    THE MONEY ILLUSION
    (from wiki)

In economics, money illusion, or price illusion, is the tendency of people to think of currency in nominal, rather than real, terms.

In other words, the face value (nominal value) of money is mistaken for its purchasing power (real value) at a previous point in time. Viewing purchasing power as measured by the nominal value is false, as modern fiat currencies have no intrinsic value and their real value depends purely on the price level.

Money illusion influences economic behaviour in three main ways:

Price stickiness. Money illusion has been proposed as one reason why nominal prices are slow to change even where inflation has caused real prices or costs to rise.

Contracts and laws are not indexed to inflation as frequently as one would rationally expect.

Social discourse, in formal media and more generally, reflects some confusion about real and nominal value.

Money illusion can also influence people’s perceptions of outcomes. Experiments have shown that people generally perceive an approximate 2% cut in nominal income with no change in monetary value as unfair, but see a 2% rise in nominal income where there is 4% inflation as fair, despite them being almost rational equivalents. This result is consistent with the ‘Myopic Loss Aversion theory’.[4] Furthermore, the money illusion means nominal changes in price can influence demand even if real prices have remained constant.[5]

    Conspiritualism
    (kohn-SPEAR-iht-yool-izum.)

“The use of conspiracy theories to produce the psychological defense against ignorance, inability, and resulting lack of agency that was previously satisfied by supernatural religions; A form of anthropomorphism, where the psychological defense consists of the possibility of organizing emotions and arguments against one’s non-existent oppressors, and providing both mindfulness and a means of catharsis (relief) from persistent anxiety over one’s current condition.”

    Abstract
The female-dominated New Age (with its positive focus on self) and the male-dominated realm of conspiracy theory (with its negative focus on global politics) may seem antithetical.

There is a synthesis of the two, however, that we call ‘conspirituality’.

We define, describe, and analyse this hybrid system of belief; it has been noticed before without receiving much scholarly attention.

Conspirituality is a rapidly growing web movement expressing an ideology fuelled by political disillusionment and the popularity of alternative worldviews.

It has international celebrities, bestsellers, radio and TV stations.

It offers a broad politico-spiritual philosophy based on two core convictions, the first traditional to conspiracy theory, the second rooted in the New Age:

    1) a secret group covertly controls, or is trying to control, the political and social order, and

    2) humanity is undergoing a ‘paradigm shift’ in consciousness.

Proponents believe that the best strategy for dealing with the threat of a totalitarian ‘new world order’ is to act in accordance with an awakened ‘new paradigm’ worldview.

    DEFINITION: INTERSECTIONALITY
    (Conspiracy Theory)(Conspiritualism) (Anti-Darwinian)

Intersectionality, also referred to as intersectional feminism, is a branch of feminism which identifies how different aspects of social and political discrimination overlap with gender. The term was coined by black feminist scholar Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw in 1989.

It is a non-empirical qualitative analytic framework that identifies how interlocking systems of power affect those who are most marginalized in society.

There are various forms of social stratification, such as class, race, sexual orientation, age, religion, creed, disability and gender, which are included in the consideration of intersectional feminism and its social and cultural effects.

The purpose of intersectionality is to identify that these forms of discrimination are related to one another, and take these relationships into account when working to promote social and political equity.

While the theory began as an exploration of the oppression of women of color within society, today the analysis has expanded to include many more aspects of social identity.

Intersectionality may also be related to the term triple oppression, which engages with similar themes.

Critics have pointed out that intersectionality relies entirely on non-objective concepts such as “systems of power” which themselves lack a material reality, and therefore empirical basis for study, making it an ideological set of ideas, and not a proper sociological concept.

I am a Christian if I have adopted the teaching of christianity:

    1) the eradication of hatred from the human heart.
    2) the extension of kinship love to non-kin.
    3) the demand for personal acts of charity and personal cost,
    4) the extension of exhaustive forgiveness before punishment, enserfment, enslavement, death, or war.

As far as I know, this is all that is required of me to be a Christian.

Faith in the works of jesus. Because the ultimate prisoner’s dilemma strategy – christianity – requires faith that one’s sacrifices will bear fruit in producing high trust cooperation and the outsized returns thereof.
