Government incompetent and dissolved, and to set about restoring our rule of law of natural law, our constitution under it, our rights within it, and those institutions to defend our life, property, and commons.
    And to restore Rule of Law By the People For the People as our Declaration and Constitution, our ancestors, and nature and natures’ god Demand.

    The enemy among us is master of the technique of undermining civilizations.

    Monuments say I own this land.
    Castles Courts and Parliaments say I rule this land.
    Temples and Churches say I rule these people.

    Removing monuments says I conquered this land.

    If one comes upon a territory or its institutions or its people with conquest rather than accommodation, then one comes by way of war.
    And the only response to war regardless of means is war.

    Destroy our civilization once from within, destroy temples, our statues, our arts, our letters, our philosophers, our academies, our science, our technology, and bring about another dark age – and “shame on you”.

    But destroy our civilization from within by the same means a second time – “then shame on us”. And we will not be shamed. And there are no laws in war.

    The Calling

    It’s time for all good men to come to the aid of their country, their people, their civilization, and mankind – and to save us from a false religion of lies, false promises, false possibilities, of the hatred of our people, our civilization, the laws of nature and natures God by which we live,

    A false religion of lies, false promises, and false possibilities by which our enemies are inspired to destroy the treasury of our inheritance and our civilization’s achievements.

    We must pay a price for those before us, and those not with us – by demand for correction. Correction by compromise, Correction by Exchange, or Correction by defeat.

    And with that correction fortune willing, or by bloody civil war, if fortune is not, we must restore rule of law by natural law. Restore our sovereignty and reciprocity. Restore the self-determination of our people.
    So that we may continue our discovery of, adaption to, and application of, the laws of nature and nature’s god —
    … not only for us and ours, but for all our people, across all our nations, across our civilization, and by extension mankind.

    But …. brothers, friends, kin, countrymen, and all of Christendom – we are lucky.
    Now is a time of heroes.
    A time where we forge our names into the iron history.
    And many men, in every generation, young and old, envy us this opportunity.

    The Solution

    4. A set of Articles as amendments to our constitution – that are as yet unfinished – like the articles of the constitution before it.
    5. A charter to our people to bring it about by peaceful settlement, or the fore by which we will bring it into being without a peaceful settlement.

    It includes:
    1. Repairing the six errors in our original constitution our founders took for granted.
    2. Repairing two subsequent errors thereafter.
    3. And the restoration of rule of law by the natural law.
    4. And the institution of aformal logic of law, that provides for strict construction of law, so that our laws are no longer open to undermining through the ancient technique of sophistry and textual and scriptural interpretation.
    5. Explicit reversal of the crimes against our people during the past century and a half.

    And;
    1. A solution to the problem of our differing demands, so those of the egalitarian herds may have their local custom, and those of the hierarchical tribes their local custom.

    2. The end of pervasive half-truth, disinformation, dishonesty, deceit, fraud, propaganda, in public speech to the public in matters public, by the restoration of testimony in public speech.

    3. The greatest economic restructuring since the roman reforms.

    4. And the end of the false promises baiting our people into harm by debt – not only for now and for our people, but for all people and all ages yet to come.

    5. The greatest educational reform since the introduction of universal education.

    6. The reorganization of our federal government so it is once again limited to adjudicated disputes between states, defense of the continent, and its finance commerce and trade.

    7. And In progress, we have a thousand-page volume for explaining that law.

    Together this is a scope of work equal to that of Locke, Smith, Hume, the federalist papers, the declaration, and the constitution, the bill of rights. And it is possible thanks to the shoulders of great men and women upon which we stand.

    Our Demands

    What do we demand in return?

    Such that we may have this debate and seek to come to a compromise rather than the bloodiest, longest, most brutal civil war in human history, where tens of millions will certainly die:

    1. All Political Speech and Political Affiliation is Protected Speech, and Political Affiliation Protected class.
    2. The criminalization of all attempts at suppression of testimonial, truthful, reciprocal, empirical speech, and licensing of extrajudicial punishment to cease them.
    3. Immediate implementation of the rule of non-aggression – and the extension of standing one’s ground, and castle doctrine, and defense of the commons to the first demonstration of aggression.

    No more lies. We will choose our destiny by Honest discourse or honest violence, but not by the restraint of violence in tolerance of lies.

    The Natural Law is Nature and Nature’s God’s Law

    Why are we here?!

    This!
    This in my hand.
    (holds up a fisted document – the law of reciprocity)
    It is five thousand years old.
    It is the record of our birth.

    It is The Natural Law.
    The natural law of self-determination and sovereignty, reciprocity, and testimony.
    It is our law.
    it is the law of the European peoples.
    It is the traditional common law by which we constrain our actions and resolve our disputes.

    This Law is not the work of man.
    It is the work of nature and nature’s god.
    And it is written by the hand of nature and natures god throughout the fabric of the universe – including every cell in our bodies.

    European Discovery of the Law

    Ths Law was discovered by Europeans – by accident.
    And Europeans adapted to and applied it – like we discovered, adapted to, and applied the other laws of nature and nature’s god.

    This law is not a plea, not a request, but a demand: it says is if we cooperate by sovereignty and reciprocity, for mutual gain, we advance the demands of nature and nature’s god.

    Conversely, if we do not cooperate by sovereignty and reciprocity for mutual gain – we may kill, conquer, pillage, loot, enslave, enserf, tax farm, credit farm, domesticate, and if necessary depopulate as punishment for that crime.

    All other peoples failed to discover, and adapt to, and apply, this natural law.

    All other civilizations, before us and after us, stagnated, declined, or failed.
    This law is why Europeans weren’t always first- but were always fastest.
    We adapted to the law of nature and nature’s god.

     

    The Birth of Tragedy

    But it is a harsh law. Like most laws of nature and nature’s god. This law is not made for the comfort of man, but for the evolution of man into a servant of nature and nature’s god.

    This law is not kindly to man. This law is man’s tragedy.

    Acceptance of that tragedy caused Europeans to birth the art of the Tragedy, and Heroism and Excellence, Arts and Beauty, and Joy in Life, so that we might bear it.

    And we taught our generations the tragedy of Achilles for the strong who must fight for it – and the tragedy of Jesus for the meek who must suffer under it.

    And we struggled heroically and endlessly despite this tragedy – as others shrunk in horror from that tragedy – into harmony, escape, and denial – and eventual regularity, stagnation, and decline.

    We Happy Few

    Our American constitution, like mother England’s before us, creates a government of rule of law, by the natural law, that constrains our actions, constructs our commons, and that adjudicates our differences.

    No other people upon this earth live under this law. Even mother England lives under the sovereignty of parliament, not sovereignty of law.

    For no other people is The Natural law, and the natural law alone, sovereign. And no other people individually and collectively sovereign because of it.

    Because All other peoples failed.
    All others failed to remain sovereign.

