    I dunno. I mean, someone said yesterday I think:

    “Natural law is what other men will tolerate.”, and your version “Natural Law requires we Grow or we Die”.

    Or my version:

    “Natural law is non-imposition of costs against property in toto, because that is what is necessary to prevent retaliation, and foster cooperation, in a division of labor under which we make all things incrementally cheaper”.

    Or it could be reduced to the Genghis Khan variation:

    “Profitable cooperation is the only condition preferable to your death, and the enslavement and prostitution of your wives and daughters”.

    I mean. It’s not really that complicated. ie: it really comes down to:

    ***”ZERO FUCKING TOLERANCE”**

    … and nothing else.

    My mother just ‘gave me a talking to’ over my recent Quora posting. (Which I suspect will be another one of my most popular posts.) Then she finishes with a NAXALT, thereby demonstrating what she accuses me of.

    Remember my job: the institutionalization of natural law and the criminalization of fictionalism, so that we have no choice but to cooperate peacefully through voluntary exchanges, and cannot use the force of government to conduct parasitism through the state.

    Now, when you see me say some uncomfortable truth, understand that the purpose of doing so is not to obtain by moral shaming that which others have obtained against my people (white aristocracy), but to deflate those fictionalisms, so that we, together, can accept natural law.

    Because the alternative is that my generation and the one that is seizing power now, will make the nazis look like kindergarteners rather than allow this second dark age to come upon our people, by the continuation of the past century of marxism, socialism, feminism, and postmodernism.

    So, I know, the first impulse is to think I am playing the same game of moral high ground that everyone else plays in this era of the industrialization of pseudo-science, pseudo-rationalization, and lying. But that’s not it. I’m trying to END the era of fictionalisms and lying. I want to End it FOREVER.

    And so my prosecutions are designed to deny you – all of you – your fictionalism, so that ony natural law of reciprocity prevails. Because unless we live under natural law, my incentive, and that of my brothers, is to return to subjugation and slavery, and a life of parasitism and leisure, rather than to allow you to do it upon us.

    Natural Law is our ‘Bible’. The law beyond which no man may tread. The law beyond which our violence is no longer bound by reciprocity.

    Natural Law is the answer to the lies of the lies of the mystics and the abrahamists and all their descendants: the jews, the christians, the muslims, the marxists, socialists, postmodernists, progressives, feminists: the people who lie, cheat, and steal.

    These people lie. They must. There is only one law, and the universe is written in it: the laws of the universe, the laws of nature: natural law, the laws of testimony, and the laws of sentience.

    There is only one means of transcendence: the mastery of the laws of the universe, the laws of nature: natural law, the laws of testimony:truthfulness, the laws of sentience.

    To deny these laws is to deny man transcendence.

    To deny man transcendence is a crime against all men who have come before us, and all men who have yet to be.

    And, until we know that we are not first, and not alone in this universe, it is a crime against the universe, and the gods that may or may not be.

    We are unbound by all constraints other than Natural Law, and, we must, if we are to transcend, rid our lives, our nations, this earth, and the universe, of those who would violate that law.

    If you have negative rights (rule of law) that does not mean you have demonstrated capacity for positive rights (the right to influence others). Only that you are not a harm to others.

    The payment of negative rights by doing nothing BAD buys you access to the market and juridical defense in the courts: freedom.

    What do you do to demonstrate ADEQUACY that you are equally capable of access to physical property and the security and preservation f the commons? (LIBERTY)

    What do you demonstrate that in itself demonstrates that you are capable of doing something GOOD by the non-harmful use of positive rights? (voting) (SOVEREIGNTY)

    Pay your way to freedom and juridical defense: non-imposition of costs.

    Pay your way to liberty and property ownership: service in defense, emergency, and the preservation of the peace (every man a sheriff).

    Pay your way to Sovereignty and the decisions about the polity: service, family, property(territory), industry (the employment of others.)

    Pay your way into Aristocracy: the intergenerational preservation of all of the above.

    child or beast(pre-human) > slave(youth) > serf(soldier) > freeman(citizen) > liberty(responsibility) > sovereignty(choice) > aristocracy(rule).

    Propertarianism’s Natural Law includes: Transcendence, Agency, Sovereignty, Reciprocity, Decidability, Markets for Association, Cooperation, Production, reproduction, production of commons, production of polities, production of group evolutionary strategies at all levels.

