AGENCY MUST BE TRAINED
by Brandon Hayes
[A]gency has to be fostered and trained. We can develop systems to promote it. Having an agency based (propertarian) framework is a great first step. Teach people to view the world in a reciprocal fashion. We teach dogs to be helpful; I can teach even an objectively bad dog to not be a burden.

ATHEISM ISN’T A RELIGION. AT BEST IT’S AN IDEOLOGY
[A]theism isn’t a religion (and casting it as such is a fraud), it’s a statement of Science (measurement) and used as an Ideology (political change), and arguably a Prosecution (law against fraud and harm).
The only reason atheism is ridiculous is because we haven’t restored the oath, stoicism (mindfulness), ancestor, and nature worship (celebration). (native western religion)
As such Criticism without Replacement is rather IDEOLOGICAL, for the simple reason that intuition(emotions) DO REQUIRE training, just as do our bodies, reason (reason, calculation, computation), and memories (knowledge, skills).
Religion is just one of the layers of education. We can perform that education by various means. The whole ‘lies’ nonsense isn’t a necessary means. There is no evidence of it.

NPCs? NOT SO SIMPLE…
by Ely Harman
It’s not as simple as “NPC bad!”
There are NPCs on our side too. Most conservatives are NPCs. The issue is most people lack the agency (awareness) for self-ownership, sovereignty, enfranchisement, or any number of related, partially overlapping, terms.
That doesn’t mean they can’t be good, functional, members of society. It just means they can’t be in charge of it.
Making a pretense of putting NPCs in charge (through universal franchise democracy or whatever) is just a sham way of putting whoever can pull their levers (media, academia, etc…) In charge.
And that’s simply not worth doing for a variety of complex reasons mostly having to do with issues of accountability or “skin in the game.”

VLAD’S SIMPLE STRATEGY
[V]lad’s strategy was ‘scorched earth‘. A territory with no crops, and no farmers to work it is a desert to a ruler who wishes to collect taxes from it. Tepes made it irrational to pursue him because (a) he had already penetrated the sultan’s camp to assassinate him, (but the sultan had moved on), (b) there is nothing to feed an army if the land is empty and the crops are burned, (c) there is nothing to tax if the people are dead. So the sultan left because it was better to use insurrection (funding Vlad’s brother to defeat him) than fight a man who would scorch the earth. The romans did even worse to the Carthaginians (Phoenicians) and salted the earth and tore down the buildings as well. The Russians just threw bodies at germans to collect bullets until the winter came. The french killed off their aristocracy entirely, and doomed france to mediocrity for eternity. The northerners murdered and burned their way across the south for similar reasons. The jews raided the Philistines (metal workers) until they were able to burn their cities to the ground. Stories go on and on. Americans were stagnated in vietnam for not understanding the rice trade. Today we would just infect the rice with biochemistry and everyone would starve and die in less than a year.

UPCOMING BOOK: ALIENATED AMERICAAlienated America: Why Some Places Thrive While Others Collapse
Available February 19, 2019
[D]uring the 2016 presidential campaign, Donald J. Trump proclaimed, âThe American dream is dead,â and this message resonated across the country.
Why do so many people believe the American dream is no longer within reach? Growing inequality, stubborn pockets of immobility, rising rates of deadly addiction, the increasing and troubling fact that where you start determines where you end up, and heightening political strife â these are the disturbing realities threatening ordinary American lives today.
The standard account points to economic problems among the working class, but the root was a cultural collapse. While the educated and wealthy elites still enjoy strong communities, most blue-collar Americans lack strong institutions that bind them to their neighbors. And outside of the elites, the central American institution has been religion. That is, it is not the factory closings that have torn us apart; it is the church closings. The dissolution of our most cherished institutions â nuclear families, places of worship, and civic organizations â has not only divided us, but eroded our sense of worth, belief in opportunity, and connection to one another.
In Alienated America, Timothy P. Carney visits all corners of America, from the dim country bars of Southwestern Pennsylvania to the bustling Mormon wards of Salt Lake City, and examines the most important data and research to demonstrate how social connection is the great divide in America. He shows that Trumpâs surprising victory was the most visible symptom of this deep-seated problem. In addition to his detailed exploration of how a range of societal changes have, in tandem, damaged us, Carney provides a framework that will lead us back out of a lonely, modern wilderness.

DEHUMANIZE THEM? THE OTHER WAY AROUND.
By Eli Harman
[D]ehumanize them? The issue is that they don’t regard US as human, or our preferences or values as valid, or legitimate – and so, in exchange, regarding THEM as people and THEIR preferences and values as valid and legitimate is giving them something for nothing.
Treating them as people entails real and material costs. We have to tolerate them. We have to include them. We have to give them the vote. We have to do what they vote for and give them what they vote for (when they vote to plunder, destroy, and enslave.)
But they will NEVER give us the same considerations in return. When they win they go for the jugular. When they lose they cry foul and delay, obstruct, and use every underhanded stratagem to try and get their way ANYWAY. They moralize and try to dictate terms from a position of weakness. They slander, libel and defame to sow division amongst us and turn us against one another. They lie, cheat, and steal. They bully, intimidate, manipulate, censor, resort to street violence, and attempt assassinations. They incite lawless disorder amongst their lowlife supporters.
Sympathetic (Feminine) arguments virtually DEMAND that we try, at all costs, to cooperate or negotiate with them. But that is not a worthwhile demand to meet because THEY are not meeting it for us. If anyone is putting that demand to them, they are simply ignoring it.
As So shall WE, henceforth – until the present unpleasantness is concluded (however it is concluded.)
Which we expect will be violently.