    The Introduction

    When in the course of human events, a People suffer under the manipulations, predations, and conquest, inflicted upon them by institutions and elites, both domestic and foreign; when the diversity of our peoples, abilities, regions, cultures, and religions, are set to conflict for the benefit of these institutions at the cost of our futures, commons, identity, and well being; when as the result of our present wealth and technology, we no longer need to compromise on our desired familial, social, political, and strategic means and ends; then the People, in their defense, are compelled by common wisdom to present a plan for the cessation of their subjugation, victimization, conquest, and extermination, in pursuit of a reformation, at the expense of those institutions and elites, both domestic and foreign, that perpetuate these harms upon them. And if the proposition fails, to war in our defense by every means possible to succeed.

    This Declaration, The Charges, and The Amendments to the Constitution aren’t just a proposal, but an offer of the terms of settlement prior to the escalation of hostilities in what will constitute the bloodiest civil war in human history – the consequences of which will propagate across the globe, alter the course of human history, and on a scale not seen since the fall of the Roman empire.

    Solution

    A Solution For Everyone – Left, Center, and Right

    The Enemies Among Us have sought to pit Left against Right in a battle for supremacy through the defeat of the other. But Left and Right agree on the abuses under which our people suffer, agree on the majority of the solutions, and disagree only on the local lifestyle we find joy and comfort within.

    We live in an age where our cognitive, emotional, moral, and resulting social and political differences, no longer need compromise with one another. Contrary to the predictions of the commentariat, for biological reasons we have diverged by desire to pursue our preferences and then in our demands, and continue to do so, as the agrarian age and its similarity of interests falls further and further behind.

    To the surprise of many if not most, those preferences are not our choice. They are our most forceful intuitions, resulting from competition between generations of our biological inheritances, producing a People with a spectrum of demand for individual care versus political concern, empathy versus competitive survivability, and consumption vs production, and novelty vs predictability, greater tolerance vs greater disgust, greater devotion versus greater loyalty, by which we vary on the spectrum between the equality of the herd at the cost of egalitarian dysgenics, and the hierarchy of the pack at the cost of market meritocratic eugenic suppression of the reproduction of the unfit, and produce personality and moral clusters of female and consuming strategy, the ascendant male and producing strategy, and the established male and capitalizing strategy, we call left, libertarian, and right. And as a consequence we vary greatly in our tolerance for familial, sexual, social, economic, and political orders, resulting in demand for homogenous kin high trust, high opportunity cost, high commons orders, and high investment parenting for participation in the commons, vs heterogeneous corporate, lower trust, lower opportunity cost, higher consumption orders, and low investment parenting for participation in the commons.

    We have already demonstrated those preferences by “The Big Sort” and continue to do so. But our current political order prevents us from combining the shared Military, Trade, Economic, and Insurance benefits of our scale, with the satisfaction of our separate preferences in social, political, and the aesthetic.

    Successes and Failures

    The European civilizational project succeeded. We dragged mankind kicking and screaming once again out of ignorance, poverty, starvation, and disease. But the European global project failed. Where we had previously united the peoples of the world by sea, air, and information, and distributed each of our agrarian, financial, economic, industrial, technological, and information revolutions, we have fully exploited our differences in resources and labor to the point that lower prices come at the cost of internal equality – creating disharmony. And the people want no more of it.

    And worse, the Jewish Pseudoscientific Cosmopolitan Project failed spectacularly – with just as much damage as their Monotheistic Cosmopolitan projects in the ancient world, whose design is to deprive people of sovereignty, identity, evidentiary truth, and self-determination. The Cosmopolitan methodology of social construction by false promise, baiting into hazard, and environmental saturation (“gossiping”) in the ancient world required but an ignorant population, the written word, and imperial road and trade networks. In the modern world social construction of deceits by false promise, baiting into hazard, and environmental saturation took advantage of the industrial and technological revolutions, an elite willing to exploit those false promises, and, plausible deniability of freedom of speech under cover of prior prosecutions for specialization in the organized crimes of false promise, baiting into hazard, unwarrantable promise, plausible deniability of responsibility, and the frailty of a legal system granting each of us the sovereignty to err – thus creating an opportunity for group specialization in organized crimes against social, moral, religious, legal, and political norms by which high trust polities operate: the profit from destruction of the institutional commons. At least, until the evidence is undeniable and the population (like now) revolts.

    So the false promise of the European project failed, false promise of the Jewish Cosmopolitan, Marxist, Postmodern, Feminist, science-denialist, and suppression of truthful speech, failed. The American integration project failed. The Indian tolerance project has failed. The British, French, and German Tolerance projects have failed. And the Canadians are just reaching sufficient numbers to repeat those failures. Given that these are reproductions of the Soviet Bolshevik relocation projects to undermine east European countries, and advance central Asian countries, it should not surprise us that relocation programs failed. Given that the collapse of all civilizations in history, and the start of all dark ages in history are due to migrations that overwhelm social orders, these failures were deterministic -not surprising. Along similar lines the South American project has failed despite reproductive integration producing castes. The South African project failed tragically resulting in daily slaughters. The East Asian states, Russia, Eastern Europe, recently India, and now the Anglo and European Countries return to historical norm. Together these failures constitute the most well-documented failure of a political project in social science history.

    We were not only historically nationalizing, but speciating, more by demographic distribution and institution, but speciating none the less – and the world returns to historical norm out of self and mutual interest. And this diversity by trade and homogeneity in commons is not a disadvantage. Just the opposite. It’s as advantageous as the failed projects have been harmful.

    The European Group Strategy

    Europeans, and even such only northern Europeans, were successful in the production of rule of law, high trust social orders, high investment commons, delayed marriage and self-sufficiency by manorialism, resulting high investment parenting for producing those commons; the corporation as an extension of investment in the commons; the trifunctional indoctrination into mindfulness in piety by faith, cooperation in commerce and commons by law applicable to all, and investment in the nation by military participation, granting anyone who served status, and evolution of the modern state, and suppression of corruption, out of this military order, investment in commons, and nation. No other people developed trust at this level save perhaps the Japanese – who jealously guarded their homogeneous, cultural, and civilizational advantages, and reap the returns of the absence of present European conflicts.

    The Left Isn’t Wrong

    So the left’s rebellion is as rational as the right’s resistance: it is cruel to ask people unable to compete in as advanced a civilizational order as the European and especially American, placing so heavy demands on its people in exchange for its disproportionate returns, when the European project is untenable for them, identifies them as unfit for it, demonstrates their unfitness by their status, and whose solution is to suppress their reproduction, or drive them into slums or crime, and subsequent punishment. And likewise, the Left Elite is entirely rational to empathize with and place greater value on these people than our civilization permits. So they concentrate all the resources in a few perilous cities, for the benefit of the financial sector and political sector alone, creating one Johannesburg, favela, slum, and failed city at a time, in futile effort to reverse the inevitable consequences of their instincts – and despite the status and virtue signaling they can obtain even in the face of the futility of it.

