Yeah, well, i kinda think ‘liberalism’ went over the cliff too. How about we all just try to create rule of law by natural law of sovereignty, reciprocity, truth and duty, and we figure out how to govern ourselves once we have created the preconditions. 😉

WHAT IS P-LAW
(Or P-Logic, P-Method or P for short)?
Sequence:
– Demonstrated Interest (cost born to acquire, preserve, defend, consume, some control of some form of capital (something useful))
– Property (universal commensurability of demonstrated interest: basically a shorthand people understand because of the long history of law.)
– Propertarian (one who uses property as a system of weights and meaures providing universal commensurability of human cooperation conflict)
– Propertarianism (formal logic of cooperation using universal commensurability)
– Propertarian Natural Law (Universally commensurable natural law of decidability, applied to cooperation, ethics, morality, politics, economics)
– PvsNP (logical question of whether justification vs falsification is possible in time) (nerd stuff. Ignore it)
– P-Law, P-Logic, P-Method (Shorthand for the method, the logic that results and the law that results from the logic.)
– P for short (very-shorthand for the whole system)

Close enough. Or rather, we observe this law of nature exists. In that there is no other means possible of insuring self determination, sovereignty, reciprocity other than sufficient force of arms to deny all (probable) alternatives.

I just wrote this elegant glossary of terms of natural law in response to a (common) complaint of ethical relativism. And then I moved on to post on civilizations differences in order to explain it.
And of course, I post the civilizational differences.

And … No. This isn’t the dog ate my homework kinda thing.
I didn’t do this for homework.
I did it for y’all.
Now I gotta do it all over again.
And I dunno about you all, but I hate doing it over again. 🙁
And that said, it’s after lunch and I still have to make sure I also get to:
– our discussion today on how congress vs state created the disaster of spreading our race marxist hate around the world. And this is why our people and the world don’t get what we’re doing.
– how the “It’s women and feminism” is popping up all over including @jordanbpeterson and @ConceptualJames, and @ScottAdamsSays and that means I CAN TELL THE TRUTH about the cuase of the present civilizational crisis without fear that I”m the lone rhetorical gunman so to speak. lol

The natural law of coopearation and non-conflict consists of the necessity of self determination by self determined means.
To achieve a condition of natural law, we reciprocally insure one another by word, deed, and force of arms, by the limit on all behavior, to one another’s sovereignty in demostrated interests and reciprocity in display word and deed.
The result is the prohibition on authority, resulting in a) the grant of decidability within the natural law to the jury, by procedures juried by judges, in the market for dispute resolution we call the courts; and b) the jury to of a legislature for the codification of common findings of the court, and jury of the commonality of contracts of the commons we call legislation, and finally c) with the monarchy (or substitute) as the judge and jury of decidabilty of last resort.
So sovereignty in demostrated interests, reciprocity in display word and deed, commonality in dispute resolution, and concurrency on the choice of preferences is the optimum means by which human beings can organize into polities.
There is no exception. The question is only whether a people are ethically and morally capable of it in the population that wishes to self govern.
There is nothing in that statement that wasn’t known by the founders either implicitly or explicitly. Because it is the science of government. My only … surprise … is that they didn’t explicitly write it down in such analytic prose, and that because of it we’ve experienced more than a century of philosophical (fraud) and pseudoscientific (fraud) of warfare against the science of cooperation that they had captured for us in that most virtuous document created by man.