    Let’s look at that again as a hierarchy:

    1) Transcendence (of man to human then to gods.)

    2) Agency, (by the production of agency)

    3) Sovereignty, (by the demand for sovereignty)

    4) Reciprocity, (limiting us to reciprocity)

    5) Decidability, (providing us with decidability)

    6) Markets: (limiting us to voluntary markets)

    … Association,

    … Cooperation,

    … Production,

    … Reproduction,

    … Production of commons,

    … Production of polities,

    … Production of group evolutionary strategies at all levels. (and in the end producing eugenic evolution without intentional design)

    7) Property (property in toto. The method of commensurability of changes in state via reciprocity.)

    8) The Logic, Grammar and Syntax of Cooperation.

    9) Testimonialism: the means of warranty of due diligence against error, bias, wishful thinking, suggestion, obscurantism and deceit.

    Western civilization has disproportionately raised mankind out of superstition, ignorance, poverty, tyranny, and disease in short order in both the ancient and modern eras. We achieved this through the use of soverignty, deflationary truth and deflationary organizations, producing competition as the means of testing all possible ideas, information, services, and products. Because we rely on constantly changing markets we can respond to changes in markets, and our institutions must respond to changes in markets for violence, gossip, and remuneration. And we are able to do this because for most of our history we have incrementally expanded natural law – markets into all walks of life, ensuring that we can adapt faster than other civilizations to change – even if that means we have generation long wars in order to change between eras: but at least we change while others stagnate.

    So while some of us desire the experiential consumption made possible by the west’s civilization, and others desire ‘not to be defeated by evil’, others desire sovereignty, others desire clan, tribal, national, or racial persistence – others desire the transcendence of man. And all of these desires can be fulfilled under natural law as long as we are willing to prevent those who are unwilling and unable to participate in that effort from reproduction. The opposite view is simply the opposite desires across the same spectrum: current consumption, and persistence of one’s genes despite the evidence that they force costs on mankind for eternity.

    Natural Law completes the sciences up to sentience. We cannot solve sentience with the information currently at our disposal, although it appears that it is on the horizon of our abilities.

Under such a corporation, under such a form of management, under such a contract, we have only productive, fully informed, warrantied, voluntary exchange, free of negative externality, in markets for association, cooperation, reproduction, production private of goods, services, and information, commons of goods, services, and information, and the production of polities themselves, ad the means by which to cooperate. Government without discretion. Rule of Law between men, not over men. ( I have to substitute ‘militia’ for men, or the entire chain of reasoning is lost. )

  • The Market for Reciprocity

    Apr 16, 2017 1:44pm THE MARKET FOR RECIPROCITY? Yes we can create a market for truthful (non false, non-parasitic) political speech. In fact, it was the state that ended our market for truthful speech. Why? … Isn’t science an ongoing discovery process? doesn’t it function as a market for information, with career ending punishments for violators? Don’t we protect against fraud and deceit in the market for goods and services – and provide special protections that PROHIBIT us from defending the market for information against fraud and deceit? Didn’t we, for millennia, protect against libel(written) and slander(spoken), and don’t we grant special privileges that prevent us from using the course to protect ourselves from libel and slander – especially in large scale media? In other words, doesn’t the state PROHIBIT us from self defense against falsehoods? Why is it that we cannot in private advocate for conspiracy (theft), yet in public can advocate for conspiracy (theft) as long as the majority of conspirators approve of the theft? Why is it that we used to be able to protect the environment,and the commons via the judiciary, but the state removed our juridical defense? Why is it that the state removed our juridical defense against members of the bureaucracy, the government, the academy, and the media? Are you going to try to advocate that reciprocity (natural law) is not, in cooperation, the equivalence of truth (decidability)? Or are you saying specifically that people should be able to violate reciprocity and violate truth in order to use large numbers to impose thefts using the violence of the government, in order to obtain by non-reciprocity and deceit, that which they might obtain by voluntary exchange, thereby depriving those who have one thing from obtaining another thing in exchange? Just because you can’t figure out how to create law of information regarding political speech (forcible coercion) such that it holds to the same standards as market speech (goods, services, and information) doesn’t mean it can’t be done. In fact. it was done for millennia. The question is why did the state take it away, and why can we not restore it?