    The Right Isn’t Wrong Either

    The right has a simple project, and that is to ask people to live within their means. To reproduce only when they can afford to. To produce family-first commons that continuously train generations for agency, piety, for everyone a customer, with everyone invested, and aggressive defense of those investments by every single citizen, to persist high-trust, high-investment commons that they all obtain the results from rather than compete for. And to insure those that conform because Europeans’ competitive advantage is just that – our ability to compete by the production of commons that no others can equal. And the vast consequences for all for having done so. Rising the tide, and all boats.

    And this is why the right cannot tolerate the left: they make it impossible to produce high trust commons for the generation of high trust generations, by high investment parenting, and high investment citizenry, and high investment defense. The rest of the world is too selfish, familial, clannish, and yes, racist, to do so.

    The Conflict is Rational

    So the Left demonizes the European people in order to demonize the civilization that makes their existence possible but in which they cannot compete for status by constructive means, and they bring about the destruction of the modern world – because they are unfit for it.

    And the right – saturated in historical analogy, sentimental philosophical sophistry, moralizing, religious prose, failed to articulate its group strategy and reasons for its success: sovereignty, reciprocity rule of law and the markets that result reflect physical, natural, and evolutionary laws. And the reason is obvious: While it’s compatible with Aristocracy, And it’s practical in a balance of power between Aristocracy and Church, it’s incompatible with the false promise of universal democracy. And worse, Darwin’s indirect explanation of European group strategy is untenable to the devoted Christians – despite the success of the prewar eugenics movements. So the right had no means of rational and scientific defense with which to counter the pseudoscience and sophistry of the left’s conversion of the Abrahamic cosmopolitan supernatural project, to the Abrahamic cosmopolitan pseudoscientific project – a change in costume not in plot.

    And as such, through pseudoscience, sophistry, the production of ignorance, propaganda, false promise, baiting into hazard, with unwarrantable, irreversible consequences, with claims of oppression rather than conformity to the laws of the universe; with false promise of the nature of man; with false promise of the malleability of man; with false promise of endless growth, and the end of scarcity; the left repeats the destruction of the great civilizations of the ancient world by social construction, bringing about the next dark age.

    And no words will dissuade them, because it is not reason but instinct, not knowledge but faith, that drive them against the laws of the universe, and to shake their fists at Europeans as the proxy for the universe’s god, whose laws Europeans discovered, adapted to, and live by – dragging an ungrateful mankind out of ignorance, superstition, hard labor, poverty, disease, and suffering as consequence.

    As such we can seek to destroy one another, or we can grant each other the right of self-determination, and trade by sovereignty and reciprocity where we find fit.

    A Simple Solution

    So the solution is rather simple, for the people, and rather painful for the political, financial, and commentariat classes that abuse our people: restore the Constitution’s original design of a strategic federation of independent states, restore the American project, its repetition of the British project, and its repetition of the eleven hundred years of the continental European project, and devolve the federal government to the states, and devolve the states into additional states as suits local demand, and sort ourselves to produce private and common as we prefer.

    How Do We Create a Reformation?

    To implement a successful change, one has to have something to demand. And what one demands has to satisfy many people‘s interests – other than those of the elites. Those demands have to be possible to put into operational processes that we call ‘institutions and processes and procedures‘. They have to be possible to persist regardless of the beliefs of the participants. And to persist they have to create sufficient incentives to adhere to and disincentives to vary from them.

    So to create a revolution you need moral authority – something that people will willingly use violence to bring about. And as a moral imperative, and moral justification.

    After moral authority, you need a political solution – a set of demands, and in sufficient detail that it is possible to discuss rationally and implement as formal institutions.

    Then you need a sufficient plan of transition that a violent revolution isn’t necessary, and people needn’t die by the millions to bring it about.

    Then you need a method of altering the status quo – not a plan – for nullification, secession, revolution, and civil war – and hope you can accomplish it with incremental nullification and secession … but willing to conduct a revolution or civil war if need be. And you pursue all of them at once.

    Then you need an ‘organization‘ – a group of people who act as the general staff that answers questions and propose ideas on how to implement, how to transition, and how to raise the cost of the status quo so that the transition is preferable to the uncertainty, instability, and risk present and future.

    Then you need a small number of people willing to die for their people, culture, and civilization, but who have a reasonable belief that their sacrifice is not in vain.

    We live in the most fragile time in history. It no longer takes masses in the streets to bring about revolution. It takes a small number of people to increase the frictions of daily life.

    To bring about a reformation or revolution one must provide it to them: A Moral License. A Set of Demands. A Plan of Transition. A Means of altering the status quo.

    Significant Reforms

    The number of reforms is too long to list, and the consequences to vast to explain in an introduction. There are, however, a few most significant reforms, designed to restore harmony and civility to our peoples.

    The Speech

    The Speech provides historical context for the Rule of Law, by Natural Law in the prose of the Founders. We delivered this speech on July 4th 2020.

    The Declaration of Reformation

    The Declaration, mirroring the original Declaration of Independence, states the case for reformation of all governments under the existing Constitution; the crimes that this government has allowed against our people; the condition of the federal government as one of empire against the interests of the people; the vulnerability of the governments and the empire; an appeal to accept this Constitution on moral rational and empirical grounds; and the threats we make in the face of any resistance.

    The Charges to Our People

    The Threats, Charges, and Duties document states demands for immediate action by all members of the military, public, and private sector, refrain from interference in the settlement of our differences, or to immediately cease harms to our people.

    The Reformation of the Constitution

    The preamble provides an explanation of the human need for political organizations, the development of the European contractual model of political organization; the purpose of a constitution as a means of engineering and operating such organizations; the unequaled success of the constitutional model of engineering and operating polities; the failures of our constitution, our jurists, and our people to adapt to innovations in violations of the Natural Law of the European Peoples; how to correct those failures; the demands of the current condition of our peoples; our available choices for the correction of the current conditions under that law; the choice we propose; and the amendments to the existing constitution to bring

    The Articles of Reformation

    The following articles consist of an amendment to the Constitution that preserves the state as a going concern but restores our rights; restores the Constitution’s intent as a repetition of the several states of Europe; devolves the government to the states, and reforms the economy, and reorganizes the government for the challenges of the present century now that the world has adopted Western institutions, science, technology and thought, eliminating our civilization’s advantage in other than genetics demographics and norms.

    Article I consists of extensive definitions of man, and man’s actions, so that we deprive any and all of the possibility to construct false promises of freedom from the evidence of the nature of man, the malleability of man or the physical, natural, and evolutionary laws that constrain man, by deceit, art, and artifice, whether by speech, command, regulation, legislation, or treaty or any semblance thereof, the demand that we limit ourselves to truthful reciprocal exchanges is preserved regardless of circumstance.

    Article II consists of definitions of the law, how it is to be constructed, jurisprudence, rights, obligations, so that we deprive any and all the possibility to construct coercions of our people by that which is not law but deceit.

