By Test of Productive, Fully-Informed, Warrantied, Voluntary Transfer, Free from the imposition of costs on the demonstrated interests of others whether private or common;
Eradicating the incentive for conflict;
And Heroism in Duty before Self, Truth before Face, Excellence before adequacy, and Beauty before ordinary, directing dominance expression to the production of commons;
Maximizing the capitalization of the commons;
And Limiting us to adversarial markets in the production of goods services and information;
In all aspects of life: association, cooperation, production, reproduction, commons, polities, and war;
And courts for the resolution of differences by these laws, and by test of commonality;
By the incremental suppression of innovations in irreciprocity;
And legislatures of houses for the classes cooperative markets in the production of commons, by tests of concurrency of sexes, classes, and regions;
Creating a universal militia, where respect and virtue are obtained by the fulfillment of duty within the limits of one’s competency;
And as a consequence, the fastest innovation and adaptation of knowledge, science, technology, economy, polity, war, and man, by the continuous evolution of human agency;
Producing the greatest transcendence of man, in the shortest time, under the greatest prosperity, with the greatest certainty.
At the cost of continuation of natural selection by suppression of the reproduction of those demonstrating unfitness for all of the above.
