I cant see the russian military comitting suicide by starting a nuclear crisis. no matter how many syncophants putin has around him. Generals are not stupid. Russians are not an anti intellectual and immoral people. They arent chinese or muslim.

Yes unfortunately, after rule of law it’s apparently the most important political institution. (Not something I ever would have imagined.) The problem is you have to raise a large family becaue only a few people can tolerate the role.