    Article III consists of definitions of Rights, Obligations, and Inalienations, of Reciprocity by Display, Word, Deed, and their limits in the commons, under military command in war, and under the command of the judge of last resort in time of crisis.

    The greatest restorations of our rights are in this section, and the most notable are those that extend fraud to false-promise, and baiting into hazard, and the end of the industrialization of lying by the State, Academy, Finance, Commerce, Media, Entertainment, businesses, that result. When speaking in public to the public of matters public, one is effectively testifying in court, and warrantying that he tells the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, and performs due diligence against the misinterpretation of his words. The primary innovation in our law is the criteria for demarcation between testifiable, true, reciprocal, and warrantable speech from its opposite, and the end to the industrialization of deception of our people. Along with the restoration of libel and slander requiring only falsehood or its implication, rather than demonstrated harm, this should, over time, complete the collapse of the media opinion and gossip business, and foster the return of trustworthy news and commentary by our best and brightest. The degree with which the population is saturated with falsehoods, false promises, and deceits is second to none in history, save perhaps the selling of indulgences by the church.

    Note that the Articles on Man, the Law, and Rights and Obligations Precede the Court, the State, And the Government. Why? Because despite our preoccupations, the law is more important than the state or its institutions. And the American Constitution presumed the common law and its traditions composed a government of that common law, and then added rights as an afterthought, leaving an opportunity for those of malicious or naive intent to destroy the premises upon which our rule of law is dependent.

    Article IV consists of the purpose of the court; definitions of and rules of operation of the courts; the addition of universal standing in matters of the commons; loser pays; the role of barrister to end the dual interests of the lawyers; minor court reforms to protect against abuses of the people by the court, in particular privacy and the requirement to meet market demand for speedy trial.

    Article V defines the State, its Purpose, its Assets, its Institutions, and Acts of Reform, and the role of Judge of Last Resort if it should be created. This article is intended to make clear the separation of the corporation of the State and its assets and its institutions as separate from the Government of men that administers them.

    Article VI primarily directs the military to reorganize and restructure for Total War; to divorce from the World Cosmopolitan Project to deprive our people of sovereignty and self-determination; to restore the alliance of the Anglosphere; to pursue the sovereignty and self-determination of all Nations; to combine state, intelligence, military, domestic natural emergency, domestic medical emergency, strategic production, strategic research, interior energy, communication, and transport, and restore the universal participation of able-bodied men and women for responsible participation in those emergencies, so that the government’s failures of the past decades having demilitarized our society are never repeated. In addition, it deprives the government of influence over rules of engagement such that the first purpose of our officers is the success of the men – thus constraining their use to that which is necessary.

    Article VII definancializes the polity in the most significant and revolutionary reform since the Roman era. It creates a national registry of titles. It nationalizes the Federal Reserve, all Pension Programs, all Consumer Credit, and the Visa-Mastercard Network; converts them to zero interest; creates Treasury accounts for all citizens; maintains money supply and monetary velocity by direct distribution to the citizenry; and creates health and retirement accounts for all citizens on the Singapore model; and produces a strategic investment division, operating more like the courts; a professional license like that of the law, for access to using it for investment; causing the financial sector to compete with the people and the state for capital; which forever ends the rent-seeking by the financial sector that has destroyed our economy, our families, our rates of reproduction, and will, when combined with the other reforms herein, make possible a single income family for those that desire it, and end the baiting into hazard and debt collection industries forever as well a solve at least somewhat the question of providing even the lowest income, with a minimum income stream, banking services, and access to credit.

    Part of our objective here is to force the financial sector, military, retirement, and sovereign investment into longer production cycles with greater potential returns, and to end financial parasitism upon the middle class.

    (Note that we have not yet added the content on the clearing of monetary differences between the economies of the states.)

    (Note that one of the provisions is a prohibition on Pooling and Laundering that prohibits the government from access to these funds or pooling them in any fashion.)

    Article VIII groups the functions of Insurer of Last Resort, for disasters, healthcare, retirement, and unemployment, and combines collected revenue for investment by the treasury, with specific accounts for each individual, including gains and losses. This creates the world’s largest sovereignty wealth fund.

    Article IX defines the purpose and role of the federal government as a Senate consisting of the sitting Governors of the Several States, their limited powers – in particular the conversion of majority rule to contracts of the commons – in other words, contracts (or treaties) between the States, thus ending federal legislation. A prime minister instead of a president. A cabinet under the prime minister. The requirement for a contract for the prime minister prior to his appointment that binds him. The requirement for approvals of the governors by the insurer, treasury, military, and court.

    One interesting note is that the sitting officers in government must all consist of married men or women with at least three children, and who have fulfilled their military service, such that we prevent the present behaviors of European leaders.

    Article X defines the purpose of a state, procedures for formation, policy, bankruptcy, and dissolution; grants the right of secession and establishment of a new state with no less than 300K people. And lists a set of permissible organizations of state government. This should satisfy the wants of every group to experiment with their preferred government, policy, and economy (and to pay the price or gain the returns for their choice).

    Article XI defines the path to citizenship and the accumulated rights therein. The principle purpose in this section is to end the immigration and migration question given that the single most common reason for the collapse of civilizations is the dilution of the founding population and the search for political status and power by the invaders.

    Article XII defines economies, explains the failure of monolithic economies and the necessity for a hierarchy of means of organizing the population for production of goods, services, information, and commons; by explanation prevent past abuses of the public’s ignorance; includes the third most significant reforms to public, especially consumer protections, and the repatriation of strategic research development and production in all fields.

    Article XIII defines the Commons, their purpose, their priority for the family, the limits on their use, and the intolerance for their abuses. The purpose of this rigid specification is to allow localities to grant license, but that license is not presumed by the people. And by doing so we restore the ‘sacredness’ of the commons and the beauty of our public places.

    Article XIV advances three Consumer initiatives; it vastly increases consumer protections particularly against misleading practices, and those that bait them into hazard; it imposes right to repair, minimum longevity of use, mandatory warranty; limited patent protections on ‘accessories’; prohibition on preventing products from the market; and public grant of rights when products are removed from the market; to drive cheap quality and imported goods out of the marketplace and restore local production and manufacturing driving America back into the high-quality consumer good market by using our own market. In combination with the nationalization of consumer credit, the end of consumer interest, the increase in durability of goods, the nationalization of pensions, and healthcare we should see the revitalization of competitiveness without expansion of debt.

    Article XV restores the priority of the family and removes the malincentives that have destroyed millions of lives. It ends community property, restores fault divorce, restores liability for interference in a marriage, ends alimony and child support (by parents, although permissible by states), pays back living fathers (or mothers) with increased retirement payments; requires paternity tests. It provides daycare funding. Provides subsidy for children of educated women. Adds Training in Marriage, family, and household management to educational curriculum once again.

