Buddhist meditation(mind) does work if you learn it. So does Chinese ritual(mind-body). And so do fitness and team sports(body). The spectrum of mindfulness. But third point of the triangle: repetitive imagination, self-delusion, and social construction is destructive.

It’s not hard for us to imagine that the Cerebellum coordinates complex actions by many muscles in time and space. But the Hippocampal region coordinates time, space, speed, orientation, objects, and location into a world model we can’t introspect on either. It’s the same thing.
