There is nothing wrong with Africa that six generations of soft eugenics won’t rapidly fix. There is something very wrong with Africa that without six generations of soft eugenics, nothing can fix. Human groups differ mostly by size of underclasses – and the consequences of that.

Yes and they know this. And there is a great debate about it in the community. But it’s going to continue. The incentive among elite groups to outbreed is simply too high. There isn’t enough incentive for tribalism. There is only incentive to insulate from the bottom.