THE RISE OF THE POSTWAR ANTI-WHITE CULT
(and it’s parallel to Christianity)
—“The shroud dropped over our eyes circa 1945 from what I can tell.”—- A Friend
[Y]es. They used the postwar prosecution of the Nazis to create new a religion (Fictionalism) in order to oppose the Darwinian revolution, Cultural Marxism to destroy our Art, History, and Values – and to the 1965 immigration act to destroy our social order, and Postmodernism to lie about it, and take advantage of the conformist mind to run with the herd.

FWIW: This is an interpretation of Communist Strategy produced at the end of WW2. We do not in fact know the author. But it was first published in the USA. The fact that communists don’t own up to it, doesn’t mean it isn’t the plan.
Like “The Protocols” these are western articulations of the operational objectives of Abrahamic, Communist and now Postmodern and Feminist speech.
So “Communist Denialism” of a QUOTE, isn’t the same as the operational description of Communist Tactics spoken in Abrahamic (Sophist) Code.
—Communist Rules for Revolution–
Corrupt the young, get them away from religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them superficial. Destroy their ruggedness.
Get control of all means of publicity.
Get people’s minds off their government by focusing their attention on athletics, sexy books and other trivialities.
Divide the people into hostile groups by constantly harping on controversial matters of no importance.
Destroy the peopleâs faith in their natural leaders by holding the latter up to contempt, ridicule and obloquy.
Always preach true democracy, but seize power as fast and as ruthlessly as possible.
By encouraging government extravagance, destroy its credit and produce fear of inflation with rising prices and general discontent.
Foment unnecessary strikes in vital industries, encourage civil disorders, and foster a lenient and soft attitude on the part of government toward such disorders.
By specious argument cause the breakdown of the old moral virtues, honesty, sobriety, continence, faith in the pledged word, ruggedness.
Cause the registration of all firearms on some pretext, with a view to confiscating them and leaving the populace helpless.

I do not understand the management. I would create a desktop computer that has a dozen USB-C 3.1 Thunderbolt ports. Make everything USB-C. Make the computer run silent using new fan technology and dust filters, or water cooling. Include a 32 inch 4K monitor with 144 hz refresh rate and perfect color accuracy. Include a mouse that’s *ergonomic* rather than artistic. What I dislike about 10 is that it forces updates on you (it’s not a problem for a home consumer, but if you’ve ever worked with large systems running bunch of legacy sw, it’s kind of a big deal). Also it really intrudes on your privacy, and is starting to go in the direction of sw as a paid service. Finally (what happened to me) is that if your mb dies frying the cpu with it, and you go buy a new mb and cpu, it will conclude you’ve installed it on a new pc and spam you with that authentication warning. And you can’t authenticate because it’s a digital license so there’s no code.Oct 13, 2018, 2:07 PMMemphis KhanWindows 10 is so bad people will buy refurbed computers that are ten years old with windows 7 for the same price as a new one today. windows is a shit operatiing system that and windows shell worse.
osx so far is the optimum combination of unix underneath and that amazing ui on top of it. So you can do either hard core or casual.

Also, in regards to the desktop market – it’s dying a slow death. But Apple’s strategy seems to be nibbling at the market from below, by improving the performance of their tablet processors. And tablet sales are growing. Compound that with the “what is a computer” commercial and the direction becomes obvious.Oct 13, 2018, 3:26 PMJay SchmittI don’t think desktops will ever go away, because of the advantages of the form factor and interface devices (nothing can beat a keyboard and mouse…yet). Plus you can’t cool a CPU with a big heat sink and fan in a tablet.Oct 13, 2018, 3:43 PMCurt Doolittle^ yep. principle problem is heat dissipation vs performance, and it’s the bugaboo of the tech stack.Oct 13, 2018, 4:15 PMJay SchmittOne solution is to have the computer off-site, and have the screen receiving signal wirelessly. But you run into the problem of lag. Maybe there could be a way to create the illusion of zero lag?Oct 13, 2018, 4:21 PMCurt DoolittleOther than for games, the issue we face with current technology is actually throughput still.
I can ALMOST drop the OS with the browser and replace the microsoft stack. When that happens microsoft is dead. Not there yet but getting closer every year.Oct 13, 2018, 4:22 PMJames Smithwell thats because they ruined it after 7 with their focus on touch, the bland reality is windows works with everything you need. apple doesn’t bother with osx, its a dead platform.
its also clear that google has won the OS war for mobile, i cant see $2000 iphone trend continuing,
i buy $300 andriods, motorola g6 does everything a mobile phone needs to do, and it isnt slow at it. and i dont care if i drop it.Oct 13, 2018, 4:57 PMArman GhaffariI like windows better than macOS. Regarding heat dissipation, you have no idea how aggressively power optimization is being pursued.
And unless you’re dependent on a particular piece of software, Curt, you can already drop MS and make the move to Linux. I used all three major operating systems at work, and I can say I like Linux the best.
