I would create a desktop computer that has a dozen USB-C 3.1 Thunderbolt ports. Make everything USB-C. Make the computer run silent using new fan technology and dust filters, or water cooling. Include a 32 inch 4K monitor with 144 hz refresh rate and perfect color accuracy. Include a mouse that’s *ergonomic* rather than artistic. Finally (what happened to me) is that if your mb dies frying the cpu with it, and you go buy a new mb and cpu, it will conclude you’ve installed it on a new pc and spam you with that authentication warning. Regarding heat dissipation, you have no idea how aggressively power optimization is being pursued.

And unless you’re dependent on a particular piece of software, Curt, you can already drop MS and make the move to Linux. I used all three major operating systems at work, and I can say I like Linux the best.