    Article XVI should be split because of its scope; it radically reforms the education system noted for its repeated systemic failures no matter how many resources we throw at it. It restores fitness. It focuses more on socialization, more on workforce participation, more on adversarialism in simulations, punishes the academy for its abuses of our people; and makes the best education in the world available to almost all citizens for a trivial cost; Religion is the hard problem of social science but we have ended the suppression of Christianity and established minimum criteria for the tolerance for hostile religions that are religions in name only.

    Article XVII defines the arts, their purpose, and proscribes the arts the special protections for the arts such that the cosmopolitan program to undermine our arts cannot be repeated.

    Article XVIII describes the process by which the functions of the government shall devolve from the federal government to the states, city-states, and newly defined states.

    When in the course of human events, a People suffer under the manipulations, predations, and conquest, inflicted upon them by institutions and elites, both domestic and foreign; when the diversity of our peoples, abilities, regions, cultures, and religions, are set to conflict for the benefit of these institutions at the cost of our futures, commons, identity, and well being; when as the result of our present wealth and technology, we no longer need to compromise on our desired familial, social, political, and strategic means and ends; then the People, in their defense, are compelled by common wisdom to present a plan for the cessation of their subjugation, victimization, conquest, and extermination, in pursuit of a reformation, at the expense of those institutions and elites, both domestic and foreign, that perpetuate these harms upon them. And if the proposition fails, to war in our defense by every means possible to succeed.

    A Solution For Everyone – Left, Center, and Right

    The Enemies Among Us have sought to pit Left against Right in a battle for supremacy through the defeat of the other. But Left and Right agree on the abuses under which our people suffer, agree on the majority of the solutions, and disagree only on the local lifestyle we find joy and comfort within.

    We live in an age where our cognitive, emotional, moral, and resulting social and political differences, no longer need compromise with one another. Contrary to the predictions of the commentariat, for biological reasons we have diverged by desire to pursue our preferences and then in our demands, and continue to do so, as the agrarian age and its similarity of interests falls further and further behind.

    To the surprise of many if not most, those preferences are not our choice. They are our most forceful intuitions, resulting from competition between generations of our biological inheritances, producing a People with a spectrum of demand for individual care versus political concern, empathy versus competitive survivability, and consumption vs production, and novelty vs predictability, greater tolerance vs greater disgust, greater devotion versus greater loyalty, by which we vary on the spectrum between the equality of the herd at the cost of egalitarian dysgenics, and the hierarchy of the pack at the cost of market meritocratic eugenic suppression of the reproduction of the unfit, and produce personality and moral clusters of female and consuming strategy, the ascendant male and producing strategy, and the established male and capitalizing strategy, we call left, libertarian, and right. And as a consequence we vary greatly in our tolerance for familial, sexual, social, economic, and political orders, resulting in demand for homogenous kin high trust, high opportunity cost, high commons orders, and high investment parenting for participation in the commons, vs heterogeneous corporate, lower trust, lower opportunity cost, higher consumption orders, and low investment parenting for participation in the commons.

    We have already demonstrated those preferences by “The Big Sort” and continue to do so. But our current political order prevents us from combining the shared Military, Trade, Economic, and Insurance benefits of our scale, with the satisfaction of our separate preferences in social, political, and the aesthetic.

    Successes and Failures

    The European civilizational project succeeded. We dragged mankind kicking and screaming once again out of ignorance, poverty, starvation, and disease. But the European global project failed. Where we had previously united the peoples of the world by sea, air, and information, and distributed each of our agrarian, financial, economic, industrial, technological, and information revolutions, we have fully exploited our differences in resources and labor to the point that lower prices come at the cost of internal equality – creating disharmony. And the people want no more of it.

    And worse, the Jewish Pseudoscientific Cosmopolitan Project failed spectacularly – with just as much damage as their Monotheistic Cosmopolitan projects in the ancient world, whose design is to deprive people of sovereignty, identity, evidentiary truth, and self-determination. The Cosmopolitan methodology of social construction by false promise, baiting into hazard, and environmental saturation (“gossiping”) in the ancient world required but an ignorant population, the written word, and imperial road and trade networks. In the modern world social construction of deceits by false promise, baiting into hazard, and environmental saturation took advantage of the industrial and technological revolutions, an elite willing to exploit those false promises, and, plausible deniability of freedom of speech under cover of prior prosecutions for specialization in the organized crimes of false promise, baiting into hazard, unwarrantable promise, plausible deniability of responsibility, and the frailty of a legal system granting each of us the sovereignty to err – thus creating an opportunity for group specialization in organized crimes against social, moral, religious, legal, and political norms by which high trust polities operate: the profit from destruction of the institutional commons. At least, until the evidence is undeniable and the population (like now) revolts.

    So the false promise of the European project failed, false promise of the Jewish Cosmopolitan, Marxist, Postmodern, Feminist, science-denialist, and suppression of truthful speech, failed. The American integration project failed. The Indian tolerance project has failed. The British, French, and German Tolerance projects have failed. And the Canadians are just reaching sufficient numbers to repeat those failures. Given that these are reproductions of the Soviet Bolshevik relocation projects to undermine east European countries, and advance central Asian countries, it should not surprise us that relocation programs failed. Given that the collapse of all civilizations in history, and the start of all dark ages in history are due to migrations that overwhelm social orders, these failures were deterministic -not surprising. Along similar lines the South American project has failed despite reproductive integration producing castes. The South African project failed tragically resulting in daily slaughters. The East Asian states, Russia, Eastern Europe, recently India, and now the Anglo and European Countries return to historical norm. Together these failures constitute the most well-documented failure of a political project in social science history.

    We were not only historically nationalizing, but speciating, more by demographic distribution and institution, but speciating none the less – and the world returns to historical norm out of self and mutual interest. And this diversity by trade and homogeneity in commons is not a disadvantage. Just the opposite. It’s as advantageous as the failed projects have been harmful.

    The European Group Strategy

    Europeans, and even such only northern Europeans, were successful in the production of rule of law, high trust social orders, high investment commons, delayed marriage and self-sufficiency by manorialism, resulting high investment parenting for producing those commons; the corporation as an extension of investment in the commons; the trifunctional indoctrination into mindfulness in piety by faith, cooperation in commerce and commons by law applicable to all, and investment in the nation by military participation, granting anyone who served status, and evolution of the modern state, and suppression of corruption, out of this military order, investment in commons, and nation. No other people developed trust at this level save perhaps the Japanese – who jealously guarded their homogeneous, cultural, and civilizational advantages, and reap the returns of the absence of present European conflicts.

    The Left Isn’t Wrong

    So the left’s rebellion is as rational as the right’s resistance: it is cruel to ask people unable to compete in as advanced a civilizational order as the European and especially American, placing so heavy demands on its people in exchange for its disproportionate returns, when the European project is untenable for them, identifies them as unfit for it, demonstrates their unfitness by their status, and whose solution is to suppress their reproduction, or drive them into slums or crime, and subsequent punishment. And likewise, the Left Elite is entirely rational to empathize with and place greater value on these people than our civilization permits. So they concentrate all the resources in a few perilous cities, for the benefit of the financial sector and political sector alone, creating one Johannesburg, favela, slum, and failed city at a time, in futile effort to reverse the inevitable consequences of their instincts – and despite the status and virtue signaling they can obtain even in the face of the futility of it.

