    “Soy Boy”

Slang used to describe males who completely and utterly lack all necessary masculine qualities. This pathetic state is usually achieved by an over-indulgence of emasculating products and/or ideologies.

The origin of the term derives from the negative effects soy consumption has been proven to have on the male physique and libido.

The average soy boy is a feminist, nonathletic, has never been in a fight, will probably marry the first girl that has sex with him, and likely reduces all his arguments to labeling the opposition as “Nazis”.

(CURT: Ok, so I am clueless and terribly insulated from pop culture nonsense and have to ‘look it up’ most of the time, but the linguistic creativity of the common man never ceases to amaze me.)

Via Positiva and Via Negativa are more useful terms than Justification vs Criticism, or Justificationism vs Falsificationism, or Social Construction vs Darwinism.

The degree to which one must integrate via-negativa (falsification) into his thinking is something I vastly underestimated. And it is very hard to practice Testimonialism (or even communicate it) if you don’t know how to use it.

I mean, it’s just *an operational* name for the process.

  • PHILOSOPHY IS RELEGATED TO PREFERENCE? So, as I just defined science that means:

    PHILOSOPHY IS RELEGATED TO PREFERENCE?

So, as I just defined science that means:

Philosophy consists of developing methods of decidability in matters of preference, the good, and the true.

I question whether at this point, it is only relegated to that of the preferential and the good, since as I have defined science, science is now the discipline of truthful speech, and philosophy merely the choice of preferences (self) or good (group).

Ergo, in SCIENCE we use logical (subjectively testable) and instrumental (reducing the imperceptible to the subjectively testable), in order to produce decidability on the truth or falsehood of propositions independent of human scale.

Philosophy then is limited to the selection of preferences, and as far as I can tell, that correctly categorizes philosophy as it is practiced.

And philosophy is then a subset of science: philosophy is the science of preference and choice – otherwise it is the discipline of deception. Because All else is not real, but experiential, ideal, theological, or a conflation of two or more of the above.

    DEFINITION: “SCIENCE”

Science: the use of logical and physical instrumentation for the purpose of eliminating ignorance, error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion and obscurantism, fictionalism and deceit from our free associations by the systematic attempt at falsification (survival) of criticism in eight dimensions of actionable reality: categorical, logical, empirical, operational, rational, reciprocal, fully accounted including scope and limits, and coherent across those dimensions.

    SOCIALIST ()

    =======

TORY (/tɔːri/) a political philosophy (Toryism) based on a British version of traditionalism and conservatism, which upholds the supremacy of social order as it has evolved throughout history.

The Tory ethos has been summed up with the phrase “God, King and Country”. Tories generally advocate monarchism, are usually of a high church Anglican religious heritage, and are opposed to the liberalism of the Whig faction.

Conservatism began to emerge in the late 18th century—it synthesised moderate Whig economic positions and many Tory social values to create a new political philosophy and faction, in opposition to the French Revolution.

Edmund Burke and William Pitt the Younger led in ‘Conservatism’. Interventionism and strong armed forces were to prove a hallmark of Toryism under subsequent Prime Ministers. Due to these Tories leading the formation of the Conservative Party, members of that party are colloquially referred to as Tories, even if they are not traditionalists.

Actual adherents to traditional Toryism in contemporary times may be referred to as “High Tories”, as the traditionalist conservative values of Toryism differ from those of the more liberal and cosmopolitan members of the Conservative Party.

Similarly, Tories is used to describe members of the Conservative Party of Canada, regardless if they are not traditionalists. The term Blue Tory and Red Tory has been used to describe the two different wings of the federal and provincial Conservative parties in Canada.

Time is a man-made unit of commensurability to measure change in the physical world. It is useful in coordination, measurement (with the goal of drawing patterns), etc. but it is no more “real” than a yardstick. A yardstick or other measure of the physical world is merely a reference point with which we can more precisely communicate information with one another, and is not in and of itself a facet of nature outside of man’s conception.

    TIME

1 – The rate(velocity) of entropic change in the universe, at current density and rates of expansion, at our current velocity relative to others.

2 – Human perception of the order of episodes (memories) of change in the universe.

3 – A standard measurement of the rate entropic change in the universe at human scale.

4 – We do not yet know if time has any meaning prior to the big bang, or when the universe has sufficiently cooled that expansion has ceased, or what occurs after expansion has ceased.

    CYCLICALITY

Early man was unable to perceive changes other than cyclical, because he lacked methods of recording events such that he could perceive development (progress).