    The Right Isn’t Wrong Either

    The right has a simple project, and that is to ask people to live within their means. To reproduce only when they can afford to. To produce family-first commons that continuously train generations for agency, piety, for everyone a customer, with everyone invested, and aggressive defense of those investments by every single citizen, to persist high-trust, high-investment commons that they all obtain the results from rather than compete for. And to insure those that conform because Europeans’ competitive advantage is just that – our ability to compete by the production of commons that no others can equal. And the vast consequences for all for having done so. Rising the tide, and all boats.

    And this is why the right cannot tolerate the left: they make it impossible to produce high trust commons for the generation of high trust generations, by high investment parenting, and high investment citizenry, and high investment defense. The rest of the world is too selfish, familial, clannish, and yes, racist, to do so.

    The Conflict is Rational

    So the Left demonizes the European people in order to demonize the civilization that makes their existence possible but in which they cannot compete for status by constructive means, and they bring about the destruction of the modern world – because they are unfit for it.

    And the right – saturated in historical analogy, sentimental philosophical sophistry, moralizing, religious prose, failed to articulate its group strategy and reasons for its success: sovereignty, reciprocity rule of law and the markets that result reflect physical, natural, and evolutionary laws. And the reason is obvious: While it’s compatible with Aristocracy, And it’s practical in a balance of power between Aristocracy and Church, it’s incompatible with the false promise of universal democracy. And worse, Darwin’s indirect explanation of European group strategy is untenable to the devoted Christians – despite the success of the prewar eugenics movements. So the right had no means of rational and scientific defense with which to counter the pseudoscience and sophistry of the left’s conversion of the Abrahamic cosmopolitan supernatural project, to the Abrahamic cosmopolitan pseudoscientific project – a change in costume not in plot.

    Then you need a method of altering the status quo – not a plan – for nullification, secession, revolution, and civil war – and hope you can accomplish it with incremental nullification and secession … but willing to conduct a revolution or civil war if need be. And you pursue all of them at once.

    Then you need an ‘organization‘ – a group of people who act as the general staff that answers questions and propose ideas on how to implement, how to transition, and how to raise the cost of the status quo so that the transition is preferable to the uncertainty, instability, and risk present and future.

    Then you need a small number of people willing to die for their people, culture, and civilization, but who have a reasonable belief that their sacrifice is not in vain.

    We live in the most fragile time in history. It no longer takes masses in the streets to bring about revolution. It takes a small number of people to increase the frictions of daily life.

    To bring about a reformation or revolution one must provide it to them: A Moral License. A Set of Demands. A Plan of Transition. A Means of altering the status quo.

    Significant Reforms

    The number of reforms is too long to list, and the consequences to vast to explain in an introduction. There are, however, a few most significant reforms, designed to restore harmony and civility to our peoples.

    The Speech

    The Speech provides historical context for the Rule of Law, by Natural Law in the prose of the Founders. We delivered this speech on July 4th 2020.

    The Declaration of Reformation

    The Declaration, mirroring the original Declaration of Independence, states the case for reformation of all governments under the existing Constitution; the crimes that this government has allowed against our people; the condition of the federal government as one of empire against the interests of the people; the vulnerability of the governments and the empire; an appeal to accept this Constitution on moral rational and empirical grounds; and the threats we make in the face of any resistance.

    The Charges to Our People

    The Threats, Charges, and Duties document states demands for immediate action by all members of the military, public, and private sector, refrain from interference in the settlement of our differences, or to immediately cease harms to our people.

    The Reformation of the Constitution

    The preamble provides an explanation of the human need for political organizations, the development of the European contractual model of political organization; the purpose of a constitution as a means of engineering and operating such organizations; the unequaled success of the constitutional model of engineering and operating polities; the failures of our constitution, our jurists, and our people to adapt to innovations in violations of the Natural Law of the European Peoples; how to correct those failures; the demands of the current condition of our peoples; our available choices for the correction of the current conditions under that law; the choice we propose; and the amendments to the existing constitution to bring

    The Articles of Reformation

    The following articles consist of an amendment to the Constitution that preserves the state as a going concern but restores our rights; restores the Constitution’s intent as a repetition of the several states of Europe; devolves the government to the states, and reforms the economy, and reorganizes the government for the challenges of the present century now that the world has adopted Western institutions, science, technology and thought, eliminating our civilization’s advantage in other than genetics demographics and norms.

    Article I consists of extensive definitions of man, and man’s actions, so that we deprive any and all of the possibility to construct false promises of freedom from the evidence of the nature of man, the malleability of man or the physical, natural, and evolutionary laws that constrain man, by deceit, art, and artifice, whether by speech, command, regulation, legislation, or treaty or any semblance thereof, the demand that we limit ourselves to truthful reciprocal exchanges is preserved regardless of circumstance.

    Article II consists of definitions of the law, how it is to be constructed, jurisprudence, rights, obligations, so that we deprive any and all the possibility to construct coercions of our people by that which is not law but deceit.

    Article III consists of definitions of Rights, Obligations, and Inalienations, of Reciprocity by Display, Word, Deed, and their limits in the commons, under military command in war, and under the command of the judge of last resort in time of crisis.

    The greatest restorations of our rights are in this section, and the most notable are those that extend fraud to false-promise, and baiting into hazard, and the end of the industrialization of lying by the State, Academy, Finance, Commerce, Media, Entertainment, businesses, that result. When speaking in public to the public of matters public, one is effectively testifying in court, and warrantying that he tells the truth, the whole truth, nothing but the truth, and performs due diligence against the misinterpretation of his words. The primary innovation in our law is the criteria for demarcation between testifiable, true, reciprocal, and warrantable speech from its opposite, and the end to the industrialization of deception of our people. Along with the restoration of libel and slander requiring only falsehood or its implication, rather than demonstrated harm, this should, over time, complete the collapse of the media opinion and gossip business, and foster the return of trustworthy news and commentary by our best and brightest. The degree with which the population is saturated with falsehoods, false promises, and deceits is second to none in history, save perhaps the selling of indulgences by the church.

    Note that the Articles on Man, the Law, and Rights and Obligations Precede the Court, the State, And the Government. Why? Because despite our preoccupations, the law is more important than the state or its institutions. And the American Constitution presumed the common law and its traditions composed a government of that common law, and then added rights as an afterthought, leaving an opportunity for those of malicious or naive intent to destroy the premises upon which our rule of law is dependent.

    Article IV consists of the purpose of the court; definitions of and rules of operation of the courts; the addition of universal standing in matters of the commons; loser pays; the role of barrister to end the dual interests of the lawyers; minor court reforms to protect against abuses of the people by the court, in particular privacy and the requirement to meet market demand for speedy trial.

    Article V defines the State, its Purpose, its Assets, its Institutions, and Acts of Reform, and the role of Judge of Last Resort if it should be created. This article is intended to make clear the separation of the corporation of the State and its assets and its institutions as separate from the Government of men that administers them.

    Article VI primarily directs the military to reorganize and restructure for Total War; to divorce from the World Cosmopolitan Project to deprive our people of sovereignty and self-determination; to restore the alliance of the Anglosphere; to pursue the sovereignty and self-determination of all Nations; to combine state, intelligence, military, domestic natural emergency, domestic medical emergency, strategic production, strategic research, interior energy, communication, and transport, and restore the universal participation of able-bodied men and women for responsible participation in those emergencies, so that the government’s failures of the past decades having demilitarized our society are never repeated. In addition, it deprives the government of influence over rules of engagement such that the first purpose of our officers is the success of the men – thus constraining their use to that which is necessary.

    Article VII   ( … )

    Article VII definancializes the polity in the most significant and revolutionary reform since the Roman era. It creates a national registry of titles. It nationalizes the Federal Reserve, all Pension Programs, all Consumer Credit, and the Visa-Mastercard Network; converts them to zero interest; creates Treasury accounts for all citizens; maintains money supply and monetary velocity by direct distribution to the citizenry; and creates health and retirement accounts for all citizens on the Singapore model; and produces a strategic investment division, operating more like the courts; a professional license like that of the law, for access to using it for investment; causing the financial sector to compete with the people and the state for capital; which forever ends the rent-seeking by the financial sector that has destroyed our economy, our families, our rates of reproduction, and will, when combined with the other reforms herein, make possible a single income family for those that desire it, and end the baiting into hazard and debt collection industries forever as well a solve at least somewhat the question of providing even the lowest income, with a minimum income stream, banking services, and access to credit.

    Part of our objective here is to force the financial sector, military, retirement, and sovereign investment into longer production cycles with greater potential returns, and to end financial parasitism upon the middle class.

    (Note that we have not yet added the content on the clearing of monetary differences between the economies of the states.)

    (Note that one of the provisions is a prohibition on Pooling and Laundering that prohibits the government from access to these funds or pooling them in any fashion.)

    Article VIII groups the functions of Insurer of Last Resort, for disasters, healthcare, retirement, and unemployment, and combines collected revenue for investment by the treasury, with specific accounts for each individual, including gains and losses. This creates the world’s largest sovereignty wealth fund.

    Article IX defines the purpose and role of the federal government as a Senate consisting of the sitting Governors of the Several States, their limited powers – in particular the conversion of majority rule to contracts of the commons – in other words, contracts (or treaties) between the States, thus ending federal legislation. A prime minister instead of a president. A cabinet under the prime minister. The requirement for a contract for the prime minister prior to his appointment that binds him. The requirement for approvals of the governors by the insurer, treasury, military, and court.

    One interesting note is that the sitting officers in government must all consist of married men or women with at least three children, and who have fulfilled their military service, such that we prevent the present behaviors of European leaders.

    Article X defines the purpose of a state, procedures for formation, policy, bankruptcy, and dissolution; grants the right of secession and establishment of a new state with no less than 300K people. And lists a set of permissible organizations of state government. This should satisfy the wants of every group to experiment with their preferred government, policy, and economy (and to pay the price or gain the returns for their choice).

    Article XI defines the path to citizenship and the accumulated rights therein. The principle purpose in this section is to end the immigration and migration question given that the single most common reason for the collapse of civilizations is the dilution of the founding population and the search for political status and power by the invaders.

    Article XII defines economies, explains the failure of monolithic economies and the necessity for a hierarchy of means of organizing the population for production of goods, services, information, and commons; by explanation prevent past abuses of the public’s ignorance; includes the third most significant reforms to public, especially consumer protections, and the repatriation of strategic research development and production in all fields.

    Article XIII defines the Commons, their purpose, their priority for the family, the limits on their use, and the intolerance for their abuses. The purpose of this rigid specification is to allow localities to grant license, but that license is not presumed by the people. And by doing so we restore the ‘sacredness’ of the commons and the beauty of our public places.

    Article XIV advances three Consumer initiatives; it vastly increases consumer protections particularly against misleading practices, and those that bait them into hazard; it imposes right to repair, minimum longevity of use, mandatory warranty; limited patent protections on ‘accessories’; prohibition on preventing products from the market; and public grant of rights when products are removed from the market; to drive cheap quality and imported goods out of the marketplace and restore local production and manufacturing driving America back into the high-quality consumer good market by using our own market. In combination with the nationalization of consumer credit, the end of consumer interest, the increase in durability of goods, the nationalization of pensions, and healthcare we should see the revitalization of competitiveness without expansion of debt.

    Article XV restores the priority of the family and removes the malincentives that have destroyed millions of lives. It ends community property, restores fault divorce, restores liability for interference in a marriage, ends alimony and child support (by parents, although permissible by states), pays back living fathers (or mothers) with increased retirement payments; requires paternity tests. It provides daycare funding. Provides subsidy for children of educated women. Adds Training in Marriage, family, and household management to educational curriculum once again.

    Article XVI should be split because of its scope; it radically reforms the education system noted for its repeated systemic failures no matter how many resources we throw at it. It restores fitness. It focuses more on socialization, more on workforce participation, more on adversarialism in simulations, punishes the academy for its abuses of our people; and makes the best education in the world available to almost all citizens for a trivial cost; Religion is the hard problem of social science but we have ended the suppression of Christianity and established minimum criteria for the tolerance for hostile religions that are religions in name only.

    Article XVII defines the arts, their purpose, and proscribes the arts the special protections for the arts such that the cosmopolitan program to undermine our arts cannot be repeated.

    Article XVIII describes the process by which the functions of the government shall devolve from the federal government to the states, city-states, and newly defined states.

  • The Physics of Mankind: The Most Important Lesson You Can Understand Today

     

    [T]here is no ‘point’ to evolution other than profiting from entropy, and therefore persisting in the defeat of entropy. There is however opportunity in evolution for any that chooses to discover and use it.

    The framework we’re all looking for is this:

    1) human evolution, incrementally exhausted opportunity for adaptability (physical, social, cognitive, conceptual). The mammalian organism and the primate shape provide a platform for greater exhaustion of opportunity physical opportunity for adaptation. The cortex and braincase for sensation, integration, perception, prediction (imagination), cognition, neural density; exhausting cooperative opportunity through memory, prediction, and intuition for reciprocity; neoteny exhausting the opportunity for the development of agency, and biochemistry is very close to maximizing velocity; and systems of measurement (sciences) exhausting the possibilities for cognitive coherence. Upon solving the remaining sciences what remains is the exhaustion of cellular repairability internally, the opportunities for direct enhancement of physical form through manipulation internally, and the available sources of energy externally.

    2) Evolutionary computation by trial and error achieved this adaptation, and adaptation through a distribution (distributed variation) of traits producing a division of reproductive, sensory, perceptual, cognitive, and physical labor, imitation(physical), empathy(emotional), sympathy(mental), and language to serialize information transfer by continuous recursive disambiguation.

    3) We have incrementally exhausted physical, social, cognitive, and soon, conceptual methods of adaptability – primarily through the extension of the period of developmental adaptability (neoteny), and through the evolution (development) of variation in languages and paradigms as systems of measurement (all language consists of measurements, and the paradigm we call science (testimony by realism, naturalism, operationalism, rational choice, reciprocity, completeness, and parsimony) is incrementally providing commensurability and coherence across those languages and paradigms, producing a  universally commensurable language.)

    4) This evolution of cooperation, gated by demand for volition, reciprocity, and proportionality, maintained (physical equilibrium), capitalization, and permitted the evolution of a Pareto distribution of abilities and influences (hierarchy of voluntary cooperation: a market), governed (regulated, computed) by the test of reciprocity within the limits of proportionality.

    5) An adversarial (competitive) market is the fastest means of computation of possibility (opportunity for adaptability). An army is the fastest means of implementing changes. A religion is the least adaptive means of computation and implementation.

    6) For this reason armies(states), laws(economies), and religions(education) each serve a LIMITED function in producing an INTERTEMPORAL DIVISION OF KNOWLEDGE AND LABOR. Armies when known and urgent, Markets when Unknown and not urgent, and Education to prepare for adaptability to the known and unknown.

    As such;

    7) The European order is the maximum possible method yet known for adaptability at the cost of eugenic suppression of the unproductive, uncooperative, decapitalizing, and destructive.

    8) And what we call IQ or intelligence is a measure of adaptability in time. It is the most rapid means of biological adaptability available to life forms.  

    9) With truth (scientific knowledge) as the most rapid tool of adaptability for applied intelligence.

    10) However, given the spectrum of cognitive adaptability (intelligence), to utilize the full spectrum of intelligence (maximize capitalization and adaptability) in the resulting division of labor (Pareto, or power law, hierarchy, of voluntary cooperation), conscientiousness is equally important at every point along the curve of adaptability (intelligence, IQ).  For this reason, wealth at any point under the adaptability (IQ) curve will be available by the measure of conscientiousness (merit in the voluntary organization of an area under the curve), 

    HUMAN ORGANIZATION

    7) There are three means of human coercion (organizing):
    … a) force (established male, k, capitalizing, conservative, armies, states),
    … b) remuneration (ascendant male, productive, libertarian, markets),
    … c) undermining, advocating (female/r/dysgenic, religion).
    The order in which discovers implements these institutions of coercion, then evolves and exhausts the opportunity for organizing societies by coercion, like any other evolutionary system, binds (limits) subsequent institutions.

    8) Western civilization discovered rule of law (libertarian, markets) as the first institution. This discovery resulted in western tri-functionalism: a balance of power between army-state, law-commerce, and religion-family. All other civilizations discovered religion or state first, not law. As such they are not only different but they FAILED. They failed because by that first adaptation they established barriers to future adaptation.  This we see the European militia-law and high-trust, the Chinese army-state and low trust, the Hindu religion and state and limited trust, and the Semitic religion-vs-state and lowest trust.  In effect, we have produced civilizations that specialized in the means of coercion while all other civilizations have failed even worse.

    9) This institution of law the organizing foundation of European peoples. It provides the least resistance of a social organization to adaptation, and the most incentive to adapt both preventing negatives, and encouraging positives, by creating an adversarial market for the suppression of injustice (irreciprocity) and an adversarial market for consumption (reciprocity). And it’s the reason we evolved (adapted) FASTER than the rest even if we were not always first.  So, Europeans (steppe herders) bypassed the agrarian age and like any leap in technology, one is not anchored by the prior technology (religion, agrarianism). It is this advantage that the world hates and wants to draw us backward.

    RELIGION
    Dutton and I (or most conservatives and I) differ on Christianity for this reason. Christianity was a useful means of extending the pagan pantheon such that peasants, women, children, serfs, and slaves had access to social status as material life improved under Roman commercial rule, especially since they were the one’s being domesticated through suppression of their reproduction. And especially for Semites who were familial, tribal, and practiced deceit as honorable (cunning) despite its consequences for the commons.

    However, as monotheistic, and constructed of the Abrahamic method of lying, Christianity sought to produce that status by dragging western civilization down into the ignorance and superstition of the middle east’s early religion and farmers and to reverse the European revolution in social organization, economic organization, political organization and thought (intellectual adaptation).

    Why, because just as females seek to maintain infantilization of their offspring in order to maintain ease of control, the Semitic group strategy is to undermine host populations by the Abrahamic technique, weaponizing the strategy of females (seduction).

    SOLUTIONS

    My goal is not, like the over 100 other countries in history, to expunge Abrahamists from politics (Christians) or from the market, society, and polity, (Jews, Muslims), or to kill them off, but instead to increase the scope of our laws to suppress the Abrahamic method of deceit by articulating the Aristotelian method of truth, such that all speech in public to the public in matters public must be truthful. If this is accomplished then it will be impossible for the jews, Christians, and Muslims using supernaturalism, or platonists with idealism, or Marxists, neo-Marxists, postmodernists, and difference, denialists to spread the Abrahamic false promises by the Abrahamic method of deceit.

    If instead of just grammar, logic, and rhetoric, we teach grammar, logic, testimony, and rhetoric, and we add basic economics and basic logic of the natural law of reciprocity, then within two generations we will achieve in psychological and social science what we have in physical sciences: the incremental eradication of the three primary methods of lying, the fictionalisms: supernaturalism (imaginary occult), super-normalism (verbal idealism and sophistry), and super-physicalism (physical magic and pseudoscience).

    This is an opportunity to bring the revolution in greek empiricism, in British science, German-American technology, and American biology, into a reformation of the linguistic, psychological, and social sciences, and to return western civilization to its continuous leadership of mankind out of ignorance, superstition, poverty, diseased, and yes… DYSGENIA.

And from there continue our ascent into the gods we imagine.

    10,000–8,000 years ago (8000 BC to 6000 BC): The post-glacial sea level rise decelerates, slowing the submersion of landmasses that had taken place over the previous 10,000 years.
    10,000–9,000 years ago (8000 BC to 7000 BC): In northern Mesopotamia, now northern Iraq, cultivation of barley and wheat begins. At first they are used for beer, gruel, and soup, eventually for bread.[36] In early agriculture at this time, the planting stick is used, but it is replaced by a primitive plow in subsequent centuries.[37] Around this time, a round stone tower, now preserved to about 8.5 meters high and 8.5 meters in diameter is built in Jericho.[38]
    10,000–5,000 years ago (8,000–3,000 BC) Identical ancestors point: sometime in this period lived the latest subgroup of human population consisting of those that were all common ancestors of all present day humans, the rest having no present day descendants.[39]
